Took of my my money 134 euro I payed via booking when I visited I found a bad smell dirty .. when I ask to refund they refuse after they send me that they going to refund 50% and after o didn’t receive anything. Deceivers

Noise a bit

Best value for money, clean and basic - but better value for money you will not find in Hamburg.

The old fashion arrangement and refurbishment of room and hotel. The price is quite expensive in relation to the standard.

Probably just the fact that it didn't rain on the head in the room.

Untidy and dirty floor (see photos). Unclean room for a long time. Only washed towels and bed linen. Mould in bathroom and dirty ladder radiator. View from the window to the smoking room, smoke comes into the room. Strongly discouraged unless it is a last resort.

I do not understand the other comments - I got nice, fresh, clean rooms with view to a parking lot. Bathroom was clean. I came too early (like two hours before check-in officialy started) and got keys without any problem. Nice manager to handle this via phone. 10 minute walk form U-Bahn station Hamburg Wandsbek-Gartenstadt, bus stop like 1 minute walk away

some rooms face the terrace which might be potentionally noisy and lack privacy

Very friendly staff.

All the towels in the room were damp/wet when we got there.

Simple check-in and quiet stay, easy check out.

Everything was clean except one stain underneath the blanked on the mattress.

The hotel wasn't so clean.

The room was not clean and the room was too small.

Easy to book, easy to communicate. Bed and bathroom were clean. Wi-Fi was OK. It is not a place for romantic date. But just for one night is perfekt.

Towels was not clean and it was dirty

It is a "you get what you pay for" place I would say. Very low rate, very basic rooms.

price was good not too far from the airport.

Room was spacious and wifi worked well. Free parking very close by across the road. Very good value for Hamburg.

Not easy to check in late, no shower gel provided.

As said before in other reviews, a perfect budget stay, just a place to crash with no fuzz.
