It is a nice place to stay. Great communication with the host. All the amenities were ready to use clean pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful time.

First off we paid a cleaning fee that is insane because we walked in an the house was cleaned semi. The fridge was disgusting as well as the bathroom. The fridge had brown slime all over it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Had hair in the tub and pee on the toilet seats. Not enough toilet paper etc. communication was good just wasn’t the experience I wanted at all

I had an amazing time with my family. The house was very cozy and it had all the things necessary. My children had a great time, and we really enjoyed the pool. Adam was very polite, and attentive. I strongly recommend this house if you want to have a great time.

Everything i needed was there. I didn't have to leave to get anything. It was nice and quiet, very peaceful. I would def do it again.

We enjoyed our stay. A little smaller than we thought, but it worked. The hot tub was beyond perfect, and location was fantastic. We wanted to run away and this house was it. Thank you Adam for great communication and a clean house.

Exceeded expectations. Clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing, beautiful big lot, hot tub and pool are a plus. Lots of wildlife. Tip: take a picture of map because you will get lost 😂. Thank you Adam for making this property available to rent.

My family enjoyed staying at this property. The house is perfect for a family of 5 with 2 fur babies. Love the kitchen and the clean modern living room and bedrooms. Love the outdoor deck, hot tub and pool. Our favorite place to hang out to watch deer and rabbits. A true hidden gem!

my family and I highly recommend this private home. It's in a quite area, kept very clean. Adam was always there to help with whatever concerns we had. Definitely will visit again in the near future.

Me and a few friends stayed at this house and let me just say that Adam was always available to answer any questions I had (before and during the trip). The photos listed are exactly what you see in person and we even spotted some nearby deers while setting up the firepit. It was very cold the weekend we came but the heat available saved us so we stayed nice and toasty inside. I would 100% recommend this house for your next stay.

Thank you very much for the great time. We very liked the house, nature, and most of all liked the hot tube. House owner Adam , was very sociable,kind,and quickly answered the questions asked.

Our stay was great. from the communication with the property owner to the houses amenities everything was great! Although we got snowed in right before our check out time one of the property managers offered us to stay until it was clear, which I thought was very nice. We made it out eventually and will definitely return!

We had a great time . Sleeping was comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed the peaceful area. We partook of all the amenities but we're disappointed that the main lake has e coli and we could not swim or fish there. Beautiful modern, equipped kitchen was appreciated.

Overall, we had a really nice experience. The property is great, and has a family of deer that come to visit it every day which was especially enjoyable to watch. The community has two pools, but we found that we enjoyed the pool on the other side of the community that was about 10 minutes away more than the one that was only about a 2 minute drive. The pool further away also had a kiddie pool. Slightly disappointed that there was only one flat sheet available for all of the beds....the beds had a fitted sheet on them, and had extra fitted sheets in the closet..... Adam communicated and answered our requests promptly. We enjoyed this nature getaway!

This house was perfect for our short trip. It was clean, in a nice area, and had almost everything we needed. The kitchen could have had a few more things but all in all it was a great stay. The outside was nice as well. We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evening, and we had many deer visitors. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Adam’s home in the Poconos! The Indian mountain Lake gated community was quiet and beautiful. We enjoyed many nature walks to view the foliage. Saw many deer roaming the yards. The lake views were peaceful and we could sit and picnic there. The house was clean and ready for us. Adam had everything set up for us to enter the gated community as well as enter the home without any problems. The only reason for not giving a full five stars was the problems with the trash. Previous tenants had left behind full trash cans and the trash pickup was not until after our weekend stay. Animals rummaged through the trash and covered the driveway (which we promptly cleaned up and Adam was grateful for). However, it was a mess we wish we hadn’t needed to clean up. Otherwise, our stay was lovely and we would choose to stay here again in the future.
