+ The spacious living room and comfortable sofa. + Arrival and departure were super easy and without any fuss. + Insect-nets by the windows and balcony doors.

- Cleanliness was not the best (mirrors completely dirty). - Mould in the bedroom needs to be taken care of. - Pillows in the beds were so thin that they did not provide any comfort. - Communal pool still closed. This information would have been very useful to know (in the description). - Very poor lighting in the bathroom.

As soon as we entered the apartment, we could see that it was a cozy and comfortable place to be in. It looked exactly as in the pictures, and the view was gorgeous from the balcony! The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed for cooking and simple food preparations! The location was amazing, it was in a residential area and felt like we were living among the Cypriots! It was very quiet and peaceful, which was what we wanted. We had a rental car, so it was very easy to get to the main area in Paphos, about 10 minutes only, so it was very close to pretty much everything we needed and wanted! There is also a mini market a few minutes walk from the apartment which was also great. Our host, Stavros, was exceptionally helpful in all aspects. A day before we arrived, he messaged me the location of the apartment, and provided me with the code for the key lock so we were able to get the keys instantly at the door. He was also always available right away through whatsapp, and provided us with information and recommendations on what to do and where to go for restaurants where we could experience Cypriot food and living. At one point in our trip, the electricity went out late at night, and he was there to fix it for us within 15 minutes and we thought that was amazing! We ended up extending our stay another two days at this apartment, and he was very accommodating and made it easy for us. Thank you Stavros very much! We will recommend this apartment to anyone we know going to Cyprus!

Nice apartment. Very clean. Had everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

The neighbours seemed a bit angry. Me and two of my friends were sitting on the lovely balcony and talking and laughing - the guy from the apartment next door came outside to his balcony twice to yell and be very rude at us. We were on a VACATION and we were not partying with loud music or being drunk. We were simply sitting on the balcony, relaxing, laughing and talking. I know this is not the owner's fault, but still, it ruined the mood for the night.
