Second time our family has vacationed at this condo for our annual 4th of July vacation (away from work and school). Was another great stay and very relaxing. Can hear the waves clearly and the balcony has best view of any condo we've stayed at in Las Palomas. Plus, with a wraparound balcony there is always one place that is in the shade no matter the time of day so no worries about sunburn.

Wowo!!! Our group walked into this place and instantly fell in love. The ocean view is phenomenal, there was plenty of space for 8 people - each couple having their own bathroom was perfect. The house was stocked well with all the accessories, appliances, and goodies you could ever need. We felt safe, the home was very clean, and the owners were easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again for many years to come. Thank you for a very memorable trip!

We absolutely LOVED this condo it was well stocked with all the essentials and then some!! Everything was in excellent condition and clean. The owners were super responsive and easy to communincate. The views and space in this unit are phenomenal. We traveled with 10 total and all fit comfortably. Will definitely look to stay in this unit again.

Absolute perfection. Perfect for 4 couples+.
Definitely as advertised. Setup for cooking, entertaining, and sleeping is perfect. Oceanfront, Play pool, excellent set up for cooking, everything you need plus icemaker! Owners very responsive and so much pride of ownership.
Hope to make it for a 3rd stay next year!

It was a pleasure to be back on this beautiful property, everything was great as expected, we were there for our 50th wedding anniversary, which we did at Las Palomas, convention Center and grounds, had a great time with families and friends. Thanks Mike and Lorry, excellent hosts!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at Las Palomas. Your home was perfect - we enjoyed playing pool, cooking meals, and most of all, spending quality time on the huge patio looking at the ocean. Everything was well stocked - we had all we needed +. Wonderful trip, highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here in this condo! It was everything we wanted and more! We wanted a place where our whole family could be together and have enough space to move around and not be squished. Everything about this condo is beautiful! It’s so clean and well kept. The huge kitchen and island were perfect for us! The balcony overlooking the ocean was my favorite part. Being able to sit and watch the ocean all day was so peaceful. The pool table was a plus as the guys loved doing that everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be returning again! Thank you Mike and Lori for making a family vacation so easy and memorable.

Huge, well-appointed condo with spectacular view of ocean and both sunrises and sunsets. Kitchen has everything a group would want plus a nice pool table. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and 2 have private decks. The condo was so comfortable and wonderful that we didn't want to leave it to go to lunch or dinner. Bring plenty of food to cook because that is preferable in our opinion!

One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in at Las Palomas super clean has an amazing view and owners are excellent on communication and are really sweet, I recommend booking with Mike and Lorri!

We stayed with 3 other couples from work for a friends birthday. The condo was so open and spacious! The kitchen is absolutely great to entertain a big group. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or separately. The beds were very comfortable, which is hard to find! Top it all off with the panoramic views and it sure made it hard to leave!

Mike and Lori’s condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything from the breathtaking view to the well furnished condo. More space than you could ask for. Great place to relax and recharge
Would highly recommend this condo just on the view alone. Great wrap around deck and part of it is always in the shade. Close enough to the ocean to hear the waves unlike the penthouse condos. This place is perfect for adults w/o children as we learned that the main room has no shades so putting the small roller beds in the living room for the children didn't work as they woke up at 5:30am when the sun rises and woke up us adults. So if you were hoping for some alone time with your significant other best to only have 3 rooms reserved for adults and leave one room for the children. The billiard table was a great plus for the condo as several of us played during the stay. We did have 2 building electrical outages while staying and that turned off the nest A/C in 2 rooms each time but a call to front office had maintenance there to reset/fix the A/C. Was a great 4th of July week. Had a live band, barbeque, fireworks and a cool ocean breeze. Ready to face the real world again. Highly recommend. Been to Las Palomas 20+ times and with the right group of friends/family this is the condo to book.

Amazing!
We visit about 3 times a year and this by far has been the best! Everything was so perfect for our stay! The home was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and our 3 families had plenty of room. The view was amazing and perfect! We are definitely keeping this one our list of places to stay in the future.

We were all impressed with the beauty of this condo! The view is breathtaking. The owners sure take pride in their condo. We absolutely loved everything about it so much that now we want to try and find one just like it to purchase. Would love to stay here again. Truly an amazing place!!!

This Condo is very spacious with beautiful views. It has everthing you need and more. We enjoyed having Thanksgiving there with our family.

Great location
Property is almost exactly as described although there was essentially no closet in the master bedroom. Even short dresses or shirts for a tall man will end up wrinkled from being bunched up on the bottom of the “closet”. Owner has so many cabinets and closets locked that we had to just pile all our non refrigerated food on the counter or keep it in the Tupperware bins we brought it in. As a vacation rental property owner myself, I felt like The property is not set up to accommodate the guests as much as it is set up to accommodate the owner.Cable signal doesn’t adequately reach the master bedroom. Luckily we brought a computer with our own VPN. It is very important to note that one of the bedrooms does not even have a window in it. All three of my kids suffer from claustrophobia and that posed a serious challenge for our group to put someone in a room without even a window. Master bedroom has its own private balcony, second bedroom opens on to the large main balcony, 3rd bedroom just has a window and the 4th bedroom is a dark cave. All that being said, it’s a decent unit and I would recommend it.

Check in was terrible and so was Douglas
You know the part where it says check in and check out times NO EXCEPTONS.. Well that is not true our check in time was 4pm and they did not let us check in till 7:30pm. No warning... The hotel and Douglas fought us for about an hour and a half. And eventually gave us a small credit for our troubles but this was not easy to get. We had arrangements that we ended up missing because of this delay. The owner was terrible.. when i told him what was happening he was unwilling to help and unsympathetic.
