Saler Shores is an immaculate property with bedrooms, towels and amenities for days! We've just reluctantly left the property and can't wait for our next visit. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or gadget you could need, towels everywhere you turn and the most enticing views from its 4 balconies. Proximity to the Surf Hut restaurant and bar was perfect and you don't have to look for anywhere to sit on the beach, your chairs and umbrellas are perfectly positioned in prime view of the beach. The beds were perfectly comfortable with no lack of pillows and there are coffee pots everywhere! Diamond Gulf Rentals had exceptional communication and checked-in on us and our stay frequently. Our stay was just so special and I can't think of anything that would have made it any better! Thank you!

The house is clean and plenty of room for multiple families! The accommodations and location are beautiful! The pool is a great plus for families that are not big on the beach. The chairs and umbrellas that come with are a great plus! It was an amazing relaxing week!

The property is absolutely beautiful and is right on the beach which was perfect for our family! We had 9 adults and 3 little ones so being able to enjoy the beach without having to drive there was perfect. The home is spacious and well appointed. We did have to purchase extra things like toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent etc. that for the price we felt should have been provided. The A/C on the first floor stopped working one day and it was quite uncomfortable on that floor throughout the day but they were able to get a technician out the same day so that by that evening it was working again which was greatly appreciated. Property management responded quickly whenever we communicated with them which was also helpful. The pictures of the home are accurate and the home has been beautifully remodeled. It even has an elevator which was helpful for taking luggage to the upper floors. We had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely stay there again!

Great place for a large family, right on the beach. Views from the living area and the rooms facing the beach were worth the money. Top floor/rooftop lounge was so nice. The house was tastefully decorated with comfortable and stylish furnitures. The Shipwreck community was small, quiet with friendly people and the private beach that wasn’t crowded. Many rooms to accommodate large families but Recommend 22 people for a comfortable stay. The property management staffs were so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend the house

Our large group had a great stay at Saler Shores. The property management company was very good at communicating instructions regarding check in/check out. Can't beat the beach access from this property and all of the bedrooms are nice which helps when you are with a large group.
The pool is relatively small, but this is expected for a property directly on the beach.
The only small issue was the requirement that we wipe down the refrigerator prior to departure. We have never been asked to do this and it was somewhat unexpected given their fairly easy check out instructions. As it did not affect our stay or detract from the quality of the property, I do not feel that it warrants taking away any stars from the rating.

We loved this house so much! The beach was basically at the bottom of the steps! There was so much room for us all to move around and enjoy the camaraderie and just laugh & visit! The outdoor space is perfect & the decor is so modern & just exceptional! The host was so quick to respond to any questions we had & very forthcoming with important information. Have rented many houses in the past, this one by far is the best. It is absolutely beautiful..the layout is perfect for large groups. You can spread out without feeling on top of each other. Kids can easily go back and forth from beach to house. Well stocked kitchen. The only downside is the game room and the 4th floor have no window coverings so you wake up with the sun..I read a review about that so I brought the temporary paper ones which worked. Not much of a pool but we didn't really didn't use it. Overall it was a perfect vacation.

The home was perfect for our group of 22 ranging in age from 4 to 75. The many large bedrooms were perfect for the adults to have their own space and bathroom. The bunk room and game room with bunks allowed for the girls to have their own room and boys to have theirs. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The home is beautifully decorated and clean and includes all the items necessary to cook for a large group. I would return with a big group in a heart beat! Loved our stay!!

What a beautiful house and amazing beach! We stayed Saturday to Saturday and couldn't have had a nicer vacation. The house is really beautiful and well stocked. The elevator came in handy for those having problems with steps and for getting the luggage to the upper floors. The private Shipwatch Beach with chairs and umbrellas ready for us every day was fantastic. We saw Manatees, dolphins, stingray, turtles, and other wildlife during our stay. The white powder sand and emerald water was the best we have ever experienced. The management company checked in on us and made us feel very welcomed. They were a text away for any issues we might experience which was comforting. We would rate this house and management company a 10 if we could. Thank you for a wonderful Vacation experience!

What a wonderful week at the beach surrounded by family! The home was set up perfectly to accommodate each sub family in their own space, yet a comfortable space to gather all together. This is the second year my group has stayed here. We have 8-10 50 year old HS buddies that get together every year. This house is perfect for us. Everyone basically has their own room with plenty of space. House has everything we need with great locations. We plan to come here for years to come.

This home was perfect for our 3 generational family of 19. The location is incomparable. Beautiful beach, stunning water, daily beach service. The layout of the home allowed everyone to gather together, as well as find a respite from the crowds when needed. It gets a lot of use and needs a few minor repairs, but overall a wonderful house that allowed us to make memories for a lifetime.

The views and the location is absolutely amazing! The amount of space for large groups is amazing! But, there are a laundry list of issues that need to be handled:
-Pool liner is peeled away from corners and exposes rotted wood. The pool ladder is also loose.
-Pool chair was broken and a family member almost fell off .
-Patio chair on second level has a broken leg.
-Batteries died on 2 door keypads and locked us out .
-Windows are not in good shape and almost broke a family members finger when it was attempted to be opened. After unlocking the two tabs, the top window came slamming down on his pinky and it got wedged in between the two windows.
-Neither garage door opener works . Door also gets stuck in manual operation.
-Washer and dryer is pitiful for the amount charged to stay here. They were old and can only do small loads.
-Washer and dryer in guest house is not hooked up properly so if you use them it steams up the whole area .
-Outdoor porch outlet does not work.
-Entry gate will not close to secure home at night.
-Master bedroom on 3rd floor has trim around the fridge with nails sticking out.
-Dishwasher is also old and not very good so we hand washed all the dishes .
-Microwave did not work.
-Drawers in kitchen and a few bathrooms are off tracks .
-2nd floor bedroom lost power twice and we had to chase down the breaker .
-The only bedroom with any kind of closet / storage was the 3rd floor master.
-Our gate code stopped working after 3rd day so security gaurd had to give us a new one.
-It absolutely DOES NOT fit 4 vehicles for parking unless you all drive small sedans or mini vans . Trucks and larger passenger vans will barley fit so you will have to park all the way at the entrance and walk back and forth.
-Other than all of those items it’s potentially an amazing place . But as it sits , it’s not even close to being worth what was charged to stay there.
On a positive note: Diamond Rentals was amazing! They definitely made you feel welcome and kept you in the loop.

We had 23 people stay here and access to the beach was excellent! The bedrooms are spacious and most beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the game room was a life saver on the rainy afternoon we had. A few things could have been better: dinner seating is for 17 not 28, some bedrooms have no window coverings or dressers for clothing, the first floor game room in the guest house has no bath attached, so middle of the night access meant walking outside to get there, 4th floor sleeper sofa isn’t comfortable at all, and the fire pit doesn’t work.
Overall, we found ways around these and we made memories that will last a lifetime!

Our 2 weeks at Saler Shores
We have stayed at Saler Shores several times in the past and will continue to do so. The house fits our family well, being gulf front is wonderful, being in a gated community makes it more quiet and secure, and the overall location in town is great. We had 1 AC unit that quit cooling and it was fixed the same day we reported the problem, otherwise all was well. We appreciate the service Diamond Gulf Rentals provides before, during, and after our stay. See you next year!

Everything was great, lots of memories made! Couple things that need attention is first floor bathroom shower pressure was very low and second floor did not cool, this floor was very uncomfortable d/t high temperature. We have been coming to this house for 5 years and love it!

Our family recently stayed at Saler Shores vacation home in Miramar Beach, FL. The house was beautiful as advertised! Gulf front and sits back in a small neighborhood away from busy Scenic Gulf Drive. Diamond Gulf Rentals were so awesome! They were attentive to any needs we had and were in regular communication with us via text message to ensure everything was in order. The communication was nothing short of spectacular......just like the home. Awesome job Diamond Gulf Rentals and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

An absolutely amazing house!
Our family of 8 adults and 7 children enjoyed a fabulous 5 days at this gorgeous home. This house suited our needs so well. The children loved the game room and the pool and the bunk room. The adults loved the proximity to the beach, the wonderful floor plan, the king size beds and the 4th floor - we enjoyed appetizers up there with fabulous views and evenings after the kids were asleep. I loved the balcony view of the ocean in the morning from our 3rd floor master suite. My meditation times with Jesus were peaceful with coffee in hand and hearing the ocean and feeling the warmth of the sun early in the morning. It doesn't get better than this. Thank you Diamond Rentals for providing such a wonderful house and location . We WILL be back, God willing.

Family Vacation
The house worked well for us as there was ample space for our family of 10 adults and 13 grandchildren. After suffering through 3 nights of the second floor bedrooms being very warm, I called the management and later that night they did fix it and it worked much better. I wish I would have called sooner. Other than that and the pumping of the pond into the gulf right in front of our house, the stay was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home and Great Location!
Saler Shores pulls out all the stops for its guests. From umbrella and chair service on the beach each day to regular beach cleanup, they do go above and beyond the efforts of neighboring properties. We stayed at 21 Starboard Court, and it was a beautiful, four-level home. The pictures on VRBO are a bit deceiving, in that the pool isn't within view of the beach or any of the beach-facing balconies. The poolside grill wasn't working upon arrival, and a brand new grill was delivered the day following our request (a must for our large group). The home is very well stocked with kitchen items, dinnerware, etc. and there are even some beach toys (sand toys, floaties, and boogie boards) that have been left behind by previous tenants. It is comfortable, with plenty of sitting areas and very comfortable beds. The fourth floor balcony has by far the best sitting area and views, though the firepit doesn't work. Diamond Staff were easy to contact and very responsive. We highly recommend this property for large groups and reunions. Our only complaint is that the humidity level in the home was very high, causing the AC to take longer than necessary to cool. There are dehumidifiers scattered throughout in closets, but none on the 2nd floor where the majority of the issue is. (There was condensation dripping from the vents overhead, and the humidity level in the house was 73% when we arrived. We ran two fans in the largest second floor bedroom to help cool the air and it worked great.)
