Very close to everything at Tybee. Highly recommend staying here.

I apologize to the owner for taking so long to post a review. He was definitely a great host. Loved watching the tide go in and out of the creek. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the pet hair. He posts that they accepts pets, so it could be more of a "me" problem, but I did have to clean the hair off the seating areas. We would stay there again. Thanks!

This property was great for us as it was close to family and the neighborhood was quiet, easy access to the main road yet not too noisy.

This was a perfect place for us to get away for a quiet change of pace. Tybee Island is for the most part still old Georgia, and the cottage is no different. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. For us, it was great, and we would stay there again.

We have an amazing stay at Pelican Condo everything you need is available - location is great for Tybee and Savannah. We spent every morning on the veranda drinking coffee and watching the birds and taking in the great views. The bed was so comfortablr ane everything was clean. The host was also very helpful - Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😃

Some repairs needed, water flow in bathroom sink, water slow getting hot in sink over the experience was great, love the place love the pillow top on the bed, need one for my home.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the upstairs apartment and great back deck over looking the inlet, lots of sitting area, couches, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and large screen TV. We could have used more cooking accessories like coffee filters, better pans, and condiments, and maybe more TP, but the ocean breezes and access to the inlet were great! Bring a kayak!

Very large one bedroom rental, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Great views. Perfect location, close to Tybee beach yet away from the busy area. Conveniently located to downtown Savannah. Dock on the creek made for great views!

The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. We liked the style of of furniture. The bed is OK but the mattres is a bit old. The terrace and deck are beautiful; equipped with deck-chairs, a table, and a barbecue. Overall, the apartment is very clean. The floor seems not to be swiped in a while - all our feet or socks where dirty after a short period of time. The kitchen has everything we needed (the fridge is loud and a bit annoying).

Condo was in a great location to travel to the beach or to Savannah for a girls weekend trip. Lots of local restaurants nearby on Tybee and about a 25 minute drive to downtown Savannah. It was clean and roomier than it looks online. Had to call the owner for a question about the shower (user error in trying to operate) and he was responsive and helpful. Fyi, you pull the handle out to turn water on. Would stay again.

This place was super clean and tidy. We stayed for a few short days. The our favorite part was relaxing on the upper deck at the end of the day. If you want to visit the shops and restaurants, it’s a very short drive, probably too far to walk. Will definitely visit again!

We are local to the area and were just booking a weekend away from the kids. We're not exactly beach bums but loved having the water access to drop fishing poles in the water. While the location isn't right in the more active area of Tybee we really enjoyed how quiet it was. Breezy Riders Taxi is only a $5 per person ride to anywhere on the island so that enabled us to both have drinks out at dinner and not have to worry about driving. Same could go if you wanted to spend your day on the beach. The bathroom had a few very minor tidying issues. The bed in the master unfortunately was not very comfortable, it slumped in on one side. However, overall we enjoyed our stay. I would book it again if I knew the bed was fixed (I'm not really sure if it was a mattress or bedframe/support issue.)

This condo was perfect for my husband and I since we were going back and forth between Savannah and Tybee Island. It’s also a short walk to The Crab Shack. Overall, the property was clean other than the rare cobwebs. The bed frame is very squeaky. Every time someone makes the slightest movement on the bed it squeaks. However, it was still a nice stay and provided us with a nice place to rest after our Savannah and Tybee outings. I would stay there again.

It was a great trip! We did some fishing and relaxed! It was beautiful!

The Pelican cottage has the perfect location, off on a quiet street. You still get a deck to enjoy the water and only a few minutes from the beach. We would definitely recommend it! It was also super clean and had a smart tv!

The house itself was perfect for us. It's off the beaten path in a very quiet neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable and sheets/towels are provided. There were a few toiletries upon arrival, but you'll need to buy all of that if you're staying more than a couple of days. The kitchen is fine and has basic cooking supplies. The local IGA will deliver and Instacart is available if you’re not renting a car. The upper back porch is perfect for hanging out since it's covered. What a view!! You also have a view of the marsh on the little bedroom balcony. The TV was excellent for late night movies. It really felt like home. The air conditioner was 100% marvelous and necessary in August. We decided to rent bikes for a week rather than renting a car. They deliver/ pick up bikes right to the house. But it was a challenge at times since the only way into town is along route 80 on a tiny bike path. We made that trip a dozen times, but it was sketchy. Once in town, biking all over is perfectly fine. There are also taxi/shuttle services. Breezy taxi is the absolute best!! $3 for a ride anywhere on the island, so of course we tipped more. Every single driver was absolutely down to earth, funny, and relaxed. Super great service. And one word about the island. I have never been to a place with this exact vibe. Forget about getting dressed up for anything – not even a little bit. It’s like hanging out with a bunch of your cousins. The people are so friendly and concerned about each other. I’ve never seen a place quite as relaxed as this. Wonderful vacation all around!

This was our second stay at Pelican Condo and we will definitely be back again. You get the best of all Tybee has to offer (the beach and a dock to fish and crab off of). The sunsets are amazing and the property is great for families!

We had a relaxing week long stay at this property. Very clean and accommodating. Spent evenings on the deck, watching the tide roll out. Even caught a few blue crabs off the dock! Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a place away from the crowds just to have a relaxing time this is a great place to stay. The beach is just a very short 5 min drive. Jimmy was great with quick responses as well. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time in Tybee and Savannah. We loved the location of this house quick drive to beach and we were out of the “chaos”. The upper deck was a great place for us to lounge and enjoy the tide coming in and out. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked most of our meals in. The bed was very comfortable. Nice side grass area for our pups. We would love to stay here again. Great place overall.
