Absolutely beautiful views and immediate beach access combined for a fabulous opportunity to have a wonderful vacation enjoying the emerald green water, sugary sandy beach, and wonderful seafood at close-by restaurants.

We planned this trip back in May of this year. A last minute getaway for myself, my parents, and siblings. There was 7 of us in the condo. When I searched for listings I didn’t specify the exact number of guests because I was just looking for availability. When I booked I forgot to change it. A simple mistake. I was honest with the host and let her know it was actually seven and not two (which is the default setting.) She had no mercy on me for making an honest mistake and charged an additional $1400 because we “needed armbands to access the beach through the pool area” and “it would be monitored by security”. There was NO ONE wearing armbands. There was NO security and no one checking anything. The host completely took advantage in my opinion. The condo slept 10 people and we had 7. The condo was also not stocked with ANYTHING cleaning wise. Maybe this is normal for condos now days but normally they have at the very least hand soap! We had to go buy trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There were also no sheets or bedding for the pull out beds in the couches. We pulled comforters off of the bedroom beds to put on the couch bed for one of my siblings. There were water bugs also in the bedroom when we arrived. The back bedroom shower wouldn’t drain properly. There was sand on countertops. It wasn’t the cleanest but not filthy.
Despite the host issues, the beach and Navarre itself were wonderful! We will definitely be returning just not to this host.

The condo hasn’t been updated in 25 - 30 years. The kitchen sink sprayer gets stuck in spray position, many of us were sprayed in the face. Tile throughout the house is so old, it looks dirty. Pillows and towels are very low quality. For the price, I have stayed in much better units.

Gorgeous view
Great experience. First timer to Navarra. Beaches wasn’t overly crowded. The room was beautiful and clean. Great location. We watched the dolphins every morning while drinking coffee on the balcony

Excellent condo for a multi generational family gathering.
Our family included Senior parents (one with a movement disorder), an 18yr old and a cranky 13yr old, plus my husband and I. The condo was very clean with great views. We cooked the whole week so the updated appliances and ample cookware was appreciated.
For Seniors there were ramps to the condo and pool/beach.
For the teens there was enough space for Cranky teen to isolate or interact as he chose. There were very friendly lifeguards on duty until 5 and they were awesome with the kids.
Last at my request the beach attendants made sure to socially distance our chairs each day due to my high risk parents. They set up and had our space ready upon arrival.
Overall easy to work with great hosts, great views, senior and teen friendly, and a gorgeous beach!

Gorgeous View - Lovely Property
We had a fabulous time at this condo. The view truly is phenomenal! Watched dolphins and rays every morning. The condo was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. Lots of luggage carts - ramp to pool and beach for wheeled carts. The kitchen is well-stocked, much better than many where I’ve stayed. Everything was nice and easy!

Best trip yet to Navarre
We have been coming to Navarre for 25 yrs and this was the best yet. The condo had the most functional layout and provided with the right stuff. Liz was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. “Million dollar view” is nowhere close to capturing the true value - we saw pods of sea rays and dolphins swimming up And down the coast as well as hunting as a cooperative group. 20 enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

Million Dollar View Review
This Condo was one of the best we have stayed at in all the years coming to Navarre. The Condo was was pristine and was huge at over 1800SF. The owner was very responsive through emails and provided all required details from start to finish regarding this rental. You would be hard pressed finding a Condo at this size with this kind of view. I would highly recommend this property for your future rental if going to gulf coast.

Saved the day!
We were mandatory evacuated from OB in anticipation of Hurricane Delta and found this listing on VRBO in a major late night pinch. I did NOT like the fact that VRBO jacked up the price to 3x the nightly rental rate, but we still had a few days left of our vacation and with the way 2020 has gone, we really needed the remaining beach time! So, we splurged and the condo unit itself did not disappoint!! The view is breathtaking... the beach was really rocky, short and super crowded, though. The owner was SOOOO wonderful in her communication and accommodation to get us in as early as possible based on us unexpectedly having half a fridge of food with us! My 'feedback' would be to replace the shower curtain liners - they both had quite a bit of mildew build up (to be expected - just time to replace) :) .... and to upgrade the kitchen to some non-stick pans. Also, there aren't any dressers to fully unpack and minimal hangers. We were only there a couple of days, but if we had booked the whole week, we would have been frustrated to live out of suitcases the entire time. I hope this doesn't come across discouraging because again - the views are absolutely stunning and the condo is decorated so well!!! We felt so comfortable and relaxed while we were there! :) It was a great way to end our vacation!!

We really enjoyed our time here. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very responsive. One thing I want to point out is that there are cameras above the doors which was a bit strange. Constantly being watched. Cameras are not on any other floors of the building that we stopped on. As far as the unit goes, only thing that needs updating is the pots and pans. They were very used. Overall the place was great! We would rent again!

Awesome condo and beach location!
Two families stayed here and we had a great vacation. The condo has two master bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 full beds. There are 3 bathrooms which was great, because no one was ever waiting on a bathroom and everyone had space. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The views are awesome - loved sitting having our coffee each morning on the balcony, watching the waves and even seeing some dolphins. We needed a getaway but also wanted to social distance and it was no problem. We cooked our meals each night, and because the condo is on a private-access beach, there were no crowds - just beautiful beach and water. Condo has chairs and boogie boards you can take down to the beach. We will definitely come back to this place! Owners Liz & Mary were extremely helpful before and during our stay if we had any questions.

Met family from out of state
We are from AL and we met our family from MO here to vacation. We had a great time. The condo was clean, large enough to meet our needs. The view every morning from the balcony was just beautiful. We would drink our coffee and eat breakfast there every morning. Our adult children loved kayaking and long boarding. The only issue we had was the listing stated the condo came with an hour of kayaking came with the condo each day and we found out that was not true. It wasn't a big problem and the owner was easy to work with about it. We were very pleased with the owner, easy to contact and communicate with, got back with us instantly if we needed her. She was wonderful. All in all, we would come back here again, this is a beautiful spot.

Great View
The rental property/unit and the beach were fantastic. A perfect fit for my family of 4 with both kids getting there own bedroom and bathroom. We had everything we needed for a quick beach get away at the condo itself. I wish I had saved myself some packing and not packed chairs and boogie boards, because the condo already had them. Plus, the beach setup was great, as were the people running the location.
Unfortunately, we had a loud, obnoxious group of ladies staying next to us. Not the owner's fault, but they did wake up my daughter a few times - her bedroom door opened out into the common area.
I do recommend the condo for the view, the decor and the privacy for all family members.
