Location excellent. Close to very center, old town, Arkad shopping center and not too far from Aquapolis. Parking is free and always available near the building. Apartment is huge, spacious, enough for 2 families and more, 2 bathrooms. Clean. Some furniture outdated.

I asked about the heating through booking messages, and didn't receive an answer, then I contacted Booking, also didn't get an answer. I sent messages on viber, whats upp to the owner and no answer. After 2 weeks, I called the owner, who didn't speak English, nor had a person who speaks English for contact. Finally I received an answer through SMS, that the heating is "normal', with an offended remark "what kind of question is that". Well it is not normal, because, you can not regulate the temperature in the apartment but it is regulated remotely, by owner I guess. We weren't cold, but it wasn't warm either about 20 Celsius. There were no extra heating sources in the apartment. My complaint: poor heating, no extra blankets, some beds old and uncomfortable

Location is very good.

In the location are 2 double beds, a sofa, and an extendable bed (not like in the description). The cleaning was not good. Spider webs on the walls and the worst thing was no paper toilet and the shower hose is broken. The owner speaks only Hungarian... and was very difficult to understand.

Great location. Big rooms. High ceiling. Nice old building. Street parking place.

Should be little cleaner and some sheets are old. Some lights are not working. Big jacuzzi in bathroom no water / not working. No english conversation during payment.

Location

DIRTY - bed sheets, floors, carpets, curtains, dead bugs, old smelly pillows, toilet seat broken ...this apartment has not been cleaned properly for ages and you can smell dirt in the air... Big bath tub shown on pictures is totally out of order (just for show). NOISY - entire building is shaking every five minutes when busses are driving on the street... impossible to sleep.

We all loved the apartment - old style salon type, with huge rooms and high ceilings, leather set in the living room, and a gorgeous master bedroom.

The owner was utterly disinterested and didn't speak English. I messaged her via booking, SMS, and called her a bunch of times over the course of 3 hours prior to our arrival, just to get info on how to enter (there's a code for the door of the building). We all got pretty stressed, and started thinking we will have to find another place to stay by the time she finally answered my fifth call and just said "I send SMS". She did send it, but that's not how you handle guests who booked in advance. For checkout, it was the same story, I called saying we wanted to pay and leave, she said the cleaning lady is coming soon and for us to wait for her. All of this should have been communicated in advance.

Well equiped apartment near city center. For a group of friends there is enough space with two bathrooms. I would recommend this apartmen to all type of guests.

No one speaks english. Some things doesn't work.
