Near to JR train station & food

Rooms are quite old.

Very close to the train station. Lots of free toiletries. Wide breakfast assortment.

Quality of the breakfast was not as good as at the other hotels we stayed at.

Location was good.

The size of the room was very small.

Excellent neck pillow and spacious bed! There is a USB charging point at the head of the bed. The staff speaks clear English and are friendly. They have a good luggage storage system that allows us to store our luggage at the reception before and after check-in.

It would be good if the TV remote can have some instructions on how to use and where the sensor is located for the TV. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Location was very good. Amenties like DHC facial cleansers etc were made available at the lobby.

We had 2 rooms. The Superior Twin was comfortable for 2. BUT The Family Room was too squeezed!!! Compared to the big wardrobe in the Twin room, the Family room had one that is one-third the size - means barely could hang 5 hangers! Our young adults couldn't hang their used towels, jackets etc. So everything had to be thrown on the 1 chair in the room. There was also limited table space. It was an uncomfortable 3 night stay for our young adults. Also, the aircon gets kinda "switched-off". We were wondering how come it wasn't cold. After calling the front desk, was told they control the temperature. They turned it on within minutes and all was good.

Great location - just a short stroll to JR station. Out room was big and comfortable, and have good & unblocked view. Very nice and pleasant staff.

Requested for parking but the facility was down due to technical issues. Have to park at a nearby carpark which costs more.

Limited TV programs, all in Japanese language, which we, foreigners do not understand. Hope can have more English programs or movies.

The room looked dated but it was good enough for our stay. It had the basics plus a coin laundry and vending machines. It was close enough to the Sapporo Station and accessible to major commercial centers.

I would have wanted a more choices for a western breakfast. The buffet portions were small so we had to wait for refills most of the time.
