the property is huge

the owner is super unfriendly , rude and not helpful,the description mentioned it suitable for wedding and event ,but ended up the owner whatsapp that there is an extra charges for special event(and the charges is rm450/day,but after an argument with the owner they exempted the special event charges) it is not fare for us as we’ve paid on booking.com with a not refundable package . furthermore the property is very dirty, they didn’t change the bedsheet from previous guest,lots of hair on the bedsheet and also essential oil on the pillow cases, the rooms have weird smell. the decoration and facilities are super different from the pictures shown in booking.com.toilet is leaking. furniture are old and not well maintain . lots of rule and restriction,we did not enjoy the stay and overall we’re not satisfied and unhappy. will not recommend this stay to everyone.
