Fun place to stay, great views and great home base for a 3-day weekend.

My wife and I started our honeymoon off staying in the Dolphin. It is a great place!! We loved every bit of it. The marina also has a tiki bar and food truck that has amazing food. We will definitely be back

My son and his bride stayed for their honeymoon. They said the view was spectacular! Sitting in the chairs at night looking at the stars. The glass bottom was awesome, always fish to see. Check in was a breeze. When they checked out they were told the get a discount to come again. My son said they will be planning to come back!

Nice place to relax on vacation. Nice friendly Working Boat Marina .. A few hangers and a K-Cup coffee maker would be a plus plus.. Overall this spot is Solid!!!

Everything was absolutely as described. The service, grounds and experience was wonderful!

Spent a week on the boat and enjoyed our time. The view from the lower and upper deck was wonderful. Saw dolphin swim by one AM with coffee. Property clean. Bathroom adequate. Waves were worse first nite and wife felt seasick but rest of week was calm. Being at end of peer have more wide open feeling with better views. Much to do in area with good restaurants within 10-15 min drive.

The houseboats are so much to stay in. Our grandchildren loved the roof top decks, and the lofts. They are extremely clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice stay in the keys

We enjoyed our 4 nights and were sad to leave. Wish the bar was back up and running, then there'd be no reason to leave the marina.

We've been wanting to stay on a houseboat for years and finally did it! This was really great. Location was perfectly centered for all of our planned activities and some very good restaurants. It was comfortable and had very nice views, specially from the upper deck. You must remember it is a houseboat and not a Ritz. There is a little rocking when the wind is blowing. During one good blow I was walking to the kitchen and started wondering if my wife had secretly spiked my drink because I felt unsteady. Then I just laughed and remembered I was on a rocking boat. We will be booking again.

We had a great time. The houseboat was perfect. There needs to be a better accommodation for hairdryers. 1 outlet in a room across the parking lot without air conditioning is inconvenient and a hassle. The shower rooms with outlets would have made this more tolerable and would have given 5 stars across the board.

Perfect little getaway spot. Great location at the end of the dock with a wonderful view.

This was our first time staying on a house boat. It was very nice, we really enjoyed it. The check in was so easy and the marina associates were all very nice and helpful. The house boat was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely come back.

It's a great houseboat. Very modern and clean. Being on the water brought a sense of peace that you cannot get in a hotel room. The upper and lower deck was a plus. Our daughter and her friend, age 25, slept in the loft. The mattresses up there are probably more suited for children, but they did ok for three nights. We had a ball dancing to the band on Wednesday night. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. We made some awesome memories on this adventure in the Florida Keys. Thank you.

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay on the Dolphin houseboat. It was clean and comfortable. The property manager was easy going and helpful. My 7 year old granddaughter enjoyed watching the fish, birds, and sharks off the back deck of the boat. We had to leave to go home and she kept asking us why we can’t go back for another night!

We stayed in the Dolphin house boat for a week in early February. Check in was easy and there were plenty of eateries and stores nearby. The folks at the marina were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with the folks paddle boarding and kayaking past our place.We experienced two hiccups which caused us to leave early. On day 3, we noticed our toilet leaking. Maintenance promptly came and investigated once we reported it. They didn't have the part to fix it so they ordered it to be delivered the next day and wrapped the base of the toilet in towels which were supposed to be changed out regularly by housekeeping but weren't. The part came the next day and once installed, they found another part broken and they didn't have that part in stock either. They ordered it and said it would be in the next day. Again, no change out of towels on the floor.The toilet issue was annoying - not sure why you wouldn't have critical parts on hand - but that wasn't why we checked out a day early.We were totally aware that this was a free floating vessel that moved and the movement did not bother us one bit - even when the winds kicked up to 10 - 15 mph. What we weren't prepared for was the thunderous noise of the waves hitting the pontoons under the vessel and also hitting the dock which was the end that the bedroom was located. The noise was loud and sounded like someone was stomping on the roof. It was loud enough to wake us up and by day 5 and 6 - we were unable to sleep. I understand that there's nothing anyone can do about the weather, but I wish someone had posted about the noise level when the water is choppy as it may have influenced our booking.Are we glad we stayed on the houseboat? Yes - but I think it's a one and done for us.
