We decided to go to Myrtle Beach a bit last minute and were grateful this fantastic property was available. Steve made it easy. It was clean and easy to get to and we enjoyed the pool on property too.

This property was everything that we needed! It was 10 mins from the baseball fields, 5 mins from Walmart and other stores.
Our kids love swimming in the pool and the kitchen had everything we need to make meals for 4 kids.
Owner was easy to communicate with!
Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in MB!!

Property is as discribed online. It was well maintained and had all the amenities we required. The location was great. Close enough to all the major attractions, yet far enough away from all of the busyness of the strip. Owners were pleasesant and responded to all correspondence quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a geat getaway.

Property was actually better than the photo's. The photo's were great, but when I walked in the condo first thing I said was wow this is perfect. So many times you see and advertisement for a hotel and when you get there it's nothing like the photo.Well, thats not the case here. Amazing time with family.

You really should take more photos of your rental. The pictures do not show how spacious and comfortable the living area actually is. The kitchen is the best equipped rental I have ever been in; I lacked nothing when I made homemade pasta and sauce for our vacationing family of 18. Seven of us stayed here comfortably. We had plenty of sleeping accommodations and privacy with the 4 beds in 2 bedrooms and the sleeper sofa. We were all about family music and games in the evenings and were able to overflow onto the furmished balcony. The unit is so insulated for sound that our elderly parents in the next condo over never heard our laughter nor our music. In addition to timely and informational emails and documents, all the instructions we needed from arrival to departure were posted behind plexiglass in the hallway. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this condo for a few years every Memorial Day week. The host Steve is very attentive to our needs and communicated with us about the stay. If you are looking for a nice place to stay during your vacation to Myrtle Beach, I recommend that you stay at this condo.

Enjoyed stay
The property was as expected and meet our expectations. It was clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a week visit. The property was conveniently located to the local attractions. We were there for a Ripken baseball tournament and the location was ideal for the repeated trips back and forth to the Ripken complex.

Nice and quiet
Beautiful 2 bedroom condo. 4 double beds, nice kitchen, big bathrooms. Can barely hear the outdoors with the windows shut. Owner was easy to get ahold of and helped me with anything i needed. Neighbors that came halfway through my stay were a little noisy but that was not the property or owners fault. If I were to come to Myrtle Beach again I would 100% stay here.

Family Vacation
This is our second year in a row to visit this property and it exceeded our expectations again. The owner, Steve, is very responsive to any needs and is great to work with. The location of the condo is wonderful and makes it easy to get to many of the destinations in Myrtle Beach. We will rent this condo again next year for our family and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting the Myrtle Beach area.

Nice Condo
We enjoyed the condo and the owner was very good to provide information to make the vacation more enjoyable. It’s in a great location for an easy commute to anywhere in Myrtle Beach. Our family enjoyed the pool and golf course at the condo. We will stay here again when we go back to Myrtle Beach.

Nice and quiet
Overall it was a nice stay. Quite location. Nice pool (we went b/w 9 am am 11am when there were almost no people). However, the very first day of arrival we had to go to a store to get toilet paper because there was only one roll in entire condo. That’s not something guests should worry about on the day of arrival. The closets are very cluttered and there’s no space to hang clothes. Also there’s all kinds of stuff under the beds and we kept hitting our toes on something each time. But other than that we liked the place.

Great apartment
The apartment is centrally located with easy access to golf and all the beach areas of Myrtle Beach as well as atractions to the west, like legends golf or shopping outlets. The closest beach is about 10 min car ride. The host was very helpful and accommodating, communication was good and easy by text. We were two families with children, totaling 7, and the apartment was very confortable. It also has an elevator which makes it easy to carry groceries and luggage into the unit. We enjoyed it and will be back next time. Thanks

Everything was perfect
We were here for the Cal Ripken Experience. Condo was close to the beach, boardwalk, ballpark and outlet mall. Condo very clean and well maintained. Wouldn’t have changed a thing!!

Big thumb up
This was the third time staying in World Tour, but the first time realizing how centrally located you are! Entertainment, shopping, and the beach are within 15 or 20 minutes drive—even with traffic. Steve’s place was clean and provided everything needed for a full and comfortable vacation.

Nice, Clean, Centrally located place to stay
This place was well kept, clean, and had everything we needed. Watching golfers tee off while enjoying morning coffee was a plus. Access to major highways and bypass routes provided easy access points South and into the beach. Owner was very nice and pleasant.

Property was in great condition, and well presented on our arrival. Great location too
This is a great rental. The outlook, the location, the fittings are all great. During our stay the air conditioning unit broke down and Steve organised a replacement system without delay, showing a great deal of concern for our comfort.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Very nice condo! I would definitely stay there again!
Our daughter had a softball tournament the week of 7/30/16 to 8/6/16, this condo was 15 minutes from the ball park which was nice. It was also only 10 to 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, which had a lot of activities. And only 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach. The pool was nice also, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!
We went to Myrtle Beach for a basketball tournament and had some extra kids from the team with us. The condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked with necessities, as if we were home. The location is great and has plenty of things to do and shopping near by. The beach is a quick 10 minute drive from here. The pool and grill area are clean and beautiful as well. The owner was great. Very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at the property. It is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect. It's 10 minutes from the beach and the Hard Rock where you can go on the boardwalk and spend all day if you want to and still be close to home. The golf course is beautiful (although I don't play golf) the complex is a nice place to relax after a full day of activities. I will definitely recommend it. 5 STARS from us!!!

Great affordable rental in quiet easy location
The condo was immaculate and comfortable. The location is great for those who don't care about being beach front. My family of 4 stayed here and loved it while my parents had a beachfront efficiency and paid more. The owners are very accommodating as well. Highly recommended for anyone.

Beautiful condo
This is my second time renting this condo. It is immaculate and furnished with great taste. If you're a golfer, it's located on The World Tour of Golf which is a great course. The pool area is very nice, plenty of lounge chairs. I would definitely recommend it. Loved it!

Convenient, quiet, beautiful, and family-friendly!
What a great condo! My family was in Myrtle Beach for my son's baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken Experience. This condo is very close to the facility which made it convenient to drive back and forth all week. The beach and boardwalk are also an easy, quick drive from the condo. We found it to be a very quiet and peaceful location, and kid/family friendly at the same time. The pool is refreshing and the poolside grill is so helpful (we grilled almost every day!). The condo itself is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. I was traveling with my husband, 4 kids, and my in-laws and we had plenty of space. The owner, Steve, was very helpful with arrival instructions. We didn't have any issues while we were there, but he made himself easily available in case there was a problem. I highly recommend renting this place!

Wonderful condo and renter
We stayed for 7 nights. Although the AC was acting up when we got in the renter Steve was on it and got a repair man out asap. The condo itself is beautiful and in a great location. I hope to rent from him again next time I am in Myrtle Beach. I highly recommend this unit. Thank you again Steve for you assistance and punctuality.

The condo was amazing. Just as advertised. We had a minor issue with door lock code when we arrived but owner took care of it right away.

We were down fir Ripken tourney and this condo waz perfect for us. We also played the World Tour golf course as well.

We have been to myrtle beach several times for national dance competition. The last year we were here, I wont name where we stayed, but I would not let kids take off flip flops, even to shower! I will be calling on this unit again if we come next year. It is immaculately kept and the view alone will keep my husband coming back. This condo is absolutely beautful! It is decorated with such good taste and fully stocked with anything you would need. It was also immaculate! The pool area was very well cared for. We enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the golf course. It is located in a very nice quiet area minutes away from stores and nice restaurants. I would definitely rent it again.
