Huge room. Quiet. Underground tunnel. Variety of restaurants nearby. Excellent convention site. Convenient to airport.

In house restaurant not open for lunch. Needs more shuttles running. Waited 30 minutes then told no room, wait for next which would be 30 minutes later. After flying 14+ hrs, wait 60 minutes for shuttle, nope. Although canceled an earlier reservation thru booking.com app months before deadline, reservation still showed open upon arrival. Had proof of cancelation, but seems to be glitch between hotel and booking.com. Not first time to happen, so if you cancel an earlier reservation thru phone app, bring documentation.

I loved the hotel, but I lost my diamond ring in my hotel room, which I realized after leaving the hotel. They did not show an effort to find my highly valuable item which made me disappointed.

I love this hotel and have stayed there many times when I am in DC. The location is close to the airport, dining and shopping.

I wish they had more dining options in the hotel. With the exception of breakfast at the Lounge, the restaurant did not serve food until 4 pm but they did have snacks and sandwiches available at the Mart in the lobby of the hotel.

Air/Heat was not working, no variation it was either freezing or too hot 4 people to the room and only three towels. 4 person reservation and only two breakfasts included in our reservation with breakfast included. Parking is extremely high

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location, within easy walking distance of the metro.

Booking.com indicated that there was free WiFi in the hotel (which is why we chose this hotel, but what you do get charged for is access to the internet on a daily basis. This is a deceptive description. Breakfast at $30 plus tax was certainly not good value as it was only buffet style with no option for at least eggs being freshly cooked.

It was situated in a nice location. Facilities were good

Although my booking said breakfast was free, in the lobby, I was told breakfast was free for only 2 members although we were 5. Finally, they agreed to honour it. Parking overnight is 45$ for a day

Location, cleanliness

Breakfast, double beds were small, although breakfast was included we had to pay for two children. Booking.com did not communicate correct information about including breakfast.

The hotel is amazing. From check in to check out everything was good. The rooms are clean. They cleaned my room daily and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night too

The rooms to have complimentary water and no microwave.

Family reunion group trashed hotel overnight and left it filthy

Our room key didn’t work in the garage so we had to walk twice from the garage into the lobby for them to reprogram the key. Not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient!

I have been trying to cancel 3 sets of reservations on booking.com because American Airlines cancelled my flight and no one I mean no one has returned or acknowledged my email they keep charging me even though I cancel on time night I have been trying for 2 days now to cancel this reservations for 2 rooms and no has acknowledged my request. American Airlines canceled my flight and as such I cannot check in because they have been unable to rebook me due to the heavy loads on the flights. Filthy towels , I found Pubic hair and boogers on what’s suppose to be clean towels ! elevator was Brocken and had to use service elevator then escalator to reach the lobby , which was horrible ! No staff to help taking luggage from the room .
