Super cute beach condo with great pool to use! Did I mention the location? Steps away from the beautiful, sandy beach featuring amazing sunsets. Old downtown shopping also just a block away.

We got this place to celebrate our "youngest" 21st birthday near the beach. Mary, the host, was exceptional. Easy to communicate with and very attentive. And the location, OMG!!! Could not ask to be in a better place. Walking distance from the beach, the pier, restaurant, shops. Anything you could think of. 5stars!!

They title says it all. The location is truly amazing. They completeness if the apartment is far above anyone could possibly imagine. This is now our favorite little getaway spot.

This condo was wonderful very clean and walking distance to everything. Mary was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The bedrooms do not get a cool as the rest of the unit, but she provided fans so that made it comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Mary is so deserving of all of the excellent reviews of this property! We had an absolutely wonderful time, and Mary was a fantastic host. She communicated check in procedures and explained everything and made it so easy. She was so helpful in allowing us to use the baby items that are available, and being able to utilize those items made traveling so much easier. The property is exactly as described and pictured (maybe better, actually!) - it was so clean, the location was incredible and our family had a wonderful stay. There was a small issue with a neighbor’s renovations while we were there, and Mary got in touch before we even realized the issue, and offered a solution immediately. She is truly a wonderful host and we hope to return in the future!

We had a fantastic time here and we were so sad to leave! The condo is beautiful, the furnishings and decorations are lovely. The location could not be better, so close to the beach and in downtown Naples. The condo was incredibly clean, the kitchen had everything you need! We were free to use beach towels, surf boards, toys for the kids. Mary made us feel so welcome! This was definitely the nicest place we stayed at during our Florida trip. The only regret is that we could not stay longer but had to go back to Germany. We will definitely be back!

My buddy and I had a great stay for a few days of golf and relaxation in a very nice unit a block from the beach. Mary was terrific, very responsive and hospitable. She provided beach chairs, towels, keurig pods and even a nice bottle of wine. Such a sweet lady. I would return in a heartbeat, in fact I will probably bring my wife and kids next year. The BEST!

This was our third stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner, Mary, has many extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I would highly recommend this property.

Celebrated my best friend turning 60 by renting this property. We had a great time and loved the property! It was so beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. We were a block from great dining and shopping and a block from the beach. Our host has thought of everything you would need from the big items to the small items. Beds were comfy and my friend loved her pillow! We would definitely come back again!

The location is perfect for convenience and variety of options. Loved the location for walking to the beach, shops and restaurants as well as the neighborhood feel for walking and biking. The fact that we rarely took the car out was really nice. Accommodations had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens, as well as the towels. The property was quiet, clean, and the host very helpful and accommodating. The information and descriptions available were on point. We appreciated this being a corner unit, having the extra window in each bedroom brought in extra light. The pool area was a great opportunity to be outside for your morning coffee and to enjoy the weather before heading out to the beach. Provides a great opportunity later in the day as well. The Naples area provided great options for restaurants, shopping, and the beaches are very clean and absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Great opportunity for those of you that like walking on the beach and collecting shells. We enjoyed renting bikes with Beach Bum Bike Rental’s with delivery and pickup services available made it very convenient. The area has great biking options available. We would definitely consider renting condo again soon.

Our unit #140 was clean, bright and very well appointed. The owner has thought of everything you need for a beach vacation. Her communication and hospitality went above and beyond. The beach was pristine and the pool was clean and well maintained. Thank you Mary!

This was a perfect condo for our girls trip. 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from 3rd. Mary was so responsive and a delight to have rented from.

I go to Naples each year to visit my adult children and have stayed in many places. By far Mary’s place has been the best! The condo is beautiful with such attention to detail! It’s well stocked and so conveniently located! One block to shopping/restaurants and 1/2 block to the beach. All I can say is WOW!

Annual girls trip to Naples was perfect. The condo was very clean, well decorated and had everything, including all the little things like toiletries, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee, etc. All the linens were nice and the beds were comfortable. The best part - it’s only a block from the beach (comes with beach chairs, cooler and fishing poles)! And two blocks from numerous restaurants and shops. You can walk to everything you need. The community pool was a great alternative when the beach was busy (it's quiet). Mary was great to work with - she reached out before check in and was able to accommodate an early arrival - we also received a welcome bottle of wine :-). Already booked for next year and looking forward to it.

We absolutely loved our unit, it’s adorable and cozy. It’s a corner unit that opens right to the fenced in pool. Bedrooms are great size, and sunny. What we loved the most was Mary, who was more than accommodating to us. She was in touch with us before we checked in, answered all questions promptly. We ended up leaving much sooner than originally planned and Mary was more than understanding of our circumstances. Thank you for a great stay, we cannot wait to come back!!!

My husband , our two young adult kids, & I enjoyed a brief stay. The condominium was very clean, attractive and comfortable. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The location was top-notch: one black from the beach and one to two blocks from Third Avenue restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was attractive and clean

My sisters and I, all from different states, have our sister’s weekend every year in different locations and I must say, this was one of the best! We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived! A wonderful condo in an excellent location!

First of all, Mary was wonderful! She was quick to respond, accommodating and so sweet! We enjoy our stay in the condo. It was perfect for our family and provided many amenities which meant we didn’t have to pack as much. When traveling with a small child that is PRICELESS! The location was perfect and just a short walk to both the beach and downtown. We would definitely come back to Naples and stay here again!

We have gone to Naples for the last 5 years for the Thanksgiving Holiday and have always stayed at a resort property. That has all changed after our last visit this past Thanksgiving. Not only was Mary's condo so tastefully decorated and clean, she was an amazing and accommodating host who made you feel at home. Thank you Mary we will be back.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this Old Naples condo. You can't beat the location. It's a block from the beach, shopping, and dining. The condo was exactly as advertised, and Mary was a fantastic host. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

We loved Marys Condo. Such a nice and loverly place to be. Its decorated like a boutique hotel. Everything matches perfectly. The condo has everything you could wish for and its enough space for a family. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has also everything you could wish for going to the beach. The pool is huge and very well cleaned. The beach is very close. 2m walk. And its a great beach. Not crowded at all even at weekends. The location of the condo couldnt be better as it is between the beach and the center of old naples with many restaurants. And Mary the owner is such a warm and loverly person. She made our stay unforgettable. She was always asking how we are doing and if we need anything. And she was so nice to our kids. She even bought them toys for the beach. We miss Mary as much as we miss this great condo and we would love to come back anytime!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary's condo in Old Naples. This well appointed condo was perfect for my husband, myself and our two grown children. It was adorably decorated and everything you needed from beach chairs to towels were there for you. The location couldn't be better being just one block from the beach and right near the famed Naples Pier. I would highly recommend this listing if you are looking for a stay in Naples.
