Riverfront Condo In The Heart Of Winter Park
Bienvenido a nuestro condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños a solo unos pasos del río Fraser en el corazón de Winter Park. La ubicación de este condominio es fantástica. A poca distancia del condominio, puedes encontrar restaurantes, tiendas y caminatas. El condominio en sí se encuentra a orillas del río Fraser y las rutas de senderismo y ciclismo rodean la zona. Eres un esquiador? Luego súbase al servicio de transporte que se detiene justo al lado del edificio para un viaje gratis a las pistas.
El condominio mide aproximadamente 1100 pies cuadrados y está distribuido en 3 habitaciones (¡aquí no hay habitaciones tipo loft!) escondido en la parte posterior de la unidad. La cocina abierta y la sala de estar ofrecen mucho espacio para pasar el rato, jugar y cocinar una buena comida después de un largo día en las pistas o senderos. El interior del condominio es cómodo y acogedor, y la cocina bien surtida está lista tanto para el chef informal como para el experimentado.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un baño en suite y ducha. El segundo dormitorio acogedor tiene una cama queen. La litera tiene 2 literas con capacidad para 4, con un lindo rincón de lectura. Hay un segundo baño completo con bañera y ducha. Además, la unidad cuenta con lavadora y secadora.
El desarrollo también completó recientemente una nueva casa club que contiene tres jacuzzis y una gran piscina. La casa club también tiene una sala de ejercicios, mesa de billar y una casa club bien amueblada.
Nota: El condominio está en el tercer piso y es una unidad final. El edificio no tiene ascensor.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The location was great and the fishing was excellent right outside of the building. This was perfect for my family of 4!

Great location to town, loved the pool / rec center very short walk away or under 1 min drive. Parking on site. Very well equipped kitchen and so many fun games, movies for kids etc.
We had a very minor issue and owner took care of it really fast and well - thank you.

Very clean nicely updated and comfortable condo with easy access to bus and restaurants. The beautiful fireplace was great in the evening.

Weekend trip with 8 adults. Plenty of room for all. Condo had everything we needed and more. We used the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and the pool and pool tables. We also took the free shuttle to and from winter park ski resort. The pickup/drop off is about 50’from condo and brought us and all gear right to the lifts. Super convenient if you are here to ski. Owner is quick to respond and helpful. I have been to dozens of VRBO properties and this one was at the top. Thanks Tim. What a beautiful place to visit. We plan on returning in the summer to see the other side of Winter Park!

The condo is excellent in every way. Great location, 3 bedrooms with a king bed and another with a queen and another with 2 sets of bunks was perfect for our group. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer was a huge help. Communication with host was amazing. We’ll be back again

This was a fantastic condo right by the river in Winter Park.
The unit was clean, easy to find and the owners super helpful when I had difficulty finding the access code for the key! The kids and I enjoyed swimming at the rec center that is close by and there were several restaurants near by for dinner and coffee! We would definitely stay there again.

Within walking distance of downtown area and still peacefull with flowing river near by. Loved all the books the home offers, as well as having access to cable. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great stay at a great condo. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. Amenities were fine, great wifi, super pool and hot tub facility. Exceeded our high expectations!

Great place for to celebrate the New Year! You could see the fireworks from the windows of the living room. It was awesome for the kids and parents! The bus was super convenient. The wood-burning fireplace was really nice in the evenings. The kitchen as well stocked with pans and dishes. There were lots of board games and other games for adults and kids. The location next to the river was very peaceful. I would totally go back here anytime.

This rental has it all. Location is great, bus stops directly in front of the building, walking to restaurants and shopping. Stocking at its best, from kitchen, bath, bedrooms, etc. Nice large dining table for dinners and board games. Very well thought out for all ages. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

My family and I ended our holiday tour of Ikon resorts at Winter Park. The condo is very close to the resort and is very spacious and homey.

Fantastic condo on the River. Owner was extremely helpful and communicative even with our last min booking. Everything we needed was there and location was great to walk to downtown. Kids loved the indoor and playing by the River. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Enjoyable Stay
Our family really enjoyed staying here in the off season. Beautiful view from the front balcony. Lots of smaller hiking trails from the parking lots around the ponds and river. Our host was great at being helpful and available. Would love to be back next summer!

Contact with owner is easy and responsive. Shuttle to mountain out front and on a schedule so made it easy. Pool area with spa was nice, it is a short walk.
Condo could use more blankets. Wood fireplace. We did not use it. Really comfortable and plan to be back

Family Friendly-Home Away from Home Thank
Thank you for sharing your condo with us! The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the washer and dryer were much appreciated! The kids enjoyed the use of the rec center and skate park. There was a great selection of games, movies, and books for the whole family. Morning coffee on the deck listening to the creek below was so relaxing! We enjoyed the easy access to the walking paths/bike trails as well as the short walk to shopping and dining. This was our first trip to CO and you helped make it a memorable one.

This property was a wonderful accommodation for our family of 5. It was not far from Fraser and not far from Winter Park slopes. The property was clean. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen.

We had a excellent time. The condo was perfect for us. The owner is very quick tp respond and helped us in many ways. The condo is stocked with everything you will need. The Lift service was excellent as well. Would definitely come back!!!
