This is our third stay in this unit. Jim is always very responsive and the unit is always clean. Splash! Resort is the best location for families with kids of all ages. We love that the unit is ocean front and all of the pools. This time it rained a bit during our stay, but the outdoor pools are under and overhang so the kids still were able to swim and have a good time. Our children love the water playground with slides located under the overhang. We love that our toddler is able to get in away from the sun and we don’t have to pack everything up if one of the kids needs to go back to the condo for a bit. The in unit washer and dryer is awesome because then we don’t have to pack a lot or find a coin operated laundry facility. The staff at Splash! Are all wonderful. The attached beach souvenir shop is an added bonus if you have kids or like to shop. The elevators always take awhile during the on season, but luckily this unit is on the 4th floor so only a few stairs and you’re there! 10/10 as always! Jim even allowed us to check in earlier than regular check in and he is always so kind and willing to be flexible if need be. We love this condo and hope to be back for many more years to come! Thanks for the great vacation condo, Jim! Top notch!!

Wow! This place is incredible! Right smack on the beach and the amenities of the property are top notch. There is a something for every age group here. The property itself was very clean and well stocked with anything you need, the property manager was quick to reply to any question I had and so friendly. The price was very reasonable for our stay and I would highly recommend this place to anybody going.

My family stayed for a week and throughly enjoyed it! The condo had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy! My kids loved all the pools and the easy beach access. We never had to wait too long at the elevator, as I know alot of condos run into slow elevator issues. The host was also great with communicating. We will definitely come back!

We loved this condo! The amenities at the property are amazing. Splash pad, slides, small lazy river, bar, tiki bar, food, pizza, ice cream, poolside sno-cones and dole whips, attached to Alvin’s island, indoor pool, hot tub, super close beach access, chair service $40-50/day, activities to purchase on beach, it has IT ALL! The condo had everything we needed, included a fold-out couch. The view is spectacular and literally right on the beach. The space in the condo was ample and the condo contained everything we needed. The owner was super kind, attentive and we highly recommend renting this condo at Splash resort!

This condo is perfect! Staying at a place with 21 floors can mean slow elevators sometimes but being on the fourth floor it was an easy walk downstairs. The view of the ocean is perfect from the main bedroom and living room. Quite at night you can’t hear noise from other condos and if you go up to take a nap during the day you can’t hear the bucket at the water park. The little cafe has delicious donuts! Jim was a wonderful host. You can tell they take great care and pride in their condo. We will definitely be staying again!

Pros-Condo was great. Property owner was responsive. Beach was great.
Cons- The VRBO description states an "adult only" hot tub area" but I assure you there is not an adult only anything @ this resort. Children are in every pool & hot tub on property.
The pools were supposed to be heated but all of them were ice cold including the splash pad area.
The restaurants were closed due to being off season till Memorial Day FYI.
On site support is very limited with help desk closed most of our visit.

Great communication with Jim. The beds were very comfortable and great views. We loved seeing dolphins in the morning from our balcony and walking right down to the beach- very convenient for my 4 year old. The pools were not warm and the kiddie area is completely shaded so we didn’t utilize that as we hoped since it was early-mid April. No complaints though. Not very long waits at the elevators as others said and the food was good at the bar pool! We would stay again for sure!

Jim was very responsive and the property was perfect for us as a family of 4. Could easily have had more with the hide-a-bed. Also really liked that both bathrooms had a tub.

We have stayed at several places in the PCB area and this was one of the best. Clean and comfortable with enough room for all 6 of us. Great location and great views of the gulf. Splash resort is a great place for a family to stay. It is a clean and well kept resort with enough to do for all ages. I especially liked the 4th floor location, convenient and easy to get to. And finally, the communication with owner Jim was excellent. We had a few questions for him before and during our stay, and his response was always quick and polite. Thanks from all of us.

Watch the sunset from your balcony, living room or bedroom. Quick response when we needed lightbulbs replaced. Owner quickly answered tv remote questions. Comfy king bed. Not fancy, but comfy. Hideabed sofa not very comfy to sit on. Appliances all work fine. Nice to have side by side washer and dryer rather than stackables. Parking across the street, walking in skyway was not our favorite. Never waited very long for elevators, tho😊

We loved the location. The condo is definitely in need of a refresh and thorough cleaning. The layout of the condo is good and we enjoyed being on the balcony but a lounge chair there would be a nice addition. The remotes in the master bedroom were mislabeled and some didn’t have batteries. Also the clock in that bedroom didn’t work at all. We were disappointed that we were not able to get local and network channels on the televisions.

The condo was clean. We were left we several cleaning items we’ve had to provide when staying elsewhere. Jim was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. He was easy to get in touch with. The amenities were great! My kids loved the pool and splash area. The beach was steps away. Just a short drive to pier park. Great views from the balcony! We had a great stay.

Lots of things for little ones to do. Went with grown daughters and their toddlers. Unit was adequately equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Laundry room in unit was great to have. Even had chairs and some beach supplies in the laundry room for our use. GREAT view from fourth floor balcony.

This condo was clean and is just what we needed. This is our second year staying in this unit. Our children loved bouncing back and forth between the beach and one of the 3 pools. We enjoyed cocktails from the poolside bar and our kids enjoyed their “mock tails”. We only left the resort twice all week, we have no reason to leave as there is plenty to do. The unit was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We plan to stay again next season. Great place!

The property was great! It was right on the beach with made it convenient to run up to the room often, especially with a toddler. The pools and setup couldn’t be better. The elevators are a problem. We found ourselves waiting for the elevators many times. Our unit was nice. It was a little dated and the guest room and living room space was small for what we hoped but it met our needs for this stay. We loved being on the 4th floor. The view was spectacular.

Everything was as expected. The starter items pretty much took us through the trip. The elevator wait wasn't as bad as I expected with it being spring break, but I liked that stairs was as option even if we didn't want to wait. The only downer was that you couldn't take showers back to back unless you didn't mind cold water, but I would say that's more of a resort issue than a rental issue. Oh, and there's a HUGE tub in the master bathroom and I LOVED being so close to the ground lol. We'd definitely utilize this rental again.

We had an amazing vacation! The kids really enjoyed playing in all the pools, lazy river, splash pad. Jim always answered or got back to me immediately/was great. The condo was comfortable. I'll give the beds/mattress an A+!!
My only complaint was the master toilet probably needs some maintenance, it made some squeaking, but we didn't report it we just dealt with it - again we are not complainers.
The condo overall was great, spacious, and we'd HIGHLY LIKELY rent from Jim again we love the location! Thanks for a great, memorable trip!

We had a wonderful vacation. Jim always answered or got back to me immediately with any questions or issues. The condo was comfortable. I'll give the beds/mattress an A+.....slept like a baby! Nice size with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms.
There were a few disappointments with our rental. They were doing something to the sliding door from the living area to the balcony so it wouldn't open therefore everyone had to go into the bedroom to get to the balcony. The oven didn't heat properly I found out after preparing dinner one night and it never got done. There were no pot holders (we bought some at the dollar store and left there). Lastly the cleaning company was very lax doing there job. If you walked barefoot you had sand stuck all over your feet and while looking for a toy that went under the bed we found trash, dust bunnies, food, even a stuffed animal. It was obvious the cleaning crew hadn't cleaned under the beds for awhile! I took pictures and sent to Jim so he would be aware of the service he was paying for. He offered to have them come back out and clean but we declined since we already had our things moved in.

It was a very nice stay. It was more for kids and we had no kids with us. But overall it was good. The condo was very clean and we were told that the sliding door in the living room did not work.

We had a great experience, the only complaints I have are that the floors were not very clean when we arrived, the sliding door from the living room to the balcony is basically unmovable, and the shower curtains need replaced as they have spots of mold on them. Otherwise, everything was great and as we expected.

We had a really good experience at this condo. Everything was extremely clean and the owner was quick to get back with us. There was an element in the oven that was burnt out so we weren’t able to use that and there wasn’t any extra toilet paper. But we would definitely book this again in the future !

love it but my kid didn’t because they couldn’t make the tv’s work the remote control does not work it had batteries but it didn’t work at all.. and the bathroom courtain had mold on the bottom it needs to be changed.. Other then that is was an amazing week..

Condo and Complex Nice, Only One Issue
Property was overall nice, this complex is very kid oriented which is not hard to figure out. Condo was nice with bare necessities in the kitchen and came as advertised. Only issue overall with the property is the elevators. Not nearly enough capacity for size of property and was a consistent pain point.
