Beautiful house! Great beach! We cooked 4 nights and ate out 3 nights. Restaurants were ok but not exceptional. Men played golf twice at IMG Academy while the ladies shopped. This is a great place for a beach vacation..

Amazing place, location and everything!!

This house had it all. Perfect for families with kids. lots of beach toys. Close proximity to the beach. Outstanding pool! Comfortable beds. It had kids cups and plates. No need to bring anything except yourself. One disappointment though was the price we payed for cleaning and we still had to change two sets of sheets. Our bed had a dead bug in the sheets. Our sons bed had hair on the sheets. Not sure what else wasn’t cleaned because the sheets obviously weren’t changed.

Property was superb. We were a group of adults over 60 yrs old including an octogenarian. The elevator made this stay easy. Amenities galore. Separate ice maker was uncomfortably loud & kitchen faucet often squawked, but those are the only negatives of a great week. I would give property manager (Kari) more than five stars if that was possible in this review. She consistently responded quickly with any questions we directed to her from booking to checking out.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this house is! It has so much space for multiple families. The kitchen, den and dining area is big and open. The location of the house is great. Just a short walk to beach access. (Two houses away). They supplied everything you can think of for the beach!! They pool was a big hit for everyone after a day on the beach. It also has great sitting areas outside!!

This was our first time renting this house and honestly we all said it was our favorite vacation we have done. The house is in a perfect location, close to Pine St, and just a very short walk to the beach. It was super clean, and so pretty inside. Kari is an amazing property manager and we thought the entire process from checking in to checking out went without a hitch.

Sea Breeze is just that . . . a breath of fresh air! Kari, the property manager was professional, responsive and focused on the details of our stay. The home is incredibly spacious, thoughtfully appointed and just steps from the beautiful Gulf. As they say . . . the devil is in the details. And Sea Breeze is big on details . . . there’s an ice machine in the garage to keep your beverages cold, and a crushed ice machine in the kitchen to chill your cocktails. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, children’s sand toys, and two carts to tow it all to the beach. Plus beach towels a plenty. The outdoor pool area boasts a soft seating area, dining table for eight with a gas grill and the pool has a shallow ledge for either your chair or serves as a personal beach for littles. Oh, and accommodates an umbrella to keep it all in the shade. There’s an outdoor paver deck off the main level with beautiful garden and Gulf views, plus a second story deck to take in the sunset. And when it is time to go inside, there are four large bedrooms each with its own bath perfectly segregated for privacy. Plus a kitchen with the necessary accessories and tools, even a respectable knife set, to prep family meals. Go . . . relax and rejuvenate in this stunningly private location!

The house was exactly what we needed for 8 people. It had everything we needed(Bikes, beach toys, chairs, etc) so we didn't have to overpack. Very close to the beach! Will definitely return!

Peaceful location, 4 minute walk to non-crowded beach. Home is well decorated and has everything you could need (see amenities). It's a bargain.

This was such a beautiful property to spend our family vacation. We’ve been visiting Anna Maria for 8yrs now and I think we have finally found the home we would like continue coming to while visiting. Kari was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. The property felt extremely private. Quiet mornings spent enjoying coffee on the top back patio were very relaxing. Amazing greenery with amazing ocean views. Frequent visits from the neighborhood bald eagle and osprey were also enjoyed on the back patio. Each room is in its own wing with its own private bath. Perfect for multi family trips or like us, trips with teens. The amenities seemed endless with this home. Plenty of beach towels, toys, chairs and umbrellas. If you needed something, all you had to do was open a cabinet or closet and there it was. Ice machine and carts for the beach came in handy. Everyone enjoyed the pool area where you could enjoy the sun or the shade. The bicycles were nice to ride up and down pine Ave to enjoy the shops and to get ice cream. This was a vacation we won’t soon forget. It won’t be a question on if we stay here again, it’s only a matter of what week next summer! The Cameron family

This house had it all for our family - from age 10 to adults. Beach equipment was great and well kept. The kids really enjoyed the paddle board. This was a beautiful, well-appointed vacation rental. We had everything we needed and then some. The property manager was exceptionally helpful as we had some questions and specific needs concerning our disabled adult son. The location on Anna Maria Island was perfect - steps to the beach with all of the beach apparatus we needed for a perfect relaxing stay. We enjoyed taking the provided bikes down to the donut shop and other little stores close-by and also ate nearly all of our meals outside by the pool. The beds were comfortable, and the furnishings were gracious. Overall, a perfect, perfect stay for our family! The layout of the home was amazing and provided plenty of space for relaxing privacy (hello, GORGEOUS balconies!!!) AND good central space for us to gather all together as a family. We hope to be able to stay here again!

It was so good to be back at Sea Breeze, we love this house. Perfectly positioned for the Beach, restaurants and Pine Avenue, but also tucked away and private. The bikes are a big plus for us, also the plentiful beach accessories in the spotless garage. Kari is an excellent host and responds very quickly to sort out any questions. Our stay is never long enough, so I suppose that says it all !

Clean, well appointed and recently updated. This is a great place for a wide variety of vacationers to stay. The open concept floor plan welcomes large gatherings of family or friends. The pool was refreshing and the property is secluded from the occasional light traffic going by but still plenty of sun bathing the pool area. Easy public beach access is a short 50 yard walk from the drive entrance along baseball legend Warren Spanns' house. The back patio provided plenty of room for the 8 members of our party to sit and enjoy the early morning light and look out over the garden area towards the Gulf in the distance. During our stay we were able to observe a pair of Ospreys do their routine of feeding their young on top of a tall pine from the second floor balcony. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and are looking forward to booking this again.

We came for a friend vacation and had the most wonderful time together. The house is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for entertaining. The four bedrooms are separate from each other to give guests privacy. The ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking. The location was perfect to give us so much time at the amazing beach. We loved having access to bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and water craft. It was an amazing spot to rest, relax and enjoy precious time together.

This home is tucked back just off the road which makes it a very quiet place to relax. We had an 8-month old infant and a 21-month old toddler with us. The swimming pool is gated and there was not a concern for the children's safety. At the time of our stay, there were TWO pack-n-play beds and highchairs which made our stay even more comfortable. The walk to the beach really is short; just two driveways away before you're walking on the sand. Our family will be highly recommending this home to any of our friends wanting a beach get-away!

My family (ages 3 - 68) had a wonderful vacation. Kids loved the pool and we all loved both the indoor and outdoor areas. Plenty of towels, detergent and beach supplies in the garage made our stay much easier. Ale also enjoyed the bicycles and coolers/beach carts and pool/beach toys in the garage. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing stay. First time at AMI and we luckily chose the perfect house. Plenty of space, great location to beach, and close to food and shops. We hope to come back next year.

My family and I have been visiting Anna Maria, 2-3 times a year, for over 15 years, and have stayed at over 45 various rentals during that period. This one is a gem! We rode bikes, paddle boarded, kayaked, lounged by the pool, grilled local fish and played our families' favorite card game "Hell Rum" at the very large dining room table! It was perfectly located at the North end of the Island, close to all our favorite spots. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival with a nice bottle of Pino Noir and had excellent communication with Kari, the property manager, during our stay. Although the photos of the property seem to suggest that you have access to the beach through the lush landscape, the walk to the beach is just at the end of the private asphalt road, which is only 3 houses off the beach. I am the planner of our family trips and the kitchen is my domain! I was so thrilled that some of the common items of the kitchen (tin foil, parchment paper, zip lock bags) were well stocked and we couldn't get enough of the 2 icemakers! One in the kitchen which was crushed ice and another in the garage, perfect for filling our coolers! This place was perfect for a family to enjoy, and although there are a lot of stairs to the various rooms, you have an elevator for those who can't manage them. I can see why this place continues to receive ***** (5 stars)

Great property! Comfortable beds, close to the beach.

We had a party of 7 with ages ranging from 70+ to 21. The house was beautiful, bedrooms were set up perfectly for our parties and the location was great. Everyone enjoyed all aspects of the house from the kitchen that was stocked with anything you could think of to luxury bedding/sheets, comfortable mattresses, fantastic poolside furniture, smart TV's so we could log into our digital accounts, bikes, paddleboards, extra blankets, towels, pillows and pretty much anything else we could think of. Beautiful decor and very cozy. We enjoyed eating at the kitchen island and dining table as much as going out to restaurants. The short walk to the beautiful beach was the cherry on top. Thanks for sharing your lovely home. Look forward to visiting again!

Our family beach trip went off without a hitch due to this spectacular home!! With the red tide, we were a little weary about swimming in the ocean so having the pool and the private little beach for the kids was perfect. All of the amenities were top notch, and there was nothing we were missing! We will certainly be back!

Home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Kitchen is very well equipped. Convenience of a short walking distance to the beach and all the amenities in the garage, saves having to bring all the extras. Ice machine in garage was a lifesaver! Our family has two small children and the bunk room was perfect. Home provided plenty of towels and beach towels. Appreciated all the extras they provided hand soaps, body wash, shampoo and conditioners and many other extras in the kitchen. We have next year booked and looking forward to staying here again. We have rented vacation homes all over florida and this home was the best.
