Breakfast was fantastic. A huge bowl of fruit, natural yoghurt (hard to come by in American hotels we found) and nice juices

Staff was wonderful, especially Sheila who seems to be available all day and night. We joked asking her if she ever slept. The entire staff was lovely.

While we had a newly updated room and it was lovely, the rest of the facility was tired, long overdue for a major renovation. Unfortunately, the zoning board. code enforcement, building department in East Hampton does not want to change the character of the town, which is understandable, but they have made it impossible to have business owners and employers make the investment int their facilities to delight their customers. There has to be a less restrictive middle ground, particularly inside a facility.

Every thing was wonderful from the staff, breakfast, suppling chairs and umbrellas. Everything was perfect.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Hospitality of management was exceptional. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond!

Lack of hot water in the evening , broken shower Breakfast was minimal. No staff
