Scott (the owner) was always quick to get back to me on any questions I had. Well appointed kitchen had everything we need. Gorgeous views of the ocean and just steps away from the pool.

We were in town for a wedding so not our choice what time of year we were staying. It was hot and humid this early Oct., but the condo has great air conditioning throughout. The 2 pools are lovely. We especially liked the waterfall pool in the afternoon when the water felt cooler. The sea view is wonderful and it's s short walk down the beach to watch the surfers at Costa Azul Beach. The unit itself is expansive and well-appointed. And the internet is fast which was important to me since I had to work while I was there. We easily Uber'd everywhere. Scott's communication is terrific. Thanks for all your help, Scott!

Our stay at Mykonos was incredible. The host Scott was very communicative and the apartment is in a great location only steps away from the pool and beach. The apartment is a fantastic size and very well maintained and stocked. We took Ubers everywhere and it was only ever a 5-10 minute ride to get to Downtown / Restaurants or swimming beaches. Will most definitely be returning.

Everything with the visit was perfect. Property is right on the beach. Got up every morning to see the beautiful sunrise from the pool deck just outside our condo. Hard to beat!!

We experienced San Jose Del Cabo in a very unique way by staying at this condo. The location was wonderful except you really couldn't walk anywhere but a very quick Uber ride and you could get everywhere quickly. Being able to walk just steps to the beach was fabulous! I had never seen waves this large in Cabo or been able to watch surfers but truly enjoyed doing this daily. We were able to swim and enjoy the ocean water the entire time which is something I have never done. The only problem with getting to the unit was we did not have the building number or unit number so that made it a little difficult but we managed. I will definitely be staying here again and Scott was easy to contact and get help from when needed!

This property was everything we had hoped it was and more. It set up beautifully and comfortably. We had 2 adult couples staying and it was perfect for that. 2 very private bedroom/bathrooms, each with a view of the ocean. So relaxing, steps to pool and beach. Lots to do nearby, but hard to leave the serenity of the complex. Security very present. Great get away. Wish we could have stayed longer and had a dinner party, nice place to enertain a few friends. Great property! Mykonos is a top knotch location and facility. This unit is one of the nicer ones. Ground floor and steps from the pool and beach. The covered patio offers a cool respite from the sun. Great for having meals outside. Brand new grill that worked great. Perfect for two couples with two private master suites.

The place was great! The unit is located steps away from the pool and beach. Two large bedrooms with plenty of space to hang out including a large patio. Would recommend.

Our stay at Scott's place at Mykonos Bay Resort was nothing short of amazing. We have stayed here before in another suite, but what we loved about this ground level 2600 sq ft space is that you can walk right out to the pool area and ocean, just off the patio. Scott kindly checked in to see how we were getting on, which I appreciated. The kitchen is large and accommodated us well. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, relax, lay in the sun, read books, and cook some delicious meals, this is the place to be!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our time in San Jose. The unit was very well appointed and clean. The views were great and we loved being on the ground floor which made it steps away from the pool.

Pictures and description are accurate. Great to walk out each morning to take in the sunrise. Quiet location except for occasional muffled night music from larger hotel property next door. Excellent setup for 2 couples; would definitely stay again!

Our family of 3 adults had a wonderful experience. Words that describe our stay are safe, clean, beautiful, spacious, and one of a kind. Words that describe the nature around us are perfect weather, most beautiful ocean, a beach to ourselves, perfect.

What a wonderful condo and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week with some old friends. Being able to watch the sunrise over the water was amazing. The home was as advertised and as shown in the pictures. We do wish the water filters on the sink worked as it would have been so much easier than using bottled water but that is a small price to pay and is typical in Mexico anyway. The grocery stores are amazing! The tortillas and pastries are incredible. When we go back to Cabo we will definitely look to stay here again.

Mykonos was the perfect location and this unit was the best! Located on the first floor right next to the pool and the beach. Just exit the really large patio and you're there. The condo was large and well equipped. The bedrooms each had an ocean view, were exceptionally large and had very comfortable beds and great pillows. Important stuff! Its a great complex and not crowded. The families with young children spent most of their time at a different pool so it was very quiet at the pool closest to the beach. We walked to Zippers restaurant and Mamma Mia's. Both on the beach. You can either walk the beach which is soft deep sand or walk street side which is an adventure since its quite close to the highway but doable. Uber was super easy to get around. Pick up right outside the gates of Mykonos within 2 minutes. Ride to San Jose was about $5 and $25 to Cabo San Lucas. Taxi from the airport was $55 plus a little extra to stop at the grocery for supplies. Scott was great to communicate with. Always responded quickly and answered all my questions. We had to make a hasty exit on Dec 22 as our 2pm flight was cancelled and rebooked at 11am. Turned out to be a very challenging days to fly home due to a huge winter storm. Long day but we made it! Sorry we didn't have time to tidy the condo like we usually do. This was a great condo in a great location. We would definitely stay here again, especially this unit. Just a couple of suggestions to the owners.....we would have loved a large free standing water dispenser in the unit. Happy to pay for the water and convenience of having on site since you can't drink the water. Also missed having a guest book with suggestions of restaurants and things to see and do! Glad we chose this property!!!!!

The property was just as stated - very clean great location and nice privacy Definitely an upper scale property. Really enjoyed the outdoor area and ability to grill “at home”. All outdoor areas we superb. Met other guests who were very nice. Security was top notch. Loved that it is a gated community. Best of all it is right on the beach. You will not be disappointed staying at this property.

We had an excellent vacation and the location was perfect. Overall everything was as advertised only recommendation would be to repair the slow drain in the Queen bedroom shower . Home owner did respond quickly and sent plumber , however they were unable to fix problem. Owner was very responsive to all questions. Would definitely return.

The best way to describe this property is WOW! Extremely private with vegetation on ground floor patio. Loved that there were no noise like resorts and not crowded. Beach front. Just what these two couples needed at the end of our trip to Cabo.

The property exceeded our expectations in terms of layout, cosyness and appropriately stocked. Super convenient to access pool and beach! While we had a car, the are some restaurants within walking distance and a large grocery store not very far away. The manager was excellent in answering our questions. Would highly recommend if you are a family of 4 or two couples. Mykonos property is very well maintained. It will not dissapoint.

The magnificent beauty and mojo of San Jose del Cabo is almost a given (but still breathtaking, especially the first time) - but when you also find your rental property to be everything you expected and much more - that is truly special. Scott Bredsen sets the high bar for accurate advertising of the property and over delivering on the little things - like easy to find Wifi instructions. We had a family reunion at Mykonos so were in 3 separate units comparing them. That’s why Scott’s unit was so impressive. Bravo Scott!

Lovely condo just steps from the pool and the beach. The layout is perfect for two couples or a family. Two master suites with a spacious living area in between. The condo is well supplied and the spacious patio area was great for dining and lounging. We had a minor plumbing issue during our stay and the local property manager responded immediately with minimal inconvenience to us. The security and maintenance staff were very professional. Would absolutely stay here again.

I wish we stayed longer! We had a wonderful week, perfect accommodations! Great location on the first floor, gorgeous patio, pool and beach. The unit was very well stocked & I can’t think of a better place to stay.

This is our 4th or 5th stay at Mykonos resort, and this is by far the best unit we've stayed in. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our 20-year-old son. It would be perfect for 2 couples, 4 friends, or a family of 4. The location on the first floor was perfect. The patios were gorgeous with plenty of foliage for just enough privacy. The beds were comfortable, the owner was super responsive, it was beautifully decorated...I can't say enough good things about this property. We will be booking again for next year for sure!

Super awesome ground level Condo looking straight out to the Beach, Surfing & a spectacular pool area. This special condo is huge-- two master bedrooms that provide privacy for two couples. Close drive to San Jose del Cabo for Thursday night Art Walk. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely book this Cabo Condo again. Ric & Leanne

This condo will not disappoint. Located right on the beach with pools and hot tub and gym. We had a full kitchen and did some meal prep here. We also ate out in nearby San Jose. There are restaurants within walking distance on the beach. We hired. Driver to get around but you can also rent a car. Uber is not too reliable. Perfect for couples or girlfriend retreat. Scott was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

This unit is located in a fairly large complex and is probably the most desirable location in the entire development. Literally walk off the patio and onto the beach. The interior is beautiful. Unit was well stocked with household necessities. Scott was very responsive to messages and seems to be a good guy.

This unit was perfect for our recent vacation! We loved that it was on ground floor and just a few steps to any one of the three pools, hot tub and beach! With friends staying in an upstairs unit, we often gathered on our spacious patio as it has a large dining table and comfortable lounge furniture. Scott was very responsive and we appreciated that he checked in with us during our stay to be sure everything was going well. We are looking forward to returning, often!
