enormous noise from the street (street was connecting highway with the city, traffic all day and very noisy over night - not possible for me to sleep :(). After two sleepless nights we move out to other place . Apartment very dark, not nice smell, not possible to open the window due to close street (1 meter from apartment).

La pulizia. La polvere ovunque. La maniglia della porta del bagno si tirava. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in pessime condizioni di pulizia. La posizione: si trova su una strada molto molto trafficata, difficile e pericolosa da attraversare soprattutto con due bimbi.

The location is 15 mins far from the La Spezia Migliarina train station. We had coffee every morning.

The flat is located near the main street and at the night time it was noisy. The floor was dirty.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need and it is very beautiful. It was a really pleasant stay. The host is kind and friendly and helpful.

This place was well set up for a multi-day stay. it has everything you could want in the kitchen to fully prepare meals and all details were thought of including things auch as a giant blind to block early morning sun and even washing detergent so it was easy to use the washing machine. set up well for 2-4 people. Was very close to La Spezia Migliarina train station which has free parking so made an ideal location to leave the car when going out to Cinque Terre. The contact for the property was very prompt - answering any questions in less than 30 min.

Had a couple brief issues with router and key holder but our contact was fantastic and dealt with it in record time.

Apartment is very well equipped and all the furnishings are pretty new. It's a good starting point to visit Cinque Terre, you simply have to jump out of the train one station later, but it's still within La Spezia, so it's covered on a Cinque Terre Train Card. Parking available in front of the building. Possibility of late check in.

The apartment is super close to a busy road. It's not always the obstacle, however he it is as the apartment is on the ground level and the front doors are plastic - they are not reducing the noise at all. Sleeping in the living room with that noise is a pain. We couldn't find the way how to turn on the heating and dry our clothes. Breakfast shouldn't be mentioned, it's just some biscuits and juice box. The lady that welcomes you doesn't speak english.
