溫泉水很大 放水很快就滿了! 溫泉的部分很滿意 房間以及飯店環境整個都很整潔 房間比我想像中還大~ 冷氣也很涼~ 早餐是套餐式的 還OK

只是棉被只有一個 店家備註要多一個要費用 晚上會搶被子的人可能就...

這次是在國慶連假第一天住宿，用Booking 訂房（家庭4人房）, 房價是5200/4=1300。 CP 值真的很不錯。 1.地理環境好，又有附設停車場（有兩個，如果不確定可以打電話問櫃台停哪邊）， 吃的話：周邊走路3分鐘內就有多家桶仔雞餐廳、離萊爾富也是2分鐘就到了。 2.房內溫泉真的很讚，空間很大，水如果開到最大放也很快（但聲音會很大就是惹） 3.房內設備也不錯，有電視（有第四台，頻道超多）、冷氣機跟循環扇，吹風機也是獨立一支。 PS.之前有詢問過店家，電視不能裝switch喲，原本有計劃要帶的記得找備案 4.櫃台人員也都很親切~ 5.並沒有大眾池，如果是有大眾池想法，也可以在附近買泡湯券去鄰近的泡（看個人喜好嚕） 總之下次來關子嶺要住宿的話是一定會列入選擇名單中。 推薦給不一定會泡大眾池、喜歡房內有溫泉的朋友。 實際房況就跟官網給的相同~

再來就是其他小缺點或實際情況提醒： 1. 噪音問題： 這次入住時半夜比較沒聽到其他房間的聲響，但如果是自己房間把水開大的確很大聲（自己的人自己忍受）、 外面滿多跑山的朋友偶爾都會聽到呼嘯而過的引擎聲（零星聲響），如果真的很淺眠的人建議帶耳塞或自行考慮， 以這次入住是一覺到天亮啦，但個人算好眠。 2.早餐問題： 因為統茂結束營業，因此早餐是提供早餐店（大概是個卡啦雞腿堡+奶茶+小點心-有點像地瓜球），但不確定是不是每次都一樣，阿想吃熱的就早點下去拿，因為是全部的從一開始就放在保麗龍裡面保溫，九點多才去拿應該是會冷掉。 3.浴室問題： 浴室沒有乾濕分離，浴缸空間給很足，但相對其他空間就限縮，只要有一個人洗過澡或泡湯，地板基本上就是濕噠噠了，阿也沒有浴室拖鞋，會介意or需要的人需自備。 4.房間雖然只有一個椅子，但床頭桌子還蠻好移動的，而且移動開後下面也沒有灰塵，這點滿值得鼓勵的。

Good experience with the hot tub with the mineral mud bath. Good location. Not too crowded at this period of time.

The complimentary breakfast is a takeaway bag with a burger, hashbrown and milk tea. I am fine with this but the elderly not used to this type of breakfast. Will be good to show the photo of the breakfast set upon checked-in, to let the guests know the expectation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed mud bath a lot in huge tub and a view.
