Centrally located and cosy.

The biggest problem for an apartment in Cáceres (where temperatures in summer can be outrageous) is that the main sleeping room has no AC. I would suggest installing one.

The floor was dirty upon arrival, however was soon rectified The air conditioning gave out a pungent smell The air conditioning unit outside the small room was noisy The bathroom sink was blocked There was a leak under the bathroom sink and the cooker hob in the kitchen There was no welcome pack or information about the apartment No tea towels to dry the dishes or any additional bin bags

extremely central and quiet location . good for three people

couldn’t leave our luggage anywhere at 2pm …. we didn’t need to check in but there was no way to leave the luggage . there wasn’t enough toilet paper and I informed the staff but no action was taken.

Yolanda was super hospitable and very friendly. She stocked the kitchen with breakfast items, juice and fruit. Great location.

Shower drain was a little bit blocked but was not detrimental to our stay.

Very nice and spacious appartment. Clean and nicely furnished. Super well located in Caceres (also there is a public parking at 4mn walk for people with car) And the host is so kind and helpful. She takes the time to give tips and recommendation about Caceres. Really appreciated!
