This is the second time staying here and we absolutely love it! Condo is so comfortable and SO well stocked. Loved the addition of organic shampoo and conditioner. You will feel right at home the minute you walk through the door!

This is a beautiful condo with an unbelievable deck. The views from here were spectacular. We spent several hours each day sitting on the deck and looking at whales and pelicans.
The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry facilities in the unit were great.
The beach here is very wide and long. We had fireworks at night at least twice per week. (We were told they are popular for weddings)
It took us a couple of days to figure out how to get the international stations on the tv but once we did we had access to hundreds of channels. The digital front door look took some learning how to operate as well. Once we got used to the lock we were fine.
The property is very quiet and people staying here were friendly. The pools and hot tub were wonderful to use.
Two restaurants are next to the property ( Mama Mia’s and Cantina Sardinia). We found the food and drinks were very good. Both had great staff. Mama Mia’s had a stage with some great entertainment.
A walk to the large grocery store and shopping mall was 20 minutes along the highway. We also walked there along the beach. The coffee shop at the grocery store (La Comer) had great pastries. Starbucks next door. Next to the condo property is a convenience store that was very handy.
We did not have a car but walked or used Uber everywhere. Uber would pick you up in less than 5-minutes.
Overall a fantastic stay at this condo. Loved our time here and owner very responsive to any messages.

We rent places in the southern US and Central America 3-4 times a year. This place is by far the best! The location and condo development are fantastic. More importantly, this unit is perfect. So many thoughtful details: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach bags, games, first aid kit (hubby is accident prone), plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, well decorated, filtered water… Seriously, you only need to pack clothes. And, the balcony! We spent so much time here lounging. We grilled, watched fireworks on New Year’s Eve, and saw whales. The owner checked in with us mid stay. The guards were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate rent this home again. Everything was perfect.

Sun sand and surf
We’ve stayed at many different condos in El Zalate over the last ten years, and they have all been lovely and we love San Jose, but 403 in Villa 2 is in a class of its own. The remodel is tasteful and modern, the decor fantastic and has a great Baja surf vibe, and the view down the beach towards Zippers and La Roca is perfect from the deck or just waking up in the king sized bed. A wonderful and relaxing family holiday in five star accommodations.

Everything you need to feel at home in paradise
I could go on and on about our wonderful week. The condo was spotless, immaculate and offered everything we needed for a welcome and comfortable home-like stay. I love the location - great beach for walking, visiting a couple other restaurants, and the proximity to San Jose del Cabo (quick to get to downtown via car, grocery stores). I loved the pool area - no waking up early to secure a poolside chair like you have to do at a resort :) Security and the Property Manager were so helpful and friendly, and other condo guests were friendly as well. The Owner provided perfect and thorough instructions and tips prior to arrival. We spent evenings after dinner playing games on the beautiful patio. Two unexpected things that I loved - seeing all the doggies on the beach and that the front door had a lockable screen door. Our favorite experiences: SJD organic farmers market on Saturday morning (two things I learned after the first trip - wear tennis shoes and plan to eat there - seems like lunch-type foods are more plentiful), of course Thursday night art walk, and a trip to Todos Sandos. Next time we'll check out La Paz. Our favorite restaurants - Mamma Juana's for breakfast in SJD (yummy chilaquiles), Buzzards (again yummy breakfast and a nice drive), and having Mama Mia close by was very convenient. We went to the District right across the street twice for dinner and had an enjoyable meal both times. This trip made me fall even more in love with the area. We usually try to switch it up but I'm thinking SJD is my home away from home. There's so much to do (or not do if that's what you like) and would return to Casa Mi Sueno and recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful 2br condo - great beachfront location
Everything was perfect. Amazing views from every room. Every convenience was provided. The pools were nice. The ocean was steps away. My wife got her morning mile swim in right off shore. Rough surf, but nice just beyond breakers. Great food at walkable restaurants nearby (Sushi at Fabric and seafood at Mama Mia’s next door. Loved the quieter area that was a short drive to San Lucas for activities. Great fishing and whale watching tours. Overall it was one of the best trips our family has taken.

Lovely Stay in San Jose del Cabo
We had a great time at El Zalate. The view was spectacular and the condo nicely appointed. The owner, Di, was always available for questions. In addition to being on the beach, it was close to town and shopping. We will be back.

Wonderful quiet escape
Excellent pre-flight information provided which Helped us plan arrival (groceries, what to expect, where to go). Very quiet & peaceful place. With a mini-mart with 100 steps of the gated entry, we were able to quickly get drinks, ice, snacks, etc during our stay. We didn’t rent a car; we just hung out at the pool and watched the waves & jumping bat rays. So cool! Super clean, safe, and we can’t say enough good things about the local staff. Friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and will be back.

Awesome.
We had such a great time! We highly recommend staying here during whale season as we did (on accident). We came as 2 couples and had an amazing time! Our husbands did swim in the ocean and the current is super strong - the only thing we wouldn’t recommend is vacationing here with small children (as we have at home) that want to swim in the ocean (but the pool area is great!) We came during COVID and it was awesome to get away and pretty quiet here. We always felt safe and the guards were super helpful. Sometimes when you rent you feel like “well the pictures were better...” the pictures accurately portray the beauty here! Thanks for sharing your place with us! We had an amazing time!

Paradise in San Jose del Cabo
Wonderful villa! Spectacular views. Everything you need for a perfect vacation. Gorgeous balcony. Full size gas grill.
Great location. Grocery store nearby. Close to town and only 30 min from Cabo San Lucas. We rented a car, but could have Ubered everywhere.
Condo is well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Smart TVs with Netflix in both bedrooms, Cable TV in living room. Plenty of beach towels. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Blender.
This property is well maintained and is exactly as advertised. Owners were quick to respond to questions and checked in with us via text when we arrived. Local property manager checked on us to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this rental!

Fantastic Getaway
We had a great stay at Joe and Di's condo in March of 2019. The condo is exactly as described and the views and balcony are somehow even more impressive in person than they are in photos. The property is located on a quiet section of beach, which is just steps away. Joe and Di's suggestions of restaurants, things to do, rental car agencies, etc. were all spot on. There are lots of dining and shopping options in San Jose, which is extremely convenient to the property. The Thursday night Art Walk is a can't miss as well. We hope to return again asap!

Perfect
We loved our week at this condo. The layout of the condo is perfect. You can hear the crashing waves from both bedrooms. So soothing! The entire condo complex is beautiful and well maintained. We loved how quiet it was all day and night. The people we met, staff and other people staying here were so nice. We so enjoyed the art walk in San Jose on Thursday night. Perfect place to stay!
Casa Mi Sueno was the perfect place to stay for my family! The condo is great... spectacular views from every room, and the patio!!! I wish my family would sit around more than we do because I could happily sit on that patio for hours on end. The location is perfect... right on the beach, close to town, shopping, lots of restaurants, and surfing. El Zalate is well-kept, the security guards become your friends, and the pool area is beautiful and serene/never crowded.

Beautiful condo!
Casa mi Sueno is just as pictured. It is lovely and has everything that you might need. We really enjoyed the terrace...ate every meal outside. It was great having the grill, the beach chairs and cooler. The entire property is as well maintained as the condo with beautiful pools and landscaping. My husband swam in the sea outside the condo, but the waves were too powerful for me. Santa Maria public beach is fantastic if you want to spend some time in the sea. Joe and Di recommended that we rent a car, and that was a great suggestion to help explore the area...don't miss Chedraui grocery store. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect Vacation
This condo/villa offered all the amenities and appliances to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It has amazing views of the beach and ocean waves from the spacious balcony. The pools were great and the staff on the property were kind and helpful as well. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more and would definitely love to return.

New Favorite Place to Stay
Would rather not tell anyone about this wonderful condo...but we have visited Los Cabos several times and this is now our new favorite place to stay. Very comfortable accommodations with beautiful view that is walking distance to great restaurants and downtown San Jose Del Cabo. There is NO traffic noise when staying here, on-site security for added safety, and very responsive on-site management when needed. We also enjoy getting a workout in during our travels and this is the first condo we've stayed at that had an air conditioned fitness room with working equipment! Thank you Joe and Di!!

The unit was in a fantastic location. It was beautiful. We felt very safe with security. It was quiet. We had all the comforts of home in a paradise location. The owners were very easy to contact with a couple of minor issues we had and very quick to eliminate the problem! We can say nothing bad about our stay. gorgeous condo with a beautiful view
We stayed for 3 nights starting Christmas Eve, I was apprehensive about booking a place that had no reviews (at the time I booked) but I understand it was new on the market. Really glad I took a chance - this place was gorgeous! We are a family of four and my teen kids shared the bedroom with the twin beds. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bath and loved that the rooms were on either side of the living area - so they afforded privacy. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was nice to have some condiments too.
Be prepared for a schlep from the parking lot. The condo building is close to the beach but the parking lot is not. The security guard let us borrow a wheel barrow, which helped. We had a million bags from Le Comer plus our wheelies. Plan ahead.
Grounds are beautiful and quiet. Pool was lovely and we used the hot tub every day. Good boogie boarding right out front.
Balcony off the condo was huge with a spectacular view north. We ate outside on the table and took naps on the lounge chairs. Lots of Mexican blankets around to use on the lounge chairs and sofa - so comfy! Good selection of channels on the TV which was nice.
Also loved that they provided 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels (really nice ones), insulated bag for drinks & snacks, boogie boards, snorkel & fins, etc. Super helpful and useful!

Perfect!!!
We didn't want this vacation to end. We felt like the condo was our own. So tastefully renovated (everything is new), with a view you just CANNOT stop gazing at. I can't say enough about this condo and the wonderful owners, who are so kind and responsive. The patio is large and so relaxing that you have to force yourself to leave. Comfy beds and the kitchen has everything!!! Perfect for a short or long vacation. The grounds at this property are also very nice and clean, with wonderful pools. I must also mention that this place is very safe and secure. The security guard at the gate was so personable and funny. There are several restaurants and a convenient store within walking distance. There are two large grocery stores about one mile up the highway. If you're looking for a quiet place away from the noise and hustle, then look no further, this place has everything you need. Cabo San Lucas is just a short drive with wonderful public beaches along the way. Thanks Di and Joe...we'll be back!!

Fantastic stay!
This place was a true gem! All of the little things you may need are in the home, and the view from the patio is spectacular! One pool is adult only (15+) and the other is kid friendly so everyone was happy. Plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs by the pool, and the condo had a nice selection of pool toys available for kids.
Filtered water at the sink and filtered ice were appreciated! Previous renters left a few beers behind (so nice after arriving!) so we returned the favor and left some beers and snacks behind. Friendly staff and security and parking was always easy. Elevator to the 4th floor was so nice instead of stairs. There was a large brand new gas grill on the patio which was great for bbqing. There are some small markets nearby, but the La Comer grocery store has EVERYTHING you may need! It’s worth getting a car even for a day or two to do some easy shopping. Di will hook you up with a rental agency in town, so don’t rent prior to arriving. (I know, it’s scary, but it worked just fine for us!) We paid $70/day for a mid sized Nissan and had no issues with pickup or drop off. I’d recommend this rental to ANYONE! Young, old, families, couples...it covers them all! We will certainly rent this place again when our travels bring us back to Los Cabos! Thank you Di and Joe!!!

Great location, great condo.
This is the first time i have given a review. Many times using vrbo. I have stayed in 3 different condos at el zalate. All being very nice. This one being the best. All ammenities and appliances new. Comfortable beds. Showers with great water pressure. View from the patio is perfect. The place is amazing.
The owners Joe and Di were very responsive in every way. They even asked if i could think of anything else the condo needed. It was all there, and all new. I have stayed in over 40 different places with vrbo. I would highly recommend staying here.
