loved the pool, wish it heated. Kitcvhen was excellent as were the internal and external eating areas. Great Wifi, great TV, Loads of shade and plenty of sunshine.
The lack of heating for the pool, but we used it everyday.

downstairs bathroom tap water pressure awful to non existent. accomm takes 10 people yet no table outdoor accommodates 10 and internally not enough chairs for 10. kitchen space poor. wifi seemed to die at 2300. And finally the cctv NO MENTION OF THAT THROUGHOUT THE BOOKING PROCESS.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa, the location is perfect, it's very quiet and just a short walk to the marina.
The villa has everything you need for cooking and has the most comfy beds.

Villa is very spacious and has everything you would need even children's cutlery. Bbq area is lovely with glass to protect from wind.
Unfortunately the pool wasn't heated, only downside of the villa

Tiles, especially on the steps at entrance and from pool to verandah were extremely slippery and dangerous, when wet.

villa sleeps 10 but only 6 sun beds, also could do with a larger outside table with 10 chairs. Would benefit from full length mirrors in the bedrooms or even hallway. wifi was patchy

proximity to the marina and it was impeccably clean when we arrived. the facilities are excellent for a self-catering holiday -
especially with little ones
we had a power outage one morning and another day the water went off but I think we were unlucky

Very spacious, clean & modern. Outside area with pool, bbq & artificial grass is amazing. 10 minute walk to marina restaurants, 10 minutes to a few bars and a further 10 minutes into Playa Blanca.

The location was really good for such a excellent villa. The outside space was lovely and fully catered for six.
There was a little noise on two days from construction. This is a new development so more are being built around those streets.

Location, big rooms, nice garden and pool. Kitchen equipment (nice BBQ but not accessories ) great tv and comfy sofas. Really good beds / mattress. Nice decor.
Not support at all. Coffee machine broken on arrival not fixed / replaced for 7 days. There are few building sites around so not really quite. Not allowed to park on internal parking space, so you have to leave car on the street.
