Muna was extremely helpful when we checked in, she had a 'book' with instructions and recommendations for local places to eat. The house is in an perfect location for numerous attractions. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Things were great.

Beautiful lush property and neighborhood. Quiet, clean and spacious. Easy entry. Good communication with host (relative). Basement can be cold but we didn't mind. Off street parking. Plenty of towels, bedding, dishes, small appliances etc. Took Lyft to DC daily. Would stay there again. Thank you!

Muna's home is lovely and was very comfortable for myself, husband and two adult daughters. Muna was available when we checked in and showed me around so that we knew where everything was. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and pots and had everything we needed to feel at home. There were lots of extra sheets, blankets, and towels, as well as books to enjoy. Even in November, the backyard was pretty and we could tell that it must be beautiful in the Spring. Though we didn't use it, there is a table and chairs on the private patio. The neighborhood is very nice with a park across the street. You should be aware that this is the bottom level of a home that Muna lives in, so there is some noise from upstairs. Other than that it feels very private, with its own entrance and patio. We would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here to be close to my husbands family in Arlington for our Thanksgiving feast at my in laws. It is so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The location is great minutes from DC. Thank you for this lovey place—-a home away from home for the holidays.

We could not have asked for a better location; however, the property wasn't clean and had gnats/fruit flies all over it. We called the contact and it took over one day for them to return the call. They told us they would take care of the flies, but didn't so we fought with them the entire time we were there. They did clean the oven, when asked, and gave us additional keys (which we were promised but were not available), but didn't take care of the flies.

We were able to spend some quality time with family in this lovely, quiet apartment. The location was perfect for us to visit Georgetown for a service at Holy Rood Cemetery. The 2 bedroom 2 bath arrangement was perfect, and having the living room and kitchen allowed us to visit with extended family. The home was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed and more! If we have need of a place in the area, we would stay here again. We only wish the weather had been warmer to enjoy the patio and yard!

Place was great inside and out but it was a bit far from DC which was our main destination. We had to take an Uber just to get to the metro. Otherwise great place!

Great place to stay. Close walking distance to metro....we could have called Uber for drop off at metro but liked the walk in the morning. Nice to have the grocery store nearby. Very quiet retreat after a hectic day in DC. Perfect place for our needs!

Well appointed home with a lovely private patio. Very nice peaceful neighborhood. We used UBER to get to our sightseeing destinations and it worked out well. Plenty of towels and kitchen items and since we had been hiking in Italy prior to coming to the DC area, we were grateful for the W/D so we could do some laundry. Muna's property is a real gem, we would not hesitate to use it again. Thank you Muna!

Owner very nice, very accessible and responsive. Property was comfortable, close to DC Attractions and both airports, nice choice of resaurtants close by; however, issues with kitchen sink, TV in bedroom did not work. TV in living room was hooked to Apple TV difficult to navigate...cable would be nice.

The feel of a country pad so close to the centre of the city, we all loved it. So nice to have a beautiful garden to sit out and relax in

This property is close to everything you want to do in DC, but is also a private, quiet space. Host is very easy to get along with. I would stay here again.

My training team was holding an event at the Hendry House. We were able to walk across the street which made everything most convenient. The place was clean, had comfortable beds, and all the amenities advertised. The eighborhhod is very quiet and a great place to walk. The owner made check in very easy since we were all coming from different places. Would definitely use again if we hold an event nearby.

The apartment is spacious; we stayed with our two kids. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed with a small en suite bathroom. The kids stayed in the second bedroom that has a full sized bed and a larger en suite bathroom that is also accessible from the hall. We definitely felt like we had room to spread out and the owner was very gracious. Everything we needed was provided. We ended up not using the kitchen much, but it is a good size and has an adjacent dining area.

We had a great experience staying here for the Marine Corp Marathon this past weekend. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. Muna was very friendly and available for any questions we had. It is a nice little walk to dining and groceries - a very nice neighborhood environment not far out of D.C. We had no trouble getting Uber there, but if using for the marathon I would recommend renting a car. Very close to DCA also.

The home was close to everything. There are great restaurants in the area and Uber never arrived more than three or four minutes after we called for them. We were able to see all of the sites we wanted to see and had a great time.

We were very impressed with the apartment, grounds and location. The owner is such a personable and sincere person.

Location was perfect for our visit to Local Museums.

Muna is a gracious host and thought of everything to make our stay a pleasure. She provides a clean and comfortable home away from home. The private backyard setting is a relaxing spot at the end of the day. Our party of 2 couples each had spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped if you plan on cooking and coffee and tea was already there. This home is a 15 minute ride from Reagan Airport and a quick easy Uber/Lyft ride to sightseeing spots all over DC, but plan around high traffic times. Highly recommend!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath with sleeper sofa was a great alternative to staying in a hotel. My two teenage sons and I spent five nights here and explored DC each day. We used Lyft/Uber for transportation, and while in DC frequently used the $2/hr Capitol Bike Rentals. Very clean, sunny, well equipped bottom floor rental with a great view of the back yard and a nice neighborhood.
