We are returning guests of Kristy's. The properties are as pictured, and are wonderful to return to at the end of a long park day. They are comfortable, and have great little details. The locations have been superb for making a mid day return to the house for a break and a swim when doing park days. We've always received prompt replies (and help if required) should there be any need. HouseMickey has just received a games room remodel and it was awesome, our little one certainly enjoyed the games options available to play, especially on rainy afternoons. We will never stay in Florida without checking with Kristy to see if she has availability as you can count on her properties being as they are presented in the photos and she (and her management team) offer terrific communication/response time for anything that requires attention. We know when we book with ABC Dreams we have no worries.

House Mickey was a fantastic place to stay while we visited the Kissimmee area. We had 6 adults and 3 children under 5. Plenty of room for all of us and my grandchildren just LOVED the princess and Mickey rooms and they were squealing with delight! The backyard pool and being able to eat outside with the large table was a perfect spot for our family. Frankly with my grandkids it was a toss up on what they loved more....Disney or the backyard pool! Windsor Hills Resort also exceeded our expectations with playgrounds within walking distance from the house and the giant pool/water park area. Sandwiches/Drinks available at the pool and there was supervision at the top and bottom of the water park slides. Kid activities during the day also. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay at one of Kristy's properties again! Kristy and her management company were very customer service orientated :)

Our family has been renting vacation homes for a decade in this area, and this property was the best maintained one we’ve stayed in. You can tell they take pride in the homes they are renting!
The house was clean and had plenty of towels and other amenities. The pool heat worked great, and we spent lots of time relaxing. This Windsor Hills location is fantastic and convenient for trips to Disney.

Loved having the 2 washers and dryers, there were plenty of towels, and had everything you needed. The only issue was that the pool maintenance person showed up unexpected and management never notified me and so did some random person from a task service company to put a table together inside of the house w both me and my kids present. No one from the property management contacted me to tell me. I was kind and offered the garage for him to set it up and water, but I didnt like that at ALL. Especially if I was there alone w my kids.

Absolutely perfect week!
12 people /3 families /children ages 1-15, and everyone had an incredible time.
Although there were many amazing amenities included in Winsor Hills, kids & adults were more than happy w/the amenities right at our beautiful home; the game room, hot tub, and pool were always occupied by someone.
We had a very thoughtful welcome surprise, and any time we had questions we received a prompt response. They supplied laundry soap, dishwasher pods, and garbage bags; the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, there was more than enough space to accommodate everyone, and the beds were very comfortable.
Location is extremely close to necessities (Walmart), restaurants, and Disney parks/activities. We would definitely come back to House Mickey!

Our family and friends stayed here for the holidays and had a wonderful time! The house was very comfortable for all 12 of us including 2 babies. The game room was the hot spot for the kids. The pool was always warm and the hot tub felt great at night.

We are very happy with our stay. The kids loved sleeping in their theme rooms and having their own tvs in each room.
We spent many hours playing in the games room and swam in the warm pool multiple times a day (the water park was too cold to swim in by comparison to the house pool). I really appreciated the alarm on the door and the fence around the pool to deter our young children from going into the pool deck without our knowledge. Great peace of mind.

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was so nice to relax and swim on our non park days. We, also, loved the game room. Kristy was wonderful to work with. We had one very small issue and she addressed it immediately. I would definately stay here again!

We vacationed with our best friends and wanted a house big enough for the 4 kids and 4 adults. We choose a place that had comfortable living space, private pool, game room and location.
Living with another family for 5 days could be hard, but not when your in such a spacious home. We all had our own space and had plenty of more space to sprawl out.
One amazing thing to mention about this home is the double washer and dryer! I did not know how amazing it would be to have a double washer and dryer. Such a time saver when doing laundry!
The home owner Kristy was ridiculously responsive! Took care of all our questions about splitting payment within an hour, and even replied back to us on Sundays. We are grateful that she was able to allow us to check into the property earlier in the day.
Overall I can not say enough nice things about the property, the responsiveness of the owner and the functionality of the beautiful house.
If you are having doubts don’t! This is a great place to stay for your vacation!

This property was great to stay at with my family of 10 in Orlando. We were minutes from Disney and right off the main strip in Kissimmee. The pictures are accurated and the place was fairly clean. From the first sight the cleaniness looks immaculate, but when we got a little closer, it was not as clean. There was hair in the beds and small stains on the sheet. The ceiling fan looked like it had never been cleaned in the bedrooms. It had stacks of dust building on it. Also some of the towels had visible stains.
This was a great property, but I think they need to hire a new cleaning crew because at this price point I expected it to be really clean.

Location - the home is in the perfect location. We were within 15 minutes of Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom. So many places to eat nearby. Walmart within 5 minutes. The resort offerings - water park, market, and clubhouse were great! My kids enjoyed every minute of their time at the clubhouse.
Home - beautiful!!! We had more than enough room for our family of 12. The kids loved the game room. I think they may have even slept on the floor so they can wake up in the game room lol. The pool was a big hit. The house is beautifully decorated. The guide book was very detailed.
Communication - Kristy didn’t leave a thing out! She was in contact. She provided details and even checked in yo be sure everything was ok. I couldn’t have asked for a better host!
Go ahead, book the trip and stay here!! You’ll love it! My family sure did!

Everything about this property was phenomenal for our family of 9! Everyone had their own room, the game room was a hit, we loved the pool and ate all of our meals outside on the back porch. There are two washing machines so all the clothes are going home clean! Really it was such a perfect home for our daily jaunts to Disney or Universal and the 8 nights just FLEW by. So much fun! Aldo, Kristy was terrific to work with and always just a text or call away! Book this home!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better house for our first trip to Disney World. It was super close to all 4 parks, and traffic never got too congested no matter what time we were out.
The only minor issues was that the ice maker constantly jammed which caused water to leak onto the floor, so we just started leaving a hand towel on the floor under it.
Our group of 7 adults and 3 kids 5 and under had plenty of space to spread out, and the closet in the master bedroom bathroom was the perfect size for our 18 month old to sleep in the pack n play.
We will definitely stay here if we come back to Disney World again!

Everything was perfect from day one! Excellent communication and instructions....wonderful time saving tips and suggestions. Plenty of space for 11 of us. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their days in there.....Some were actually wanting to leave Disney to come back to the house! Every thing that you need is there. So close to Disney..... absolutely beautiful neighborhood! We are already planning on a trip back and we will most definitely try to get this home!

The house was fabulous and very roomy with nighttime entertainment for children in the pool and game room. The location of the property to local dining and Disney was perfect. The private water park allowed us audiotape down time while giving the children a great time.

Amazing Family Vacation
This property was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults, and ages 14, 11, 5, 3). We easily got to parks and then could come back and relax together. Everyone had plenty of space. We would highly recommend this property!

Our family vacation ended up being crazy with cancelled flights and missed Disney reservations but this house was awesome! We had more fun at this house then anything else in Florida! Having a private pool and room for the whole family was great after all of the stress we were put through just to get there! Comfortable beds, clean and very quick response from property manager to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be staying again!!

50th wedding anniversary for our brother
Wonderful home. Great place for a family reunion. Windsor Hills gated community has a great water park in addition to the pool & hot tub at this house.
Responsiveness of property manager was awesome. We’ve privately reported to the owner some VERY minor kitchen appliance issues and a heads-up concerning the pool cue sticks and the cue stick rack.
Our far flung family will definitely consider this property for future gatherings. Excellently placed property for all Orlando attractions.
