We had two couples and two grown kids and this was perfect. Lots of space and tons of tvs. Great kitchen for eating in ... game room kept everyone entertained! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants with plenty of beach supplies. Clean and equipped with all the basics for a family stay!
Only caution ... it's listed with three showers but only had two full baths, so the other bedrooms had to share the one bath ... the downstairs bath is a half bath.

Great place and great location. We do an annual baseball trip each year and often stay in local hotels- but this property allowed for more space for our family to relax and enjoy. The video games were a plus too! Location is an easy walk to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants.

Loved our stay in this beautiful townhome! House was lovely and perfect for our annual girls trip! Location was perfect, everything was walkable and weather was great. We enjoyed meeting Mary and Suzie at the pool and even had a visit late night from Steve the dolphin!

We had an amazing stay at the townhome. The view, the accommodations, the communication - all exceeded expectations! My two boys absolutely loved the game room, and my husband and I enjoyed coffee each morning overlooking the water. The location was excellent, especially due to the limited parking near the beach. Although the host provided coffee and everything we needed, it was a nice walk to the Starbucks on a few mornings for a little exercise, and we walked to dinner almost daily (SHOR is a favorite!). The kitchen was well-appointed, and the pool met the kids' main requirement - WARM! The security and maintenance staff on location was super-friendly, and always greeted us when we were out and about. This was our second time staying on Brightwater, and this townhome has my highest recommendation. We will definitely return!

My family booked a few days in Clearwater Beach for New Year’s and thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was conveniently located, well maintained, and comfortable for my entire family. We normally stay in a hotel when we come to the Tampa area but will be booking this property again next time.

What a great place to stay with family and friends. Very comfortable, spacious, well thought out design. Each floor gives guest a beautiful patio to sit and enjoy the bay. Game room on lower level is a big hit with the kids. Great quality unit and short walk to beach. Won’t be disappointed!!

The house was awesome! 3 levels with an amazing view. Middle level for family meals and entertaining. Bottom level with game room -pool, ping pong, pinball, arcade game! Great fishing off dock in the back. Quiet pool and hot tub at end of the walkway. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Excellent Place
We love the Clearwater Beach area and have visited several times. This was the best stay yet. The place was clean, had plenty of space, and the pool table and games were excellent to pass time in the mornings and evenings when we weren't at the beach and doing other activities in the area. Another bonus was the fishing off the docks. We had an all around great time and highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Beautiful views
The property is beautiful, spacious, and very close to pier and beach. We loved that it was stocked with everything we needed for a quick vacation: shampoo, garbage bags, beach towels, laundry detergent, coffee, and even cream! The beds were very comfortable and the boys used the fishing poles to fish right out back. We couldn’t have had a more perfect place. The kitchen is stunning. We even enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The weather wasn’t ideal and we were able to spread out in the space and have fun in game room. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo with all the amenities
We were a group of 5 who came to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday. This condo was a great option! It had all the amenities we needed, was clean, comfortable and spacious. We spent every night sitting outside on one of the balconies. The location was great and walkable to every place we wanted to go. We will stay again in the future!

Wonderful property, as beautiful as pictured. There is on site security walking the premises so it feels very safe and secluded. We went during COVID and everything was sanitized and we loved the fact there was a game room in the townhome that we could have fun in while isolated from the public. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Family time
I have 3 children , all in their 20s, and they all live in different states. This beautiful home was exactly the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the view, fishing and easy walk to the beach. We were there during spring break when the Coronavirus began to spread and needed to stay indoors, and this place made it so much easier! I am definitely booking this place again!

Great Stay
This property was exactly as described! My family had a wonderful stay and Stephanie was always available to answer questions. The only thing I would say is that the pool is not heated and the hot tub was way to hot. The pool warmed up pretty quickly on sunny warm days, so it wasn’t too much of a problem for us.

Large beautiful place to stay
The condo is very spacious and decorated very nicely. It was very clean and the view on the bay was great. We saw dolphins every day. Stephanie has everything at the condo you could possible need. The beach was 2 blocks away along with places to eat and shop.

Top notch!
We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. The construction, layout, decor were all high quality and well thought out. The spacious living area and stocked kitchen were also appreciated! We would have liked a heated pool (we stayed in December) but the hot tub was great and at this time of year we had it all to ourselves!

Brightwater Blue
Really enjoyed staying at this property in Clearwater Beach with several girlfriends. The property was very clean and felt very comfortable. Great kitchen, high ceilings and comfortable beds. Neighborhood and complex were very safe (the onsite roaming security showed great hospitality). We walked easily to the wonderful beach (used the beach chairs and cart found in the garage!) Used the beautiful pool several times and when we did a boat excursion he picked us up right at the dock, which was fun!! We spent time on the deck chatting it up, and had great, relaxing views day and night. A dolphin family visited just in front of us several times!
I would recommend this property. Thank you to Stephanie who made the rental easy.
