Beautiful house. Very responsive. Very clean and good amenities. The only thing that was a bummer was the bedroom arrangements on VRBO listing vs what was in person. Two bedrooms stated there was three beds and when we got there there were only two in each room.

Everything was perfect including the house.

We enjoyed the space to gather in the kitchen together and basement. Great layout.

What a lovely property. Plenty of space. We chuckled at the mismatched towels - but loved it!! So much easier to keep track of your own. Cooking pots were a bit small for our large group. We were glad we brought our own. Otherwise, everything was there. Definitely would recommend this home!

Our stay here was perfect, and I highly recommend it for anyone with a large family or group of friends. Makahla was a great host. She was responsive, and answered all of our questions prior to check-in. The house itself was very accommodating. There was enough rooms for our group of 10 with extra space left over. The dining room was great for our big breakfasts and dinners together. We also enjoyed all the space to spread out and enough the nights, we did not feel cramped at all. The hot tub was also fun in all the snow! One of the only downsides was the water pressure/hot water was lacking on the upper floor, especially when the other two bathrooms were being used. While this is not that surprising, and easily remedied by staggering showers, it was surprising that a housed designed for this many people would have this issue. The house is located down a quiet street and super close to the lake. While we stayed here for a ski trip, I can only imagine how much fun it would be during the summer. Being able to visit the lake and walk back to the hot tub/house whenever you want is a huge plus. Overall our stay here was perfect, and I would like to rent it again next year! I highly recommend Makahla and her property for your next gathering.

House was clean and accommodating for our family

Our family came together from various states for the 3rd year now at this property to share a weekend together for Christmas - meals together at the wonderfully long table, piled gifts for all around the lovely Christmas tree, memories made singing carols in the cozy living room, enjoying moments with siblings, cousins, and grandkids. This spacious home has been perfect for us!

Great space and fun for kids

We stayed there from thursday to Sunday and had a wonderful time. The hosts were great! Easy to communicate with, the house was beautiful and everything it was supposed to be. This was our second time stayi g here and we will be coming back next year!!

Let me start by saying the area was beautiful. Visited to attend a tough mudder in the area. I have stayed at many Vbro locations and this is the first one that was bare boned. no paper products, more rules and charges than the norm. Pool table is old and broken. Then, a week after the visit I recieve a grainy picture claiming a broken fridge shelf and a charge to my card. I wont be using this location again.

Large home with 8 bedrooms that could fit all of us. We loved our stay and enjoyed some great family time.

Nice property near the "beach" house very well kept and the property owner never took long to answer any questions after arrival. Will be back for our yearly reunion.

My cousins and I, with our families, rented the place out. It had more than enough space for all of us. It looked great from the moment we got there. The wall facing the beach/lake is essentially a large set of windows and really lets the light in. For the sunny weekend that we had it was really lovely at all times of the day. The view of the lake itself is slightly blocked by trees but it is probably nice in the fall when the leaves change color. The kitchen has everything, which is key when you're with a large party. We really liked the dining table with the bench seating that allowed all of us to sit together. We grilled on the Saturday and it was nice to have 2 grills. The patio/deck is right outside the windows I mentioned above so it too has the same view of the beach/lake. The bedrooms are nice enough to sleep in. The whole idea is to spend time in the living room The beach and lake are big enough for the houses that are in the community and the staff that run it were pretty helpful. The owners were nice enough to offer us the use of the kayak and paddle board (?). But we decided to rent the paddle boats on the lake instead. Those were good for both the adults and the kids. Checkout at 11 is a bit early. So we used paper plates and utensils on the morning we left to save ourselves time. The place where you drop off the trash is managed by the community and is also well run. Overall we had a great time and everything was pretty easy.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Good communication from the Hosts / Housekeeper. The Community has fairly restrictive rules on # of cars and Wristbands, but the hosts let us know that well in advance. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was as described, clean and well-suited to our group of 15 ranging from 7 - 73. The table for 20 was a highlight for meals and games! We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the use of the kayak and paddleboard. From the day of our arrival, Hannah was very responsive and helpful via text/call. But communication via the website prior to that (David/Makahla?) was more difficult and led to some misunderstandings and some difficulties with check-in. Issues that may affect some guests more than others: The AC doesn't reach the bedrooms - a problem for those who don't want to open the windows due to allergies. The hot water flow was erratic if the dishwasher or multiple showers were running. The skylights in the top floor bedrooms forced some unwanted early wake-ups. But overall, we enjoyed the house and its amenities.

Celebrated our Mom's 90th birthday. The house was perfect for sleeping 17 people and having guests during the day for lunch. The development has many amenities to enjoy. The house was well equipped for cooking and grilling.

We were very pleased with the house, location and availability. It was very comfortable, equipped well, very clean and ready to enjoy upon entering. We would definitely tell our friends and reconsider for the next retreat. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great long weekend at this lovely home in the Poconos Mountains! We loved the large kitchen and living room, we could all cook huge family meals and just hang out with each other! The huge dinning room table (sitting 20) was great! We were celebrating my moms 91st birthday! We had family in from New Hampshire, New Jersey and Maryland! The little kids loved the downstairs room, great area for play and fun! Everyone loved the hot tub!! (But water was very low and did not know how to add more water) . Great playground and beautiful lake close by! We all had a great time! The things we loved were the big living room, huge windows, kitchen was well supplied and all the beds were extremely comfortable and home was beautiful. Did not like we had to pay if we had more then 4 cars, $6 a car, we had that bill before we left!not enough water in hot tub and we needed to bring our own sheets and towels, unless we wanted to pay another $140 to rent. David was a good host,and we would rent there again!

Group of 13 of us had a fun, relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. We had a few pool players with us. The pool table wasn't in the best shape. Tear in the felt and it didn't have all the balls. We saw a few deer and woke up to a beautiful snowy morning. All in all, it was a very enjoyable weekend. Would definitely stay again.

My cousins and I have stayed at this house for 4 years now and it’s always perfect. The house is a great size to accommodate our group and the location is perfect. Very nice views of the lake and a bonus playground nearby for the little ones.
