Lo mejor de nuestro condominio es el balcón extra grande con increíbles vistas del atardecer durante todo el año. Nuestro condominio es moderno y confortable con tres habitaciones con capacidad para 8 personas. Pelican Walk está bellamente ajardinado con dos piscinas y una bañera de hidromasaje. El complejo admite mascotas (menores de 20 años). Estamos ubicados en el extremo oeste más tranquilo de la playa, que está cerca de St. Andrews Park sobre Thomas Dr. Esperamos disfrutar compartiendo nuestro condominio con nuestros invitados!

We had a perfect week! Condo was just as described. Location great, large, clean, had everything we needed! The view was perfect, loved watching dolphins from the balcony! We loved everything about this location and condo! We plan to return soon!

The condo was clean with a well supplied kitchen. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions that we had. This property is located on the quiet end of Panama City Beach and is a welcome change from the far more crowded western end. The property is in the process of replacing the elavators and has only one working elevator until November. A bit of an issue on the weekend, but not much of a problem during the week. Book this condo if you like beautiful sunsets.

This is by far the best condo we’ve ever booked in pcb! The balcony is huge with spectacular oceanfront views. The condo is clean, spacious, and fully furnished. There were lots of beach chairs, floats, etc. in the closet. There was plenty of hot water for showers. We were able to bring our fur baby, which was one of the main reasons we booked here :)

This is a beautiful, clean, and roomy condo. It has simply everything you need for your stay but food. The location is perfect as it is not on the busy/rowdy end of PCB. Parking is supper easy unlike cramped parking garages. The unit was pet friendly and the dog walking area was perfect.
We have rented here two other times and I’m sure we will book for next years PCB trip.

Everything about our stay in this well appointed condo was perfection! We are locals in our 50's and frequent the beach often so it was only natural that we have a beach wedding and what better place to do it than here! Everything was fresh, clean and well stocked. We are already looking forward to our next beach getaway here!

My husband, mom, two small kids and myself stayed in this condo for Spring Break. It was beautiful. Easy access to all the amenties, clean, spacious, unparalleled views, just perfect for our getaway! The host was responsive and kind, our best visit to PCB so far!

Our stay was perfect we could not have asked for more. The layout of the condo was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The balcony was large that’s a plus. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. There was a bad storm one night and they checked in on how we were doing. Which was so nice of them. The condo has everything you would want for a beach stay. I recommend this rental to everyone and I hope we get a chance to stay there again in the future.

We had 6 adults and one 17 month old. Loved the balcony the most! Listening to the ocean and enjoying sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Very large bedrooms with comfortable beds, large open kitchen, dining and living room. I loved the fact the unit had a washer and dryer. Would highly recommend the unit to those who want to be comfortable and have privacy from the ground staying in unit.

The view from the unit was great and the unit was very spacious. The unit had a very strong smell of urine when you walked in. I was surprised nobody else commented on the smell. The toilet was broken in the secondary bathroom, but the owner was prompt in correcting the issue and maintenance replaced the toilet. The beaches were closed the entire week due to RIP current, which was unfortunate as my children did not want to go to the beach if they could not get in the water.

Pelican Walk was a very clean resort. Pool area and parking area were well-kept and clean.
Condo was clean with amazing views! We stayed in 808 which had comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We hope to return in the future.

This was our second time to stay in this condo. This time we had 6 adults. Me, my husband, MIL, and 3 young adult kids, and Biscuit, my daughters dog. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. My favorite part again was the view from the balcony! I could have lived out there and can’t wait to come back!!

This is a beautiful Condo, in the most perfect location on the beach. Incredible sunset views for miles. The beach and property is quiet and well maintained. Linda is a pleasure to deal with. She is very accommodating and responsive! We will be back. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you for sharing this perfect place with us.

Condo was very clean upon arrival. This condo was very spacious for 8 people. The ocean and sunset views are absolutely breathtaking. Sounds of the ocean made this vacation very relaxing!

The condo is beautiful and the perfect space for my husband and I, our 2 Kiddos, 2 Grandparents, and our dog. The beach is gorgeous! The pool was heated, and there is a hot tub. The location was quieter than other stretches of beach (which we loved!) The people at the condo were all very nice.

You cannot beat this property for view of the ocean and location. It is away from the hubbub and quieter. Very well maintained and host is extremely prompt with correspondence. Stayed for a month & can't wait to go back!

We spent the month of January at this condo and it is beautiful with a fantastic view of the gulf from the large balcony. Linda was very responsive to our needs and the condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, etc. In addition, it is conveniently located to many restuarants, shops, grocery stores, and anything that you might need. The condo was very quiet and not much noise from the neighboring condos. I highly recommend this condo!

This was the perfect spot for our family. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Close access to the beach, pools were never crowded and not far from some great restaurants. Having Waffle House right across the road came in very handy for breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous condo and amazing views from the balcony. Condo is cute, kitchen is well equipped and location is perfect. We enjoyed our week stay with our 2 college kids and fur baby. We spent the majority of the trip on the balcony. Would recommend staying here- we are already planning our next trip.
