Always a great place to stay in Sunriver! The proximity to the village cannot be beat! The house is well appointed, love the bonus room upstairs for the kids, it’s so nice for them to have their own space. The cherry on top is the N64 in the bunk room, with a great selection of games. We have stayed at this house nearly every year since 2019 and it’s always our first choice when visiting Sunriver!

This was a perfect place to stay in Sunriver - location was spot on. Our family rented 3 different homes for our family reunion and this house was the main gathering spot for dinners each night. Nice play area up stairs for the kids! The only negative was no recycling and beds should be updated and replaced.

This was the second time our family has stayed here. There were 10 of us this time and we all enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. There were bikes for us as well as the passes for the pool which were also enjoyed. The BBQ and hot tub also came in handy.
The location is excellent located right across the street from restaurants, a brewery, Starbucks, a grocery store and other retail.
Communication with Ron was always timely and helpful. The only glitch we had was checking in. The information I got said it was 4:00 PM but we couldn't get in. We called a number we were given and they said check in was not until 5:00 but they did let us in. Not a big deal but something that should be straightened out. Would definitely stay here again.

We love SunRiver ! The location of the home is very close to the village which makes for easy access and walking. It also brings traffic. The home itself was great size wise for our family. It is very dated and could use a little love. Sharc shut down at 11:00 am due to air quality the day that we went which was a bummer but, had nothing to do with the home.

We’ve enjoyed #5 Backwoods for many years. It didn’t disappoint in 2024. Ron responded almost immediately after the property manager was unavailable whenever assistance was needed…house was enjoyed by every family member and guest…good WiFi also made remote work possible.

In addition to being well located in Sun River, this house was better supplied than any vacation spot I've stayed. Kitchen was great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all.
Lots of baby equipment and things for the kids to enjoy.
Clean and tidy open spaces for family to gather. Bikes were super, as was the ping pong table. Thank you, too, for the Sharc passes, etc. We had a great weekend!!

We had a fabulous time staying at this cabin. The location was great for activities in Sunriver as well as skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Some of our favorite things about this cabin were: Located a very short walk away from the market, brewery, coffeehouse, etc. Kitchen is stocked with every pan and utensil you can imagine. You can seat 16 people or more in the kitchen/dining area. Bikes and ping-pong table in the garage were very fun. Hot tub was super-clean. Very well-stocked for infants and toddlers. Upstairs area was great for remote work. Quiet location. I would stay here again.

The house was wonderful. We had a family of four that were not able to attend due to illness but the house was very accommodating. Clean, had everything you would need in the kitchen. A personal chef came and cooked a birthday dinner. The house was very close to the village and easy access on the walking path. The Sharc passes were awesome - even though we only used them one day. There was 6-8 inches of snow 4 out of the 5 days we were there. Thank you for an amazing staycation. Would love to stay there again.

We loved this rental and had a great time! It was perfect for 3 families and lots of space for the kids to run around upstairs. Loved all the extras, blankets, kids toys, movies, puzzles, games etc.! It was just across the street from the village and we were able to walk to and from the shops!
The hot tub was a little murky and needed some extra attention upon arrival, but we called the hot tub company and they came within 5 minutes to clean it!

only one speck-sized complaint: would say that this house comfortably sleeps 10, not 14. i thought the 6th listed bedroom would have a door, but it's in the common area, albeit upstairs which is more private

The house was super well equipped with everything. We didn't have to run to the store for anything. Weather was cooler than we expected so it was nice to have extra blankets and a gas fireplace. The kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery and dishes and we enjoyed taking the bikes for a cruise around SR. Great cable TV for football games.

Pros: We had a great stay with our family. The property was beautiful and had a lot of blankets and utensils which was great! Rooms and beds were cozy and comfy. The hot tub was in a great location and very private which we enjoyed.
Cons: the locks didn’t work in some of the bathrooms which was a bummer because we were staying with a large group and that was a must. Some of the bathroom counters had hair and they didn’t seem like they were cleaned.

Had a great stay with four adults and kids 1-6 in ages. Great location and floor plan with lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Our group really appreciated all the amenities for kids (pack play, baby gate and toys. Ron was a pleasure to work with coordinating our travel plans and we look forward to a return staycation here.
