We loved our stay at this property! It was clean, cozy and beautifully furnished. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The property was within walking distance of downtown Salida which has a great vibe! Jennifer was a great hostess who was available when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again as we loved Salida and this VRBO!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Salida and this house was really comfortable. It's attractive furnished and is just a few blocks away from the downtown area, so we were able to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. It would be nice to go back with another couple (it has two comfortable bedrooms), but it has only one, really small, bathroom, so it works best as lodging for two people.

Very nicely appointed end unit 1/2 mile from downtown & Riverfront Park. Occasional local street noise (vehicles passing by) but otherwise quiet & comfortable. Nice kitchen, utensils, & spice rack, which we appreciated as we mostly ate in. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. Loved walking around town looking at all the quaint homes.

Great location near downtown. We were able to walk to the bakery and coffee shop every morning of our stay. Located around a couple of older church buildings so it was a beautiful and peaceful stroll. The park is also about a block away and it is a very relaxing area away from the busier local shops but close enough to walk to them. The interior was cozy and well appointed with all the necessary things. Downtown Salida did not disappoint.

We stayed here one year ago to attend our grandson's high school graduation and returned this year for his sister's graduation. My son lives on D St., and the high school is located next to his house, so this house is very convenient - we walked everywhere. Clean and well-equipped.

Great place!
My husband and I decided on Salida for spring break and we were not disappointed with the property. It is close to everything, well maintained, and decorated so cute! My 3 and 1 year old had a great time exploring the fun quirks of the house (the "secret passageway" connecting the bedrooms, the little lady in the bathroom, and the mail slot/window to the world). Hosts were so friendly and helpful. We loved this space so much, we are hoping to take a trip again this summer!

Just finished up our second stay here, in conjunction with Monarch skiing. Had a really nice stay, as everything is so thoughtfully appointed and equipped. We like to stay in and cook, and the kitchen makes that very enjoyable. This truly feels like a home away from home, and we hope to return to stay again.
