Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch und man gelangt von der Terrasse direkt zum Strand. Dies war unser absolutes Highlight :) und wir haben das jeden Tag so genossen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad - was wenn man unter Freunden verreist einfach optimal ist. Die Küche bietet alle notwendigen Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Unterkungt bietet neben Gartenmöbeln auch zwei eigene Liegen. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir uns vor Ort Frühstück dazu buchen konnten. Es hat uns immer geschmeckt und das Frühstück wurde zu der abgemachten Zeit vorbeigebracht. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten in Sal Rei. Was sehr praktischt ist, da wir abends auch mal ins Restaurant gegangen sind. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen, hört man so gut wie keine Flugzeuge. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und können die Unterkunft anderen Reisenden sehr empfehlen.

We are satisfied with the apartment, its beautiful view of the ocean, and its quiet and peaceful surroundings. The owner is nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep at night because some insects were biting us (we had red spots and our skin itched terribly), we don't know what insects bit us, but we suspect that they were bed bugs.

The privacy was fantastic though there were no other visitors in neighbouring properties The beach front location gave a stunning view from the main bedroom in particular The place was spacious and we welcomed the aircon in the bedrooms Short walk to calmer Bay for swimming with no rocks underwater Great restaurant within same short walk Very good support from Karen s friend who was so helpful with arranging taxis and information Christina who lives on site and runs the restaurant was also keen to assist If there are any maintenance probs there is a very efficient handy person who arrive almost immediately and arranged for you

We had unusually high levels of mosquito due to exceptional recent rain This prevented us using the loungers and outside dining area It meant the friends without a sea view from their bedroom had to stay in the lounge for a pleasant environment but ofcourse that was pretty hot with only a floor fan We were advised not to swim in front if the property which meant walking always to swim Not too far though and drinks if you wish at the restaurant We often used the restaurant for drinks and snacks but it was fairly expensive for a meal We had expected to self cater but this was not easy The only food source was Sal Rei and this was 20 Euro taxi return Food was pretty expensive because it is brought in The veg market was good but expect high prices Same for all not just tourists Street sellers similar prices too We felt for the local people trying to shop We could afford it This is about location ofcourse on Bia Vista not particular to this property

Quiet location right on the beach, clean and very spacious, also feels very safe. Breakfast was served every morning and it was really good. Owner Cristina is very professional, friendly and helpful.

The location was good, we had one day breakfast it was ok. The think i like the most is the beach.

Just a minus things like door handle was broken. No microwave or TV Wi-Fi wasn't working properly. We had 3 sets of towels instead 4 sets.
