This property fit us perfectly. The property gently sloped down to the dock.. The dock accommodated our 4 jet skis. We had a great time swimming off the dock. The dock area was pretty sheltered so there was no concern of the jet skis getting pushed around. Fuel was readily avail across the bigger bay and The state park. The ramp was functional and easy to use to load and unload.
The house was very clan and included everything you would expect. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and the seating was very comfortable.
The beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms were updated and very nice. We used the large rear porch most of the time. TV and internet were very good.
The owners were excellent to deal with and very attentive to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We will definitely be back. exceed our expectations at ever level.

Our fishing club enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for all of our boats also with a boat ramp in the backyard! The hosts were awesome as well ! We definitely will be renting again from them !

This home is spacious and comfortable with a view to die for. The home is well-equipped, close to town and has all the comforts/necessities of home. Paddle boarding in the morning to watch the amazing sunrise is a must!!! Lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay! It was wonderful. Pictures of the house do not do it justice. House was more spacious than expected. Location to town was a short drive. The kids loved the amenities provided (paddle boards and paddle boat). And the owner was responsive and tentative to our needs. Highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed swimming off and sunbathing on the dock. The house very functional and clean. I slept great on the comfy queen bed. Very quiet and peaceful except for the frogs. Must be mating season. :)
A couple of cute rabbits seem to live on the property.

Great place to stay for a fishing tournament we had on Lake Murray. Power at the dock for boats and boat ramp in the back yard. House was cleaned well before we arrived and we will definitely stay again!

Comfortable house on the water
We decided to take a last minute trip to the lake, and this property turned out to be the perfect choice. It's easy to get to and the house was exactly as advertised. It's an easy walk down to the dock, and we had fun out on the water all week long. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nicely updated. Just watch out for ants in the yard.

Great Family Vacation
This is the second time that we have stayed here. It is clean and comfortable. It is a great location in a quiet cove for swimming. Plus, a dock for a boat. The house had plenty of spce for my family of eight. My adult kids loved cooking in the kitchen. The owners are friendly and easy to work with.

Wonderful Property/Amazing Stay
Kimberly's property is located on a quiet serene spot at the end of the lake. Morning coffee on the pier and afternoon happy hours with my two best friends was the highlight of the day. The property was clean, well kept and big enough for the three of us to have our separate spaces and not get on each other's nerves for the week! Dining out on other spots on the lake was a delight as well. Kimberly was easy to contact and very responsive. I'd do it again next week if I could! Certainly plan to return.

Covid Friendly Easter Retreat
My daughter is a freshman at UofSC and they had no days off around Easter. So we decided to come to Columbia and host Easter down there. We wanted a location with a sizable deck so she can bring friends who also wouldn't be with family during the holiday. I corresponded with the hosts of a couple VRBO properties and Kimberly was by far the most responsive and accommodating. The property, which a bit far from UofSC (prob 40 mins) was in a lovely location and great views. The deck was large enough to host ten or so folks for Easter dinner. The kitchen was large enough (and well stocked enough) to cook for this large a party. While the home is older (and I would not consider it fancy) and had minor fit and finish issues, its generally maintained well.

Perfect little getaway
My husband, his best friend and myself rented Kimberlys property for a 5 day fishing trip. The house sits in a beautiful cove right off the big part of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and we didn't feel like it was to far from town. Kimberly and her husband were wonderful hosts and always available to help with any questions we had which was about fishing. :) The home was just as described. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the needed things for cooking and a few extras. This was our first time using VRBO and thanks to the wonderful experience we had I look forward to using it again and visiting this home on future fishing trips. One last thing fishing off the dock at this home is great but be prepared to catch as many turtles as fish..lol..

Good time had by all on the lake
The property is clean and neat and very quiet. The lake access is perfect. We had wonderful sunrises every day looking from the dock to the mouth of the cove. Our grandson spent the night one evening and let everybody know that he wanted to live there!
We would highly recommend this to anybody.

Wonderful
Our stay was amazing! The home is located in a quiet peaceful little cove that was perfect to float, swim, and kayak for the kids (6 &15), and adults. We spent most of our time on the dock and in the lake, it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. The home is very spacuous, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, the beds were very comfortable, there we lots of board games/books and the views are absolutely beautiful. The only downside to our trip was that we had to leave! We greatly appreciate Ms. Kim for allowing us to stay in her home. She was an amazing host, she is so welcoming and gracious, and responded very quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely be back.

No Wi-fi for our whole week
The bathrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The house VERY much needs adirondack chairs (as advertised) and bar stools. With the pandemic, we had intended to use Wi-fi for entertainment and a PS4 ..... so we were bummed that the internet was broken all week and thought maybe we should be given a discount because of that. The owner did not seem to agree.

Wonderful Vacation Home
We had to move out of our home due to flooding and were lucky to find a place near our home. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay! So thankful to the owners for making us feel at home during this difficult time.

We really enjoy our week at Kimberly home!
Kimberly called the day before our stay and the day of our stay to make sure things we ok. She was a very nice person.
The home was clean and neat. The neighborhood was nice. The next time we will take ant killer to put around the yard at the lake, so it will be more comfortable sitting by the lake. So that the only thing that would have made our stay better. We would definitely stay again.

The property is larger than appears in the pictures and Kimberly was onsite upon our arrival and gave us some "local knowledge" of the area with suggestions. Thank you for a great vacation to celebrate my 60th B-Day. FIVE STARS

The house was very neat and cozy. Kitchen had all supplies you can need.
I would recommend the house to all, walk in and you feel welcomed by the warm decorations. Sit on the porch and the lake is so soothing. If your looking for a place with comfort this is the place. Enjoyed out time and hope to return

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The house is as described and the owners are very accommodating. Being not to far from the town of Chapin was great for grocery shopping and the occasional pizza delivery.
