There was an issue that there was some significant construction going on at the adjacent pool club which the property manager was unaware of. Katy, the property manager, was very quick to respond and deal with the issue. Would love to go back when the construction is complete.

Great location and pool, but keep in mind check in is not at the condo checkin place it is separate, that was not clear (maybe I missed that in a email?) and a bit confusing at first, but that was the only issue, would stay there again.

This Condo at Nautibeach was immaculately clean. Amenities were great. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Property owner emailed us with a complete guide on how to get to their property upon booking. Also love the binder with the history of the island and a complete do's and dont's and spots to visit and dining. Highly recommend!!

Last minute vacation.
We have been staying at Nauti Beach for the past 7 years. We love the property and the staff is very friendly. We have made friends with the staff many of them and are on a first name basis. We do a lot of walking on the island and feel we don't rush out to rent a golf cart. As our family has expanded we are in search of a three bedroom. Would highly recommend!!

We rented this condo for a last minute mother/daughter get away as our first post-covid vacation. We have been to the island twice before but stayed in the south end. The condo and property were spotless. Staff made us all feel very safe & welcome. Staff at the rental hut were very helpful & friendly. They arranged for our covid tests to be done right in our condo. 24 hour security staff were always friendly and helpful. The condo was exactly as the photos shown. Our condo was spotless. Great supply of clean towels etc. The pool area and beach area were very clean with staff always cleaning. Be sure to give the staff some tips! They deserve it. The restaurant on site was an added bonus. Great food & drinks and fabulous service. We enjoyed being able to walk to numerous restaurants & shops. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Katy.

Katy condo #17 was a great condo it was very clean and had everything you ould ask for my amazon firestick worked real good too!!!The Nautibeach club and Mayan beach club are the best on the island smooth white sand beach clear cam water I tried others like Guru,Green demon,Zama and they all had seaweed or coral in the sand Stay here no worres

This was a great place to stay. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The condo was clean and updated. The grounds were well kept and cared for. Steps away from the beach, pool and restaurants. The staff was accommodating and very friendly!

We love the island and we always choose north beach location if we can . Katy is an amazing host .. the place is great, you can still see the ocean . North beach is one of the best beaches to be .. place is clean, inviting and has everything you need . Housekeeping services are perfect .. management is supportive and responsive . Highly recommend!

Nice place close to beach and nightlife
We began our stay at a neighboring property and moved here to finish out. The resort is more laid back, with a less party intense vibe to it. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room is quiet, clean and well equipped. Unit has its own internet router and Wifi was blazing fast - much better than previous property. Shower was also surprisingly good -- water pressure and temp were perfect. No elevator to upper floors - FYI.

Location probably takes the cake but the beds were so comfortable and we had everything we could have wanted in the condo. It was extremely clean. We chose to do the housekeeping daily just to try and help them out. It didn’t cost anything extra but I enjoyed leaving them a nice tip daily! And they did an amazing job!!! It’s not a question, next stay on Isla for us will definitely be right here!! The host answered every question and always got back with me very quickly. It’s our favorite spot now ❤️

Location probably takes the cake but the beds were so comfortable and we had everything we could have wanted in the condo. It was extremely clean. We chose to do the housekeeping daily just to try and help them out. It didn’t cost anything extra but I enjoyed leaving them a nice tip daily! And they did an amazing job!!! It’s not a question, next stay on Isla for us will definitely be right here!! The host answered every question and always got back with me very quickly. It’s our favorite spot now 🌴❤️

Island Oasis
Since our stay took place during the pandemic when surrounding hotels were limited to 30% occupancy, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The condo was perfect for our trip. It was clean and comfortable, (awesome shower). We had several meals on-site at The Mayan. So good to have authentic Mexican food again and at a great price with friendly service. We will be back!

The condo was perfect! The extra sink in the 2nd bedroom made four adults sharing one bathroom very do-able. Check-in process was quick & simple. Katy emailed a lot of helpful info well before our stay. Nautibeach was the BEST as always!

This condo on Playa del Norte was absolutely wonderful. Very nice condo with everything we needed and more! The location overlooks the pool and the ocean beyond to the right side; it overlooks the ocean and sunset to the left.
The unit is so conveniently located to be able to walk to the pool or the restaurant and bar or the beach, in just a few steps. We loved staying here!
