The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location cannot be beat! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and hated to leave. Nearly everything we needed for our stay was provided. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots & pans, silverware, etc… even a few spices. Warm & friendly host too 💕. Absolutely wonderful!

House is awesome really big enough for several people big enough for the kids to stretch out a little bit. We had a great time. Love the location. It was just a cool week

Very spacious house right on the beach. Large balcony with lots of seating. Enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning. Close to all the restaurants and activities.

Great location and lots of beds. My only complaint would be that there was lots of sand still on the floors and in the tubs and showers.

Shower would leak bad on the floor when taking one. Other than that it was great.

Selected this property for it's closeness to NAS Pensacola and ocean view. We were close enough to town and things to do but just far enough out to be pretty much all to ourselves. November is definitely at the end of the season, and very few people staying on this part of the island. The property had everything we needed. Hosts made themselves avaliable even though we are very low maintenance.

This home is absolutely amazing !! It truly feels like you are at home !! Everything is just outstanding about it and the air conditioner in the home works fabulously!! Everything you need is stocked for you !! It is even more beautiful than the pictures !! The location could NOT be better !!! The beach is pristine and private ! We loved spending time on the beach collecting shells and enjoying the waves. One of the best vacations we have been on in a long long time. !!! And the host, Marianne, is just wonderful !! This will absolutely be our vacation home when we are in Pensacola !!!!!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The house was right on the beach and there easy access to the beach. The location provided quick access to food and shopping. There was plenty of space and seating for our family of 10. Property managers were great to communicate with. Would recommend this house for all groups.

This was a perfect vacation spot for us! It was my husband & I and our children and grandchildren. Very comfortable house, great beach access. The beach was not crowded. We saw dolphins every day and also spotted sting rays. For those wanting to find activities, there are lots of restaurants and fun things to do. The dolphin watch boat tour was awesome! We can't say enough about our stay! Just heavenly!

My family of 6 adults stayed for 5 nights and we were all very pleased. As you walk in the front door, you see the gorgeous blue waters of the gulf through the large windows on the back of the home. There is easy and private access to the beach from the deck. All four bedrooms had comfortable beds with privacy. The kitchen was well stocked equipment wise and the two refrigerators were useful. Marianne was very responsive to any questions we had--we will definitely stay here again as it fit our family's needs perfectly.

This home had everything we needed and some. I packed toiletries, spices to cook, garbage bags, paper plates, storage containers, utensils, games, beach blow ups… no need!!!! They supplied it all. Bring a hair dryer and your swimsuit! ENJOY! We sure did! We WILL definitely book this property again. The Rigols ❤️

We spent seven wonderful days enjoying the beautiful home and even more, the beach location. Our reunion with our two sons and families (11 in total) was made perfect by the beautiful beach setting. We highly recommend this home.

Our family of 11 met here for a large family gathering and it was perfect. The location was beyond amazing-right on the beach for easy access any time of day. Large porch to watch the sunrise/sunset and grill for dinner. The home itself was clean and had all the kitchen utensils, beach toys, games, and amenities we needed. Owners were great to communicate with and I would definitely look forward to staying here again when in the area. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our week here. The property was just as it looked in the pictures. Just steps away from beautiful clear water and white sandy beaches. This area of the beach isn’t crowded, but still close enough to restaurants and activities. The property owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Easy check in and out. Perfect spot for our family of 15.

My family and I stayed here for a week in July of 2021. The home is located directly on the Gulf. The common area is a fully open floorplan with kitchen connecting to dining room and living room. Two refrigerators, electric range, microwave, and plenty of pots and pans, silverware, and cooking utensils made the kitchen very turnkey. There are four bed rooms (two on each side of the common area. The bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and updated furnishings. The deck is outstanding. It is very large and spans the entire length of the home. There is a covered area with a table designed for dining outside. It's a perfect spot to sit and eat or drink coffee outside but escape the sun. The rest of the deck is uncovered and there is plenty of seating on Adirondack chairs and lounges for soaking up rays. Stairs from the deck lead directly to the sand and there is a cleared pathway crossing the dune to access the Gulf. Underneath the deck is a storage area with a hose for cleaning off the sand when headed back inside. My family is a party of 6, my wife and I, my three kids (11, 9, 6), and my mother (81). We were very comfortable in this home and easily could have accommodated 4 more people. I cannot recommend this property enough. I have been coming to Pensacola Beach since the late 70's and it's come a long way since the one story cinder block homes. The newer homes are well decorated with functional appliances and comfortable living areas and this home is one of the best at which I've stayed. This place is simply perfect for a family vacation at the beach TL:DR Perfect location and beautiful home. Well worth the stay.
