The kitchen and living area are decent with standard condo furniture, worn but comfortable. Balcony furniture wasn’t overly comfortable and not what was pictured. Both beds are terrible. Probably the worst bed I have ever slept on. The mattresses might be made of papier-mâché and gravel. Appear to have been that way since February at least based on another review where management said they would address the bed and black mold concerns immediately. Both bedroom carpets are well worn. Both bathrooms have obvious black mold and deteriorating showers. This is what the property management calls exotic and luxurious on VRBO

We like to stay the last week of feb. This is our 3rd year. Was a little worried about the non secure parking garage, but didn’t have any Problems. This was our first time at this particular resort and it was fine.

Enjoyed our stay. It definitely needs some TLC. Mattress in both bedrooms were horrible. I slept on the couch several nights.There was mold in the master bath when we got their. We cleaned it ourselves. Would be a great place with new paint and new mattresses.

I try and stay at Oceanvillas every time I go to PCB and this condo didn’t disappoint! The location is awesome and the view from the balcony is amazing! Condo was exactly how it was described. Would stay again!

When arriving at the condo the first thing we noticed was the air conditioner was not working. Book that condo was notified upon arrival around 2pm. The Floors in the condo turned our feet black the moment we walked in. My mother had to vacuum and mop every floor in the condo. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable, we even had to wash the sheets because they had a foul odor to them. Book that condo was notified again later in the afternoon due to the air conditioner not working and the condo was 80 degrees. Around 10pm someone showed up and temporarily fixed the air. On the second day we were told the air conditioner could not be fixed until the next week. We were given two portable air conditioners, in which case we couldn’t use the main entrance to our balcony. The condo lacks cooking pans and utensils.

"Home Away from home"
The condo was in excellent condition, it exceeded our expectations! We had the best view of the ocean. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation and we will definitely book again. Thank you for being a part of the best experience of our lives!!

The location is wonderful. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The unit could use a little TLC. Painting/patch job in dinning area is visible, 2 lightbulbs were burnt out in the primary bathroom, the water filter in the refrigerator needs replacing, the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom makes noise and the wind whistles through the living room sliding glass door. I would think that these minor fixes could be addressed considering the price we paid for our stay.

Loved the location of this condo on the beach. Best views I’ve had in a condo on PCB. Loved sipping coffee in the am and drinking wine watching the sunset on the balcony.

The description and picture of said property were wrong. We were supposed to have gotten a three bedroom and three bath. We got a two bedreoom and two bath. vrbo would not listen let alone try and solve the problem. Tried talking to vrbo they hung up on me twice. A bar stool was broke almost causing one of our group serious injury. No cable for TV only streming that you have to pay for. The only help we got was from the nice lady at Rent that condo. I would suggest going strait to them first. I will never do VRBO again. Couldnt even understand the VRBO guy.

Overall the condo was good and had a very spacious balcony. The location is in a good spot, walking distance from just about everything you would need including groceries. Even though it's an older building, more soundproof than other condos in the area. The management company, "Book that Condo", was great to work with, responsive, and took care of any issues. The cleaning people though, leave much to be desired, and we left it cleaner than when we arrived.

Great location. The refrigerator door sounds like it's about to fall off when you open it, there looks to be mold on the wall underneath a vent in the master bedroom and the coffee maker didn't work for 24 hours we were there and then it started working again later in the trip. However, it was overall a nice place and a great location.

The good-few and the check in process, water pressure in shower was amazing and elevators where fast.
The bad- everything was out dated, ice machine was broken, TV in living room was broken, title throughout the condo were broken, dryer knob was broken and only worked half the time, Refrigerator door was broken and hard to close, cleaning crew that cleaned before we got there was not very good there was pee in the toliet when we got there, water damage where the air vents were, the tv in the master was too big for the stand and side ways. Hot water goes out fast.
Don’t think we would stay in this condo again the OceanVillas it’s self was nice.!

Great Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at OceanVilla 1801. The views were amazing, was very clean, and the parking situation is really easy. The only thing that caught us a bit off guard was that the door did not have a dead bolt or any form of locking the door besides the door handle key pad. This made us feel a little uneasy, but besides for that it’s an effortless and amazing place to stay!

Good stay, but could really use some TLC
Overall we had a good stay. The location is great and close to many attractions, stores, and restaurants. This condo could desperately use some tlc though! The beds are AWFUL and the couch bed has mold on the bottom of it. Others have mentioned the patio furniture needing to be replaced and it is still in need of some updating. You can’t even enjoy the view because the furniture is so worn and falling apart. Other things such as dresser drawers being broken, very worn bedding, carpet desperately needing to be cleaned, patch job repair to shower wall, and tv cabinet legs just removed instead of repairing or replacing just add to the worn down appearance of this condo. Kitchen was decently stocked and other than the carpets everything was clean. The master bed is listed as a king in the pictures and a queen in another, but it is a queen.

Loved the view the place was clean. Just two thing the living room baloney door didn't lock I had a five year old so it was scary but I shut the screen. The TV didn't work all we could do is watch movies I call about this they were suppose to send someone but I don't think anyone came. But over all I loved the place I would stay again.

Spring Break
As is what i saw in the pic. Its a great location. Walmart is 2 min away. There was hibachi buffet (Jin Jin Super king) close to our condo. We stayed at 18th floor. The view was amazing. Enjoyed the sunset.
I would say one thing may consider... mattress. It was not that comfy.it also creaked when we toss and turn.Other than that we enjoyed our trip. Condo was well maintain and pool was very clean. Internet speed was fast and parking was easy.

1st snowbirding
My wife and I stayed in this condo for 2 months and could not be happier. The people were friendly and the property is kept up to a high standard. Any issues we had with our particular unit was taken care of very quickly by the unit manager, book-that-condo. We hope to be back next yearand stay in this unit or another at Ocean Villa

Perfect Location
The condo was centrally located & we were able to walk a few places. The unit was clean & the furniture was nice. My only complaint is the only working TV in the unit was a small 35” TV with a VERY SLOW streaming service. The TVs in the bedrooms didn’t have any cable or streaming service. I was HIGHLY disappointed because the office representative never would tell me that there was no tv service in the bedrooms but told me they would send someone to repair them. Overall it was a nice location, nice condo but no cable, and I need cable tv to fall asleep at night. LOL

Family Vacation
Enjoyed our stay at the Ocean villa 2 bedroom on the 18th floor condo with nice beach views. The room are spacious and well furnished. Kitchens has all amenities. The balcony has excellent views specially the sunset. I recommend the property manager to change the balcony furniture which reduces the appeal for the condo.

Underwhelmed
This was an overall ok stay. The location is great. The size of the balcony is large, which was nice and overall the place was pretty clean. The TV's were super small. The bed size in the Master bedroom was advertised as King but clearly was not a king size. I think it was a full size (barely a Queen size). The shower curtain in the master bathroom kept falling down due to it just resting on the shower edges, it was not installed and secured to the wall. The toilets are super low. There were a limited amount of towels and wash cloths, we had to wash in order to have clean towels for our 4 day stay. The furniture on the balcony on is old, ripped and cushions are worn out. The refrigerator started making a loud noise and we had to call maintenance. The response time was pretty quick, but we had to unplug fridge for an hour and replug. Updating needed.
