For a winter getaway our Stayz accomodation was fabulous. And is probably just as good any time of year. The accomodation was two storey townhouse style with modern appointments.
Both levels were heated which was a bonus given the middle of winter. The sound of waves crashing against the rocks at Knight’s Beach was amazing and strangely soothing late at night.
The walks around the coast were spectacular.
We have travelled extensively overseas.
I would thoroughly recommend a holiday at home at Port Elliot. We have some real pearls in our own backyard.

The location was great - right on the corner, overlooking the wild, winter seas of Knight's Beach. Although we visited in winter, we could still hear the waves crashing on the rocks below, lulling us to sleep at night. The accommodation was very comfortable, warm and very clean. It was equipped with everything we might need, including a lovely, gift hamper of nuts and a piccolo of champagne. We enjoyed our stay, we blew away some cobwebs on showery, beach walks and would like to visit again, if available. Thank you!

We had a beautiful stay here.
The location was perfect with spectacular views over Knights Beach, across to Victor Harbour, Granite Island & The Bluff. We even managed to spot a whale from the upstairs bedroom!
Amenities were great, was very helpful with kids to have spreads & cereals provided. We utilised the full kitchen which is also very convenient when travelling with children, and appreciated both bedrooms on the same floor.
Great house, great location and great hosts. Thank you & we’ll be back again.

The property was in a beautiful location. We loved hearing the waves but the curtains meant that you either had a view outside or it was completely blocked. A few things that weren’t quite right.The upstairs balcony door doesn’t lock, nor does the front screen door downstairs, there was no DVD player. The tv remote was also damaged. The kitchen was good except the frypans were in bad condition, unusable really. The instructions for the tv were confusing. The towels were old and the rugs in the main bedroom were a tripping hazard.

Really lovely spot with beachfront views of Knights beach from living room and master bedroom. Cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen could be improved, on arrival we found the table was sticky and dishes / glassware not clean. Tile grout in bathrooms could be improved and new bed linen would make a major difference. We found a vacuum and broom to tidy ourselves but no vac charger. Hosts lovely and easy to communicate with. Thanks for the stay.

The location was simply spectacular! Perfect for a hot weekend spent in the ocean and walks around the coast to Horseshoe Bay. The townhouse was perfect for our requirements. Lots of thought was behind lots of "little" things to enhance the pleasure of the experience. A gift, cereals, teas, coffee, a late checkout, efficient air conditioning, etc. Absolutely worth it! Thanks Melissa for the use of your property for such a relaxing and fun-filled getaway! Would highly recommend it!

The views from this property were wonderful even better from the upstairs bedroom. The location is great as you can get on the bike trails or walk either into Goolwa or Victor Harbour. Hotels were in walking distance and served great meals. We saw a pod of dolphins whilst sitting on a bench looking out to sea.
The unit was quiet and easy to access. The unit was clean and although we spent most of our time going out if you wanted to cook there was plenty of kitchen tools to help. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great location, fantastic view from bedroom balcony, easy communication with owner - only issue was with the older style key lock but as previously mentioned communication with owner was easy.

Location is beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay.
After I booked and paid the deposit, the owner emailed to say there was a price increase and it was missed due to an admin error with Stayz. She offered us a refund, however we decided to pay it despite it not sitting well with us. The final price was still good value for the property. When we arrived the unit was not cleaned, so we contacted the owner and she organised for it to be cleaned straight away. We got in around 4ish instead of 2pm. Then the cleaners had unfortunately done a rushed job and it was not properly clean so the owner organised for the cleaners to come back the next morning. Although it wasn't a smooth start, we were really grateful for how well the owner communicated with us and fixed the problems straight away. After this, it was smooth sailing and we really enjoyed the week. Fantastic location and a nice place.

Absolutely fabulous little Apartment. Perfect for our family. Stylish and very comfortable.
Queen Bedroom has a great little private deck to enjoy the view. Bed very comfy.
Newly renovated with up-to-date furnishings.
The couch was so spacious and made for a very relaxing little stay . We will be back ! Our host was very easy to contact and very quick to reply !!

We absolutely loved the location and view. Beautifully decorated and a lovely gift box left for us on arrival.
However we did notice a smell of mould from the back bedroom and bathroom and cobwebs inside the bathroom window. We also found that most of the complimentary food items were well past their expiry date.
Nonetheless, it was a lovely experience and we would return. It was exactly what our family needed.

Would have preferred up front communication about how to get the keys and access the property - rather than me have to chase to find the information - was stressful.
Information on possible hampers to pre order would have been great if we had that info prior to actually getting there.
The property, furnishings, styling and luxuries were beautiful. Loved everything and will hopefully come visit again. Property owner was really helpful when i did find her number

A perfect spot for our family of three. We loved looking out and seeing the ocean and the weather coming in from the living room and master bedroom, and hearing the waves crashing at night was such a treat. Comfy beds and couch for lazing around and a well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Good for two people.. lovely welcome gift box.. maybe some toiletries for the shower could be added? Spider webs in the windows should be cleaned.. overall nice furnishings.. tv could be updated to accomodate Netflix etc..

Great Location and Ocean views from the lounge and master bedroom!
With a friendly hosts, the place is cosy for a family of four, only slight negative was the front screen door didn't lock, probably rusted from the sea water spray.. the doors and front windows could have done with a good clean as the front door was very sticky to touch and the beautiful obstructed from the dirty window...
I would have happily cleaned if they had a squeegee and bucket haha
Apart from that, would consider staying again if visiting Port Elliot.

Loved the proximity to the beach, and particularly the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks during the night. Very well catered for as a guest with all amenities you could require supplied.
