Location was excellent ,It was very quiet at night and comfortable.

It was bright during the night due to the thin light curtains.

the location is near to vernaza train station the best area for me to stay compare to moterroso, riomaggiore and manarola the internet is good the room is clean

the room quite small has a fishy smell maybe because near the sea unable to locate the room by google maps,need to ask people there the location need to climb about 40 stairs...quite a hassle if people with heavy and big bag

Great location. Close to train and not TOO many stairs in comparison to everywhere else Even though right close to train the noise cancelling windows made it very quiet

The toilet was broken and the power went out in the morning.

Close to everything! bed is comfy and shower always had hot water. Anna was very responsive and had clear communication. We enjoyed our stay!

Room over all was great, especially for the price. It is a smaller room but very manageable!

Location. Of the 5 towns this one was our favorite.

Great location, centrally located, close to hiking trails, restaurants, the seaside.

Not the best sleep due to trains and crowds throughout the night. Parking was not available nearby so needed to pay for parking at a remote location and shuttle into the town.

1. Great location, only about 47 steps up from the ground levels. 2. Host was responsive and quick to reply any questions 3. Extra blankets ( we’re SE Asians and were cold in Oct ) 4. The bed was really, really comfortable

The place for our budget! Be warned - The smallest ( best value ) room is cute, yet a rather snug fit - best for those who are slim / familiar with space in HK and Japan. Still, would return!

The room was nice and clean. There was a kitchen area with sink and refrigerator but the cabinets were empty of any kitchen supplies (cups, dishes etc). Bathroom was extremely small specially for my husband and friends who are above six feet.

the location is fabulous right in the heart of Vernazza loved it Anna could not have been more helpful. would definitely stay here again.

It's a very small room but it has everything that you need. The bathroom is also very small especially the shower but we didn't mind it at all because the location of the room is perfect. It's also clean and the staff is friendly. Very nice for the price we paid.

amazing location, be prepared for no aircon however the fan provided WAAA perfect and did the job even mid august! lots of steps to get there :)

The room was perfect. Luca was so nice with us, he gave us a lot of recommendations about the Cinque Terre. The room is in the centre of Vernazza, from our room you can see the main street of the village. Vernazza is a beautiful place to be.

Luca, the owners son, was very friendly and gave us a lot of information. The room was clean and cosy. There is no air con, but a ventilator which was good enough :)

property is in a great location round the corner from the train station and close to everything in Vernazza. Luca was helpful and friendly when checking in.

wifi did not work at all for over half the time we were there (6 nights in total) this made it really difficult to plan things as we couldn’t book trains, plan what to do etc. For the price being paid it was disappointing. The shower also does not drain well and you end up having to turn it off so it doesn’t overflow. Also if you have luggage there is no where to keep it on the day of checkout and you will need to pay for storage in the area which is very inconvenient. If travelling in the summer be aware that sleeping with the windows is extremely noisy due to bars/restaurants on the street being open and trains regularly coming through. The property has no air con but does have a fan which again is really noisy so it’s difficult to sleep.

Very nice host Luca, picked us up at the main street to guide us to the room. Quite spacious room, clean. Very good location in the middle of Vernazza :)

We only had Wifi on the first night of our four nights and they didn't come again to fix it. But you can get wifi at the Gianni Franzi restaurant down the road. Still for that price you pay, you have to provide WiFi. And the fridge was very loud during the night. A common fridge for everyone outside the rooms would be better. The room was quite loud because it was on the main street, market in the early morning...
