We enjoyed our stay here so much a couple years ago we returned. No surprises, as advertised, clean, responsive and generous owner, EXCELLENT location. Perfect for kids. Friendly, quiet neighbors and a two minute walk to a lovely private beach or the busier town beach.

Annemarie’s cottage is lovely and superbly located just steps from both a private and public beach. Our teenager paddled on the kayaks and we all enjoyed evening walks up and down West beach. Thank you so much AnneMarie we had a fantastic weekend!

Stayed down here for a local wedding. This property was so cute and we loved staying here! Outdoor shower was super nice, we took the bike out, played games on the table. We wished there was another AC unit in the other bedroom but other than that, would highly recommend!

This is an adorable beach cottage. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was perfect for a couple of Mom's to spend the weekend with our daughter's before they head off to college. The house was very clean, and Anne-Marie was very responsive. Great choice for us!

This is my second stay at this house. The first time I came with my husband and two kids. This time it was a girls weekend with my mom, my 13 year old daughter, and my sister-in-law. It's a great house! Super clean and cozy. Two minute walk to the beach. Nice neighbors. Highly recommend!

Great check-in and clean property!

We had a great beach weekend at Anne-Marie's house. The location is great, a short walk to the beach and close enough to come back for lunch or to get a break from the sun. Although it was warm, there was a nice breeze in the backyard which made it very comfortable to sit in between the beach and going out for dinner.

Overall great experience.

The cottage was immaculate and beautifully appointed. There were so many lovely amenities, from the two kayaks to the fire pit to the great outdoor shower. Also, Annemarie couldn’t have been more gracious when we accidentally broke the coffee maker on day one. It’s a small space that feels big and comfortable. The proximity to the private beach was great as was the proximity to safe roads for runners and walkers. Overall, spectacular place.

Exactly what you need to enjoy time by the beach. Despite a hurricane coming in on our last day, we had a fantastic stay at this house. Great outdoor shower, quiet neighborhood, raised firepit area, AC was cold, very clean and simple. Highly recommend and the hostess was easy to reach and very kind.

The pictures don’t do this home justice! It is adorable and very well kept. The owner was always available for a quick text to help find something or answer a question. The backyard space was wonderful as well as the use of the kayaks!! Thanks so much!

It felt like home as soon as we walked in, just like the cozy and comfortable beach cottage we imagined. It was a perfect getaway for a few days. We look forward to our next visit.

This cottage was great for my husband, 2 children (ages 8 and 10), and myself to get away for several days. The cottage is just less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is both the more public beach and a smaller private beach for the neighborhood that are each within five minutes. The owner has 2 kayaks (with adult life jackets at the house) that you can take out that are stored at the private beach. The public beach has a playscape for the kids too. The road along the beach is great for a morning or evening walk. We had plenty of space at the house for the 4 of us, and left the third bedroom unused. The cottage is adorably decorated and well stocked. It seems a lot of the cottages in the area have been owned by the same families for years making the area a great little friendly community. This was a great covid safe getaway since there aren’t large crowds at the beach and there are several restaurants to eat outside at that are a short drive. Owner was easy to work with and my kids already want to know if we can rent again next year. We enjoyed our time at the beach cottage!!

We (5 adults) had a great time at Anne Marie's house. Everything was clean and nicer than the online pix. It was a very short to the beach and we had space in the back yard to relax in the evening
