Réservation en ligne sans paiement immédiat. Paiement à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. N'accepte pas la CB alors qu'il était bien spécifié que nous pouvions payer en CB. Du coup obligation d'utiliser l'atm de l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un surcoût de 80€ à cause des frais de change. C'est inadmissible et l'hôtel n'a rien voulu entendre. La plage est a 300m si vous êtes un oiseau !

The Hammam and Spa were excellent ! I can’t say enough good things about the Spa Manager and her excellent staff. They all treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend a visit! I’m looking forward to my next visit😊

Electric doesn’t work. A/c didn’t work. Sockets didn’t work. Had to wait 6 hours for the balcony door to get fixed and went reception 4 times to sort

Les sanitaires dans les chambres sont dans un piteux état. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit (boîte de nuit collée à l’hôtel). Cohue le soir au restaurant ce qui rend difficile l accès à une table. Buffet moyen que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner.

Noise! There is a nightclub next door which operates until 6am on some mornings. Music starts around 4pm and can drown out the music from the hotel pool (depending which part of the hotel you're staying in). People using the club seem to enjoy revving car/motorbike engines and using their horns as they leave in the small hours. Our balcony doors wouldn't lock or seal properly so we had to sleep with ear buds. Only cash is accepted. You can't pay by card and can't charge anything to the rooms. No WiFi signal in the bedrooms so the smart TV is pointless. Reception did send a couple of staff members to investigate but I was never told their findings. Elsewhere, the bandwidth was very low so even with a full signal shown on our phones/tablets, app updates or sending photos/videos via WhatsApp would take 10-15 mins. Whatsapp and Facetime voice and video calls would constantly freeze or drop. We ended up going to McDonalds over the road to use their WiFi when essential. I think this is more of a Morocco thing but service was pretty poor in the restaurant. On the one occasion we ordered soft drinks whilst eating food, they arrived as we finished our dessert. Likewise, when asking for bottles of water and glasses, this could take 10-15 mins at times. The restaurant didn't seem to be able to cater for the number of guests as they ran out of plates frequently. The food was boring. Despite dinners being advertised as a French/spanish/Italian night, it was the same old stuff. Roast chicken and grilled fish and the usual salady foods. Dessert was the same every lunch and every evening - fruits and cakes - apart from maybe one change per day. The gym had no AC so within minutes people were sweating but there were no towels or cleaning equipment to wipe sweat off yourself or the equipment. You need to pay at reception to use the gym each time you go. I was told that if go on two occasions, I get the 3rd visit free.

Pleins d'animations et spectacle tous les soirs. Personnels top et aux petits soins, vraiment nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Très bonne cuisine, plats très bien assaisonné, variés. Nous recommandons cet établissement

Piscine un peu petite pour la taille de l'établissement, pas de toboggan pour les enfants. Sdb un peu trop petite
