be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. Not a big deal though. pack light or be prepared to carry it up 5 flights.

for me the stairs were manageable, fairly fit and my suitcase is as a back pack . for others walking stairs may be a challenge

the location Is not the one that they give you, is one block before and is not in front of the beach. the bathroom was too small and it was too hot inside and they only give you a fan. the wifi never works

The location was central to the village, which is what we wanted, with easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants. The room was clean

The room was described as deluxe, but in honesty it was quite basic. There were a lot of stairs up to the room (>50). The en suite bathroom had it's own flight of stairs which was a bit disconcerting at night time in the dark.

No air conditioning, would have been good to know how many steps up with our Luggage. Managers helper was nice to get us a fan as super humidity and higher temperatures. No English subtitles on the stations.

The room was a bit noisy and the stairs to get to the room are quite steep. To avoid if mobility issues.

Was surprised and dismayed that the room was actually around the corner from the pictured address. Most distressing were the sixty stairs to get to the room. I thought I might have a stroke. It should also be noted there is no WiFi in the room. The bathroom was recently remodeled and was super cute but it was impossible to actually wash your face because of the faucet/sink design.

We didn't get the room that we paid for. We booked deluxe double with TV and extra bed but didn't get any of these things. The room was not 'deluxe', no TV or extra bed. VERY strong tabacco smell in the room and the bed and the towels, disgusting.

Lovely room, newly renovated bathroom. Great location.

Little or no interaction with owners. We went for dinner in their restaurant and they didn't even recognise us. It would have been nice to have a little interaction just to feel a bit more welcome.

The people were super friendly and amazing. Apparently, the hotel was closed during the day we booked and the app didnt show us that and we already paid and confirmed the room. Gladly, the people there were super friendly and knew the owner of the hotel and they called him and gave us a room. Otherwise, we would have no place to stay in!

Decent room with comfortable bed and toilet.

The room was on 4th floor with no lift. No breakfast. No Customer service / staff to help on anything other than check-in. Difficult to communicate in English. Toilet exhaust is towards bedroom.
