Excellent location, oceanfront, and close to restaurants and activities.

Somewhat dated, hotel and rooms.

Oceanfront, each unit has a partial ocean view. Good sized pool and lounge deck. Beach was lovely.

Outdated and dingy. First time on Hilton Head. Was at the same time nice to be north of the main district (Coligny), was isolated. No beach/pool towels, beach chairs/umbrellas had to be rented if you didn’t bring or purchase your own.

Wi-Fi very poor , TV access very poor. Loved the location and the overall environment.

Close to beach

No breakfast. You have to drive to eat or play. Nothing at location. Room was rundown and needs updating.

I liked the location due to it was around great stores and restaurants.

The water smells like sewage and we can't cook or shower due to this. We ate out and had to purchase water just to clean ourselves. The apartment 1410 need updating. We we're so ready to leave when we arrived. The left the place clean as was walked in due to we didn't use anything there.

View from villa and location were great. The villa was very spacious, too. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The pool area and grounds were beautifully maintained and the beach was awesome.

The villa was dated from the popcorn ceilings, bathroom faucets, shaggy carpeting, and vertical blinds. The elevator was slow a couple days and we took the stairs. However, a maintenance person was there the next day addressing it.

Proximity to the beach was amazing.

Elevator closest to room was down, room wasn't completely cleaned when we arrived.

Good overall location and condo did overlook beach and ocean.

Dated and dilapidated. All blinds had missing tines or mechanical issues. Microwave from 1986 probably appliances too. Mattress in master very compressed in areas. Latch on laundry door missing - wouldn't close. Stains on carpet and furniture, walls marked up. Main view window foggy, couldn't see out well - probably has broken seal. All the broken stuff and stains, combined with how aged the kitchen and mattress - not a good value.

Many issues....some bigger than others. Upon arrival, we had to pick up physical keys approximately five miles away, offsite (no keypad entry), and then take the keys back when we checked out. When we arrived, the only elevator in the building was out of service, leaving everyone to lug suitcases, port-a-crib, stroller, food, and more up five flights of stairs. We arrived on a Saturday, and when we called Vacasa in regards to the lack of an elevator, we were met with ho-hum indifference. After repeated phone calls, we were told a couple of days later that the elevator would be fixed by Wednesday. However, Wednesday came and went and no one was seen working on the elevator. It finally was repaired late on Thursday, a day and a half before we were to leave. The fire department had to come every day to carry an elderly gentleman down the steps from his upper floor because he was confined to a wheel chair and had no way to get up or down. They did refund us $100 a day to compensate for the elevators, but, as someone coming off of ACL repair surgery to my knee, that was not near enough. To make matters worse, the condo group decided to paint the outside floors, causing the stairwell to smell strongly of paint. Next, we could not use two blow dryers at opposite ends of the condo at the same time, as it would trip a breaker and knock the power out. Also, the light and exhaust fan in the master bathroom area was hanging down from the ceiling with about a half inch gap, and the paint was peeling off the walls and ceiling. The condo and furnishings were very dated.

The feel of a home instead of a motel. We did leave someting behind some jell pins and a make up bag inside of a pillow case wondering how much it would cost to have them sent to me.

the beach should have been cleaner and i dont think people should walk there dogs on it with out cleaning up after them. walking on a beach and getting do do on your feet is not good

Ocean front, great view. Everything we needed was within reach. Wonderful vacation!
