Friendly and helpful staff, excellent property

This is a real find! If you have a car it does not matter being a few km from the town as parking there is so easy. This magical oasis of greenery and calm is approached down a very basic track and you would not imagine what was hidden away! Hosts were all so friendly, particularly kind to our children who are 12 and 14. They laughed playing hide and seek with help of staff, away from their phones for a change!! When they heard that my son would like to swim in February brrrr they treated the pool immediately and he really enjoyed it. So many little areas to completely relax including a roof terrace. Breakfast was lovely. They had WiFi issues beyond their control that affected them too but were very apologetic and kept us fully updated with their efforts to resolve the issue.

Any extra meals need to be reserved at time of booking so we didn’t feel we could commit to this in advance. Beautiful place so this would not stop us recommending the riad.

We wrongly assumed having read previous reviews that the “restaurant” would be able to provide an evening meal, but we were told that we would have to drive into Taroudant for something to eat, this we chose not to do as we had been driving most of the day. We had an average breakfast the following morning and continued on our travels.

We had a comfortable stay at this riad. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The two swimming pools added to the atmosphere and were a welcome relief after a hot car journey. It is located several kilometers away from the town, so not within walking distance.

We ordered dinner at the riad. While perfectly edible, the meal lacked spice and was unimaginative for the price.

Awesome breakfast in a beautifully decorated dining room, including a fountain right in the middle of the room! We rented a larger room for a family of four and were pleasantly surprised by its size and beautiful decorations, including pillars and chandeliers and tiles. We were welcomed with tea and cookies brought to the room. The entrance was right from a beautiful court yard with a fountain, trees and a pool. We had a table with chairs right in front of our entrance. Owner/staff spoke French and some basic English, enough to understand the important things. We visited in winter, so heating (via wall mounted AC / heating units) was appreciated and worked very well. We did not use the pool, it was too cold, but it looked great. The location is just outside of town, so great for people traveling by car who like to stay at a quiet oasis vs. right in the middle of town/Medina. Highly recommend it!

Our shower drain has clogged up a little bit, drained slowly. But there were two showers in the room - the shower stall AND a bath tub and showering in the tub worked great. Staff was going to attend to the issue when we left.
