TV in each bedroom. Blackout blinders made the rooms nice and dark for bedtime and felt safe as the flat was ground floor by the street and easy for people to look straight in otherwise. Comfy beds.

There wasn't any tea on offer like the picture suggested, only three sachets to use in the coffee machine. The main shower head was broken and squirted water to the sides instead of downwards. Some of the work in the flat looked like it's been put together a bit hasty with sockets not fitting properly and bits missing from the window frame. There was a half eaten chocolate left in the fridge from previous tenants.

Spacious bedrooms, TV in both bedrooms. High ceiling. Very comfortable pillows. Coffee machine. Fairly quiet. Although street parking, it was in front of the property, therefore easy to check on the car through the window. Good value for money.

Shampoo and shower gel would have been nice. Areas that are not at immediate reach were not very clean, for example on top of the microwave or under the bed.

Everything was clean, The person who gave us the keys was really kind. And the apartment was spacious!

Muslim shower not working and when I will took the shower there was a blockage and floods everywhere in the bathroom

The fridge was a good size, the beds were very soft (although very worn where the head was from people sitting in bed to watch TV). There's a bus stop nearby and an Aldi, 12 min walk away. There's a big TV with possibility to connect to your Netflix account. There are coffee pods and a tea box for guests to use.

The plugs were coming out of the walls, unsafe. When we entered the flat, the drains smelt quite bad (coming from the bathroom). There was no shampoo or shower gel available for use. We had to call the owner to get the keys despite the information of our arrival time given and later had to message him again for the wifi code. No sign on the doorbell for guests to know that they're at the right place. The kitchen is somewhat well equipped but the choice of accessories seems cheap (dishsoap leaves dishes greasy for example) and no recycling options are available, no tea-towel either. One bed side table for two single beds and one light. Only two massive pillows, overall little attention to detail and communication to make guests more comfortable.

The host is not really friendly

It’s close to Zolverein. The man giving us the key was nice.

The place was in a bad shape. Not clean. Worn down. There was a rat in the street. The utensils for cleaning was left in the appartment. No name on the frontdoor. Garbage in the back yard. Not booking.com standards at all!
