The place was clean, have a toilet, kitchen, tv... You don't need anyone to show you the room, cause u can enter with an app. Sometimes it's a bit annoying because you are not very sure how to open the door but you will figure it out, it's not too complicated.

We were at the first floor, not good view, but it was a last minute booking. A thing to improve will be to have more human touch. I understand they cannot meet every customer that come by (and less one that comes last minute and at night), but this kind of hotels where you can't ask for something or meet the receptionist... Not my thing

Nice little apartment, well placed for Caceres centre. Had most things we needed for overnight stay.

At 9pm the quiet street turned into a noisy nightclub and pub street. Loud music, people shouting etc. Our room was on the ground floor and we were kept awake until 4.30am. If we'd known about this we would not have made the reservation as we had a 5 hour drive the next day.

The communication before and during arrival was great. Location is perfect, just next to Plaza Mayor. The AC works well and the room is nicely equipped. Parking available close by for 12.50

Just to note that there is no elevator, could be more challenging for older people to climb the stairs with luggage

The air conditioning was a must. The little balcony was nice. The map and the well fitted kitchenette.

Great location, very central and modern apartments

1) There is no WiFi - we stayed in 203 and the owner said there is WiFi but we most sit near the front door/bathroom to use it as didn’t reach into the apartment. 2) Unhelpful answers from owner - we had few issues during the stay from checking in and few other bits but the answers given made no sense or just unhelpful, also then asked me not to leave any review. 3) Checking in - took us 15 mins to get into the apartment door as there is no key just the app and the owner didn’t know which way to turn it so wasn’t the best start after a long journey. 4) Apartment - it’s nice and modern but kind of feels like they forgot to finish it as was very bare, shame as could have been finished and would of looked/felt amazing! 5) VERY noisy - We couldn’t sleep well as noise from street and other apartment, so got about an hours sleep so just to warn others but if you’re going out till late this probably won’t be an issue for you.

absolutely wonderful, clean, modern, and conveniently located apartments perfect for having a restful stay. the staff and wonderful, kind, and accommodating and helped me extend my stay and answer my questions. good security with a Bluetooth lock to the main door and apartment. I appreciated that the kitchen was furnished for cooking. loved my stay here and will be back!

you have to use a phone app to get into the property and it didn’t work a few times. the locations picture are misleading as it shows it being on plaza mayor but it’s overlooking a side street. you can see the plaza If you hang outside the balcony looking down the block. only provided one pillow per person, no blankets. the shower head was broken. there was no staff on site to help. lots of weird smells in the building.

Fantastic location (right next to the main square), excellent facilities, massive clean room, bargain price, helpful staff.

Parking not on site, no milk with coffee service (seems to be a common Spanish thing)

Disappointed to find the studio on the 2nd floor without a lift and narrow stairs that were difficult to negotiate for two septagerians.Would be fine for youngsters. Noisy at night but as it is next to the main square that is to be expected.

We’re given attic room, 3 floors up, very steep and no handrail last floor. We manage to change rooms when requested to a lower floor. When booking these apartments you need to know beforehand which floor your apartment is located as the stairs have high steps. But great location. Manager does not speak English, so can be difficult to communicate.

The title says it, right off the main square, near the castle. A little difficult to access but once you are there, perfect. Value for the money is the story here, the apartment we had needs a some maintenance for sure, but again considering what we paid…clean and comfortable.

Horrid ground floor room. Thick black mould on bathroom wall and mould in bedroom area. I booked a view, balcony, dining table, toaster and hardwood floor. I got none of these. My view was a brick wall on the ground floor but at least I got free mould. This is room 101. Booking.com have photos.

The location is great, just a few steps from the plaza mayor and main sights and the price is very affordable.

Despite the double windows we couldn't sleep before 2am because of the noise from the bars/ nightclubs close by.
