札幌駅から近く新しく清潔でスタッフも好感が持てる方々でした。

私は喫煙者ですので喫煙室の利便、1Fのみにありパジャマでは行けない？というルール？は少々厳しいものでありました。

アメニティの充実、特にボディタオルがあるのは助かりました。ロケーションは駅から徒歩三分ととても良く、荷物ロッカーも充実していたので観光時に便利でした。 1番感動したのは朝食です。全て美味しかったのですが、牛乳が本当に美味しくて地元食材へのこだわりを感じました。お陰様で素敵な滞在になりました。

お部屋が少し狭く感じましたが、とても清潔でした。

スタッフの対応がすごかった。 早く到着した分、カバンを預けていただいて本当に助かりました。 手ぶらで札幌市内の観光に十分楽しめることができて助かりました。 スタッフが、ホテルの中の設備やいろんな説明が一つ一つ丁寧にしていただけたことは本当に感謝でした。 チェックインの時に、名前を書く欄にミスって初期化してしまいましたが、スタッフが気にせずに最初からリセットをしていただいて助かりました。 宿泊者にドリンクサービスがついててめっちゃゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。 さらに、玄関の入り口付近に雪遊び道具が置いてあったので、少しホテルの外でちょっとだけ雪遊びをしたおかげで気持ちが童心に戻れました。

お風呂場に髪の毛が2～3本ぐらい落ちてあったのを見てきもちわるかったので、パートナーに気づかないように処理をしました。 部屋の中に入ったところ、まるで南国リゾートにいるような暑さだったので、もうちょっと温度を下げていただければ気持ちよく部屋に入れたかと思います。 朝食のバリエーションが少なかったので、家族連れはちょっと厳しい感じがしました。 家族連れの子供が食べたい朝食のメニューがなくて駄々こねている姿を見ると心が痛ましくなってきました。

Excellent location just from JR Sapporo station North Exit West gate side. Bus and coach pick up and drop off here. Some onsen hotels have free shuttle pick ups here. Buffet breakfast is similar daily. Has fresh honey from combs. Great with toast. Some Hokkaido specialties. Luggage storage available. Has onsen. Dining area converted to guest lounge with free drinks from 3pm. Near Daimaru department store.

予約時の部屋の写真と違っていてガッカリした。 バス、トイレが別になっていたので選んだが、実際は別になっていなかったので非常に落胆してしまった。

Room is a bit small, other things are pretty good.

スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしかったです。とても、気持ちよかったです。お部屋もとても綺麗で大変居心地が良かったです。

食事は大変美味しく、素材も素晴らしいと思うのですが、少し料金が高いように思いました。また、部屋の天井の壁紙の一部が浮いて隙間ができていたことが少し気になりました。

Very new and clean hotel. The room is big with plenty of space for big luggage. The design of the room is nice and clever making the stay comfortable. Only few minutes walk to the Sapporo station. Only a short walk away from the underground exit. The staff is attentive and anticipating of what you need before you even ask.

There isn’t much not to like. Would be hard pressed to say the view of the hotel is to another office building.

The location was superb. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to Sapporo station even with luggage, and it's flat and easy all the way. The room exceeded expectations, with one of the best bathroom setups I've seen (both a bathtub and shower, with good water pressure, separate toilet and sink areas in the room). Even the toiletries provided were of great quality and so thoughtful. The bed was comfortable to sleep in, and from our corner room, we even had a beautiful view which provided a lovely welcome to the city! Staff were very professional, and all areas of the hotel were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't try them, but the lounge area on the ground floor provided some nice free drinks during certain hours of the day, and there is a shared onsen and laundry facilities. There's a convenience store and a few restaurants right across the street, which made it easy for us to grab a bite even after late check-in at 9.30pm. I would gladly stay again.

As is usual in Japan, rooms can be tight. As a couple, we were a bit pressed for space to open up both our suitcases. The room is perfect for a short stay, but could be tricky for more than a few nights because there is no wardrobe area to hang up your clothes. Nevertheless, this is not a big deal-- everything else in the room was well-designed and did a good job of maximizing space.

Really liked the room, location, onsen and breakfast. There are ample machines for laundry, free refreshments at the lounge, great breakfast, within comfortable walking distance to JR Sapporo, good onsen, and a Toyota rental shop in the same building. Stayed here upon reaching Sapporo and was able to get to the hotel by train quite easily from Chitose airport.

There aren't many restaurants or shopping in the immediate vicinity, so had to walk to Sapporo station, or take train from Sapporo station. However, because of its central location, sometimes, we opted to grab a taxi with the GO taxi app and it was not expensive. However, a few taxi drivers did not seem to know of this hotel, and sometimes will mistake it for Keio Plaza, so bring along the hotel card just in case.

The location is superb (just 4 min walk from the train station). I got a room with a view of the snowy mountains & the garden of Hokkaido University. They have a bath area too for women. Just excellent!

二樓公共浴場的水溫太高，無法久泡。

The hotel was more than what we expected. Since we entered the hotel, we loved the modern building design. The lift, aisle, room was also very clean, plus the pajamas they provide was super comfortable. Even the public facilities (laundry, locker, gym, public bath) are also super clean and cozy. The breakfast was nice, all the ingredients feels fresh, and do try the cheese topping freshly served by the chef, natural honey dropping from the comb. The room cleaner also cleans very well every day, and they are very careful to customer's belonging, as once i put trash in a tied closed plastic bag, they are very careful so they leave me a note about not sure to take away the plastic bag or not, and if i want to dispose then they will be ready to pick it up anytime. To add up, we really appreciate their gesture of providing free flow drinks placed on a neat table setting, such a nice gesture especially after we got back from walking in snow.

Great location, very new and modern, good breakfast. I liked that you can use the breakfast room in the afternoon for having a coffee and also for dinner when brining your own food. And the included Onsen is also highly recommended.

Actually there is nothing to complain about. A bit more western style choices for breakfast would be nice and fresh fruits, but that’s it.

It’s excellently located, very close to Sapporo Station and had convenient stores just across. The welcome we drinks room with complimentary tea, coffee and place to eat was very nice

Rooms way too small. Couldn’t put 2 large suitcases and no space to hang clothes. We practically had to keep one case closed and store under the desk.

Overall, feel satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Love the service and other facilities. Only the gym room is too small. Love the laundry self-service. Only 1 suggestion, I had to wait outside for the vacancy of the washing machine. Unfortunately, I waited for 1.5 hours, and even after the machine finished washing, nobody came to pick me up. so I keep on waiting. The other clients even came later than me, they were lucky the machine they lined up, the previous user come to pick up the laundry. Perhaps you may think of setting up a lineup policy. Thanks

Decent buffet breakfast at the hotel. However, if you have time, the breakfast at the fish market (using hotel breakfast coupon) is fantastic! Ask at reception to arrange transportation. Location is excellent!

Like most hotels in Japan, the rooms are small. However is still works.
