This is our second time renting this house and quite frankly the only place I will stay at NMB. The home is so clean!

We chose this property for our family vacation. It was an amazing choice! We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the house. Such a short walk down to the beach. We thought we would utilize the shuttle but the walk was so nice. We drove down a few times to make it easier on our two and a half year old. The parking passes that come with the house are great for that. Access to the resort pools are so nice. Overall, we loved the house and the communication with the owner was fast and efficient. For those about to stay - just be sure to bring a few essentials such as hand soap, tide pods for the washer, etc.

The home was perfect in size and the location could not have been better. Only amenities disappointment was the gym hours (9am to 6pm) we like the gym at the end of the day. Cleanliness of the home was brought to the owner’s attention, nothing we could not clean, just a shame when you pay for a cleaning service and they don’t do their job. Otherwise we all had a great time. Would recommend this rental to anyone interested!

Enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful and met the listing description-very clean and comfortably fit our group of 8. Neighborhood was wonderful and walkable to the beach/resort (shuttle was a plus as well). Owners were easily reachable. Hope to be back in the future!

This was our first time going to Myrtle Beach as a family group and our first time staying at the Miller’s house and I can’t say enough great things about our stay. From the moment we checked in the house felt like home and everyone was able to relax after a long drive. It was so great to have the comforts of home but to also be able to experience a resort-like experience with all the amenities included. My kids loved all the pools and beach which was only a short walk from the house but to have the option to take the shuttle as well really helped out after a long exhausting day in the sun. We will definitely be back again! Thank you to the Millers for sharing their beautiful home!

This beach house in North Myrtle was nothing short of amazing. We were traveling with friends that had never been to Myrtle Beach before, they are still talking about our vacation. The house was just as described in the listing. We really had no issues that we needed to call the hosts for but Mrs. Miller was very friendly and professional and also made arrangements for us to check-in a few hours early as we arrived in Myrtle Beach way earlier than the original 4pm check-in time. Access to the resort was a breeze. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach. I highly recommend this property and will definantly book again. Thank you for making our family and friends vacation one to remember.

This home is clean, casual and very comfortable. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to pool and beach, but you can also drive and park nearby. Bring a wagon if carting “stuff” to the beach. The resort pool is busy and noisy; so if you like that, you’ll be happy. We appreciated the reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach. Location of resort is perfect, near Barefoot Landing, great place to walk morning and evening. Very enjoyable stay!

Great location. Host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Would probably stay longer next time. The only issue, which I wasn't expecting, is the lack of basic supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels). Next time I'll be prepared.

The house was roomy enough for 9 of us. It was nice n clean when we showed up. It was close to the resort which we used. Ocean front was very nice. Downtown Myrtle Beach wasn’t too far to drive to. Nice property.

A very quiet and clean home in an upper scale community of North Beach. A great place to unplug and catch up on a book or take a quick walk down to the resort for a dip in the pool, either one, you won't be disappointed.
Home offers towels and resort wrist bands to enter resort property. Additional SPA and well equipped fitness center a 3 minute walk through a very safe and low traffic area. Also a quick walk to Native Joes Coffee and Ice Cream shop (Excellent coffee) and Joe's Hamburgers (Not related). Burgers were good but their Golden Wings and sweet tea were off the charts!!!...Already tried to rebook for Easter but already taken :(
We'll be back another time though! Made some great memories!

Very quiet neighborhood which was what I was looking for. Relaxing. Close to everything. Had breakfast and one dinner at the location.
We had brought our own spices, food from local grocery. Everything needed to cook the meal was available.
Celebrated grandson's birthday at a local restaurant. Easy Chek in and check out. Would definitely recommend.

This house was the perfect location and property for our Thanksgiving vacation. It had all of the amenities we needed to celebrate and to just relax. The close proximity to the beach allowed for great after meal walks!! Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay. Each space was well appointed and the house was clean and relaxing. The ONLY thing that would be better would be a second bath in the upstairs space. However, 4 couples made it work and were pleased with the property. Thanks!

We had a great time at this house. Inside is even more beautiful than the pictures. Location is great and quiet while the amenities are amazing. The shuttle service to the resort areas and beach is definitely convenient for all guests. Communication with homeowners was very quick and responsive.

The owners of this unit were easy to contact and work with. However, we ended up with many issues with this rental. My family and another family have vacationed to North Myrtle Plantation 3 times and over 15 times to Myrtle in general and have never run into issues when we left until now. PLEASE take pictures of EVERYTHING and report!!! When we arrived there were dead and alive cockroaches in the garage (which is normal down south) but a good cleaning company would've at least swept. The kitchen floor was sandy and we found some drinks and smaller items left in the fridge. Again, this wasn't a big deal until after our vacation. We found garbage under a bed in the upstairs bedroom when we arrived and did luckily take pictures of this. We spent our days mostly at the beach and out to dinner most nights. I cooked on the grill one evening and found the grill grimey so I used foil to cook. The upstairs bathroom shower was clogged and we had to call the repair man so that everyone wasn't showering in nasty water. The repair man came and took a massive hair clog out of the drain. OVERALL the house is awesome and fit our families great. We enjoyed our stay; however when we left the owners were arriving the next day and said the CLEANING company called them with complaints. They claimed there was a stain on the vanity top in the upstairs bathroom from a flat iron. My buddy and his wife have two teenage daughters, but my buddies wife said she cleaned it everyday with lysol and didn't notice anything different. We used the garage ALL week long with zero issues. Owner said we "disconnected" a wire that they fixed and was no cost to us. If it worked all week for all of us then how are we getting blamed for a disconnected garage wire. We had zero drinks in the living room, but got blamed for "two" stains on couches that we didn't see at all. The last was a mistake by one of our teenagers who put dawn dish soap in the dishwasher. This caused the cleaning company to have to run the dishwasher 3 times and clean the floor-WHICH NEEDED DONE! WE FOUND GARBAGE UNDER THE BED AND SAND ON THE FLOORS AND COUNTERS WHEN WE ARRIVED. We were the last to stay here and got blamed for these things we hadn't done. Just be careful, take pictures, and report because I don't believe the cleaning company this unit uses is reputable. The company cleaned the unit well due to the arrival of the owners, but not in weeks prior. We were charged an extra fee for these issues.

The house was wonderful and adequately accommodated all of my family. The location to the beach, restaurants, and Barefoot Landing was excellent. We had an amazing time at Myrtle Beach.

This was our first time staying at a property “off” the beach. It was a quiet private neighborhood with just a 7-10 min walk to the pools or the beach. It was a lovely addition that the hosts paid for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella every day we were there. The pools at the resort were crowded but we got there early (open at 9 am and not before— locked ) to get our chairs in the shade as there were very few umbrellas. The pools were lovely and there was a swim up bar. Also several kids areas and cabanas for rent. The house itself was nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was. well equipped. It is close to some lovely restaurants and Barefoot Landing. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning not keeping up on one day and the owner immediately got someone out to resolve the issue. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us. The total number of guests is rated at 12 but there are only 2 full baths/showers and that may be difficult for sharing with a large group. Overall it was perfect for our needs and group size

Everything about this home was exactly as described. Great proximity (walk) to pools and beach. Having the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up each morning waiting for you was an awesome perk, thanks to Kevin and Janet. There were seven of us, plenty of room and never felt crowded. Highly recommend for families....definitely not a "party" home or area. Which was great, since we had 3 children with us. Would definitely come back again !!

Booked this place for my bachelorette weekend and couldn’t have asked for anything better. We walked a short distance to NachoHippo restaurant and ate some delicious nachos. Went to the pool as well and enjoyed the lovely music and the friendly environment. Highly recommend booking this place!! 😁

We traveled as 2 families of 4, kids age 6-9. We had the best time. The house was the perfect amount of space and perfect set up. The pools, hot tubs and beach is 4-6 min pretty walk away. The house had everything we needed and hosts were always available if we needed anything. Beach is gorgeous and kids had a blast.
