The room was huge, facilities were fresh and new, big terrace with a nice forest view. Actually looks better then on the photo
There is one restaurant with wine and appetizers at the first floor, and second with all meals five mins away from hotel. Prices are above the average
Stuff was pretty friendly, greeting us every time they saw us
Clean enough
Blankets are really thin, we didn't freeze but was quite cool
Water in the shower isn't hot but just slightly warm. Those are not a big deal, but rather points to improve

Good new hotel, clean and spacious rooms, nice bed and shower, amazing nature around. Tasty food in the restaurant

Very nice place, new, modern in the heart of nature, breakfast was just perfect, had some food at the restaurant next to the pool, was so tasty, staff were friendly especially an employee at the reception her name was Nataliia, she helped me alot with the taxi and was so kind
The hotel should have a pool separate from the Club as it was too crowded

Expensive. No mention of the pool and spa not being included into the room price. No connection between the hotel and the spa! Have to walk in the cold to get to and from the spa((

Big clean room with a beautiful forest view and fresh air from the forest.
Breakfast is fresh and tasty.

Staff is not polite and don't care about the guest. They not even saying hello when we coming to reception to make check in, and also in the morning when we was going through the reception they not even say good morning even if they sitting and looking at us.
When you coming to this hotel you should be ready to pay for everything around in the territorium even the swiming pool which always are free for the guests around the world in all hotels, and the result of paying for the pool territorium is sitting and sunbathing behind a tree.
In the breakfast we was not having time for coffee and sweets and was asking the staff about two croissants to take with us and they say no like we was asking about taking the funitures with us.
