The house was as advertised and then some. Victoria was super helpful and always available for any questions. We would highly recommend staying here in the future and look forward to coming back for another visit!

We enjoyed having a central location close to wineries and beaches. The pool and downtown area were definitely nice to have. The owners were nearby and readily available to come over for assistance- thank you to Jay for all of his instructions and maintenance!

This is such a wonderful home in a great location! The home is clean, well-maintained and well-stocked. Our kids loved the heated pool and bikes. The home is only a short bike ride to the beach, close to East Hampton town center and across the street from a great local food market. The owners were so nice and very responsive.

This was our first trip to the Hamptons, looking for a Covid safe environment for the kids. The cottage is absolutely charming. The owners have done a wonderful job with the backyard. The neighborhood is my absolute favorite- literally within 15 minutes to everything we wanted- bagels, seafood, museum, shopping, market, drug store, wine shops, gorgeous beach etc. Victoria was so easy to work with- timely, responsive and so helpful. Love!

Loved spending our holiday weekend at this warm & cozy home. Gorgeous pool, wonderful stove to keep the house comfortable and welcoming. The house had all of the things we needed to serve dinner and the beds were dreamy, fell asleep within minutes of laying my head down. Beautiful walk to the beach, would recommend to anyone who wants to have quick access to surrounding towns. Very attentive host. Thank you!!

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a fenced in backyard for the dogs and a heated pool for us. Close to the beach and dog park. Looking forward to booking again.

every detail was thought of....truly a magnificent beach cottage!!house so well equipped...the kitchen, bikes, pool & fun accessories, beach chairs towels mats, Tv, wood burning stove, 2 set washers dryers....was just so charming!! The owners Jay & Victoria were quite incredible hosts....and SO available...just darling!!

Honestly, I can't say enough about this place. The property was well-kept, tastefully decorated, and filled with all the amenities we could possibly need. And the location was AMAZING! A 5-minute drive to town, and within striking distance of Goldberg's, Wolffer, and a ton of great restaurants, the house is perfectly situated on a quiet, tree-lined block. Georgica Beach was literally right down the road, and our Mini Schnauzer thoroughly enjoyed her long walks in the fresh spring air. Victoria was a fantastic host! Communicative, super responsive, and eager to help make our stay as comfortable as it could be, she outlined every possible house detail in a tidy welcome packet, including a ton of dining, shopping, and activity suggestions. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to East Hampton, and we'd love to come back for another stay!

Host was great. Very responsive. So organized too with explanations on everything. Lives next door so gives it a human feel. Our daughter loved the zip line and ninja line. We could not figure out how to lock the front door but somehow survived. Amazing house.

This property is the perfect getaway, even in the winter! Shops conveniently close by, some within walking distance, and lots of pretty scenery all around. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of city living ;)

My friends and I stayed at this property while visiting the Hamptons for a wedding. The location was great, all of the rooms were very nice, and the outdoor pool & space was wonderful with lots of seating. We really liked this house, but it needs a cable & internet upgrade. Other than that, it was a great place to relax in a great location.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. It could not have been more central for exploring all that the Hamptons has to offer. It's an adorable classic cottage that is stocked with all you need for either the beach or a casual day spent by the pool in the lovely back yard. The owners were readily available to answer and help with questions. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

The location is perfect and we had an amazing time!

We rented the house last October for a long weekend. It had everything we needed; plenty of clean and fluffy towels, soft bed sheets, toiletries, three coffee pots and a clean, inviting pool. Great location with lots of parking. We would definitely stay here again. Jay and Victoria were responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I have been renting various properties from HomeAway and this cottage as well as the owner, Victoria were nothing short of phenomenal. Victoria, since booking, was always in communication and generous in supplying directions, recommendations in the area and things we may need. Her cottage is exactly what I wanted for my stay in the Hamptons. It was spacious yet cozy and the grounds of the property were beautiful. We enjoyed our weekend by the pool and enjoyed many meals poolside at the dining table. The cottage is located perfectly - probably a less than 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. I loved this property and my stay.

The house is well maintained. My mother loved the kitchen since they have everything you need to cook whatever you want to cook including good knives. The kids enjoyed the pool, while the adults had a wonderful time on the Main Beach. We even saw two whales on the 4th of July jump out of the water 200 yards off the beach. The water was clear and there was enough surf so everyone had fun playing in the waves. There were plenty of functional bikes to barrow (a little rusty) to take to the beach which was about 1.2 miles away. We went on several runs through the calm neighborhood with few cars from the house to the Main Beach, over the beech to Georgica Beach and back to the house (circa 3.5 miles). There is a gourmet grocery store literally across the street which has a nice fish and meat counter and there is a big grocery store in the town 5 minutes away where we could buy everything we needed at a reasonable price. We even went to the Calm Clam restaurant about 200 yards away from the house where we had a nice dinner of soft shelled crabs and burgers. This is a great house for a nice break from it all. Give yourself time to get out to the house since the traffic to the Hamptons was tough.

The yard, the pool, the bikes and the well-stocked kitchen make this a great place to vacation.

Our family aged 20-88 enjoyed a week at Victoria’s cottage. First of all, the home is just wonderful and the layout great so everyone had room and space to hang out. The place is spotless and decorated to fit the unique area. The backyard is spacious and well-kept. The pool was very clean and heater and cover easy to use. The outside table and lounges seemed to have very new cushions and provided great fun. Now the kitchen: the appliances are first rate, probably the most well equipped kitchen we’ve had across numerous rentals. Victoria has thought about everything a group would need like extra towels, beach gear, and bathroom stuff. It made the stay seemleds. Plenty of room for parking and easy access from the main road. Nice bike ride to the beach and a market, cvs, and a couple restaurants are within walking distance. Uber and Lyft plentiful. The check process was simple and Victoria was very helpful and replied quickly. We would love to come back and would highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Wow! This place was amazing - my dreamhouse. It met all our needs and more. The owners thought of every detail and it was perfectly put together - colors, furnishing, and style. The wifi always worked, a kitchen with upscale appliances/stove, fireplace created a cozy feel, house was clean and there was lots of space. I also loved that there is a mini market across the road, a CVS pharmacy around the corner and the main town is approx. 5 minutes by car. Our boys loved the spacious and well kempt backyard. The owners, Victoria and Jay, were just the nicest people. She was patient and responded to all my questions. My husband and I agree it is one of the best places we've stayed. Living in Brooklyn I truly appreciated the quiet and relaxing time and would one day love to return.

Awesome location and the house was spacious, but a few things should be noted. Smoke alarms were tweeting when we arrived indicating that the batteries needed to be replaced. We went out and bought some batteries and the tweeting stopped. The upper bedrooms smelled a bit musty, as well as the basement. Other than that, it was all good.
