I would highly recommend to stay at Ketino's home. Very welcoming family business with a lovely owner. Arrived late, they arranged us a late dinner with all the best traditional dishes. Comfortable room with balcony and surrounding mountain views :) Next time in Georgian mountain range, will visit again!

Everything was superb. The owner speaks fluent English. Breakfast was big and delicious. The room was clean and cozy and had wonderfull view. The place is just a few minutes away from town center.

We loved our stay at Kentino‘s home and especially breakfast and dinner (we had additional dinner at the accommodation one evening) was amazing. Highly recommend visiting and meeting the lovely people working there.

The position of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean and cosy. Very cute view. The rooms are provided with anything you'd need. Breakfast service's amazing. Recommended!

Ketino's home is the best place to stay in Stepancminde ! Rooms are really comfy and greate view from the living room where you have great meals served. The food was delicious; true Georgian cuisine with some specialities ;). I still missed these wonderful dinners after whole day in mountains. You just have to get it if you will here ! Ketino is perfect host and she had time to get some interesting conversation with us. Now I know where I should looking for Gregorian wines in Krakow :D. We even asked to stay one night more then we originally planned and it was no problem. I sincerely recommend that really special place to stay. We for sure come back here again !

In simple terms - perfect.

The only thing that was not super was the bed...... it wasn't very comfortable, but clearly not inconvenient.

- Uncomfortable bed (Noisy spring mattresses) - Bathroom (Water pressure was low, Bidet only had a cold setting, only overhead fixed shower, no detachable spray) - Wi-Fi was unreliable - No restaurants were delivering food to the home - Surrounding alleys are a bit dark and there are stray dogs around

- good location - nice owner - excellent breakfast - heating - dedicated parking

- plumbing is a catastrophe here - guys used good building and finishing materials, but the quality of work is very low - the rooms haven't soundproof at all because of poor windows installation quality, so, neighbors dogs can wake you up at night - strange furniture decisions - hard flickering lighting
